A door assembly of a cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a door assembly of a cooking appliance 100 includes: the door body 110, the latch hook 120, the reset element 140 and the operation part 130.
The door body 110 may be used to block the cooking cavity 161 to provide a closed cooking environment for food, the door body 110 may have a transparent window, the transparent window may be used to observe the state of the food being cooked, a handle may be provided on an outer panel of the door body 110, and the handle may be used to facilitate a user to pull the door body 110.
The latch hook 120 is rotatably mounted to the first rim 112 of the door body 110 about a first axis, which is parallel to a normal line of a side surface of the first rim 112, and a second position, in which the latch hook 120 is adapted to be locked with the main body 160 of the cooking appliance 100, and at least a portion of the latch hook 120 protrudes from the back plate of the door body 110, and in which the latch hook 120 is adapted to be unlocked with the main body 160 of the cooking appliance 100.
The latch hook 120 may be used to lock the door body 110 and the host 160, and the latch hook 120 may be made of metal or plastic, for example, in some embodiments, the latch hook 120 is made of plastic, wherein the plastic may include, but is not limited to, PP (Polypropylene), POM (polyoxymethylene), PC (Polycarbonate), or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, a portion of the latch hook 120 may be located in the door body 110, and another portion of the latch hook 120 may extend through the back plate of the door body 110 and into the main body 160 of the cooking appliance 100, such that at least a portion of the latch hook 120 is locked with the main body 160 of the cooking appliance 100.
It is understood that the latch hook 120 may rotate about the first axis, specifically, in a case where the latch hook 120 is locked with the main machine 160 of the cooking apparatus 100, the latch hook 120 is at the first position of the first frame 112, and the latch hook 120 may rotate about the first axis toward the second position of the first frame 112 until the latch hook 120 is unlocked with the main machine 160 of the cooking apparatus 100.
The reset element 140 is elastically connected between the latch hook 120 and the door body 110, and the reset element 140 is used for driving the latch hook 120 to maintain the first position.

The operating portion 130 is connected to the latch hook 120, the operating portion 130 is at least used for driving the latch hook 120 to rotate from the first position to the second position, and at least part of the operating portion 130 is spaced apart from the first axis.
The connection between the operation portion 130 and the latch hook 120 may include, but is not limited to, an interference connection, an integral molding, or an adhesive, for example, in some embodiments, the connection between the operation portion 130 and the latch hook 120 is an interference connection.
It should be noted that, the latch hook structure of the present application may be a safety lock of the cooking apparatus 100, that is, the latch hook structure is a first lock of the cooking apparatus 100, a user may not release the first lock by directly pulling a door, but the cooking apparatus 100 itself has an elastic door lock, the elastic door lock is a second lock of the cooking apparatus 100, and the user may release the elastic door lock by pulling a handle outward with a small force.
In practical implementation, the operation portion 130 may be at least partially exposed to the outside for convenience of user operation, when the door 110 needs to be opened to take out food after cooking, the door 110 is in a closed state and the latch hook 120 is located at the first position, the user may toggle the operation portion 130 to rotate the latch hook 120 around the first axis, during this process, the reset element 140 located between the connection post and the latch hook 120 is continuously extended until the latch hook 120 reaches the second position, at this time, the first lock of the cooking appliance 100 is released, the user holds the handle, and pulls the door 110 outwards with a smaller force, and as the second lock is released, the door 110 and the main machine 160 of the cooking appliance 100 may also be correspondingly unlocked.
After the door is opened, the user can release the operation part 130, after the manpower applied to the latch hook 120 to overcome the elastic force disappears, the latch hook 120 can rotate from the second position to the first position around the first axis, in this process, the reset piece 140 between the connection post and the latch hook 120 is continuously shortened, the elastic force applied to the latch hook 120 by the reset piece 140 is continuously reduced until the latch hook 120 returns to the first position, and under the condition that the user needs to close the door body 110, based on the design of elastic connection, the user can directly hold the handle to push the first frame 112 towards the host 160 until the latch hook 120 and the host 160 are locked again, that is, the user door closing action can realize automatic locking of the child lock.
In the related art, in order to prevent the child from opening the door by mistake, some cooking apparatuses are also provided with a child lock structure, the child lock structure is mounted on the door body, at least part of the child lock structure extends out of a side plate of the door body and is clamped with a main machine of the cooking apparatus, and meanwhile, an operation part of the child lock structure is arranged below a front plate of the door body.
However, in practical application, the above scheme has a few drawbacks: because the child lock structure is positioned on the side plate of the door body, the side plate of the door body needs to be grooved for the child lock structure to extend out, so that impurities and dirt are easy to enter the door body, and the difficulty of cleaning the cooking utensil is increased; secondly, the operation part is arranged on the front plate facing the user, and the height of the operation part is lower, so that children can easily touch the operation part, and the protection effect of the child lock is slightly weakened.
In this embodiment, at least part of the latch hook 120 protrudes from the back plate of the door body 110, and compared with the above-mentioned scheme in which the latch hook 120 protrudes from the side plate of the door body 110, in daily use, impurities and dirt are not easy to enter the door body 110, so as to facilitate the cleaning work of the cooking appliance 100; secondly, the operation portion 130 is located above the door body 110, and since the operation portion 130 is not directly facing the user, and the height of the operation portion 130 is large, it is difficult for a child to easily access the operation portion 130, so that the safety of the child lock structure is ensured.
According to the door assembly of the cooking appliance 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, due to the arrangement of the lock hook 120, the operation part 130 and the reset piece 140, a mechanical child lock structure is added on the basis of the original door opening system, so that the whole door opening action can be finished only by rotating to release the child lock before the door opening action is finished, the heated food is prevented from being scalded after the child opens the door body 110, and the safety and reliability of the whole cooking appliance 100 are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the first frame 112 may be a frame opposite the pivot axis of the door body 110.
