As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the cap plate assembly 30 includes: a cover plate body 302; a projection 304 provided on a side of the cover body 302 facing the lid body 10; in the process of installing the cover plate assembly 30, the protrusion 304 pushes the transmission member 402, so that the transmission member 402 moves from the first position to the second position, thereby releasing the limitation of the transmission member 402 on the interlocking slider 50.
In this embodiment, the cover plate assembly 30 includes a cover plate body 302 and a protrusion 304, the protrusion 304 is disposed on a side of the cover plate body 302 facing the cover 10, and during the process of installing the cover plate assembly 30, the protrusion 304 can push the transmission member 402 to move from the first position to the second position, so that the transmission member 402 leaves the movement path of the interlocking slider 50, and no interference is formed between the transmission member 402 and the interlocking slider 50, thereby releasing the restriction of the transmission member 402 on the interlocking slider 50.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8 and 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, a first latch 306 is disposed on the protruding portion 304, and a first inclined surface 308 is disposed at an upper end of the first latch 306; a second buckle 406 is arranged on the transmission piece 402, and a second inclined surface 408 is arranged at the lower end of the second buckle 406; in the process of installing the cover plate assembly 30, the first inclined surface 308 abuts against the second inclined surface 408, so as to push the transmission member 402 to move in a direction away from the protruding portion 304, until the first inclined surface 308 is separated from the second inclined surface 408, the elastic resetting member 404 drives the transmission member 402 to move until the second latch 406 abuts against the protruding portion 304, so that the first latch 306 and the second latch 406 are latched, and the protruding portion 304 is supported on the transmission member 402.
In this embodiment, the protruding portion 304 of the cover plate assembly 30 is provided with a first buckle 306, the upper end of the first buckle 306 is provided with a first inclined surface 308, the transmission member 402 is provided with a second buckle 406, and the lower end of the second buckle 406 is provided with a second inclined surface 408; in the process of installing the cover plate assembly 30, the first inclined surface 308 abuts against the second inclined surface 408, the transmission member 402 is pushed to move in the direction away from the protruding portion 304, until the first inclined surface 308 is separated from the second inclined surface 408, the cover plate assembly 30 is assembled in place, at this time, the first buckle 306 is located above the second buckle 406, the transmission member 402 moves in the direction close to the protruding portion 304 under the action of the elastic resetting member 404 until the second buckle 406 abuts against the protruding portion 304, and in this state, the first buckle 306 and the second buckle 406 are buckled, so that the protruding portion 304 is supported on the transmission member 402, and the cover plate assembly 30 is prevented from being separated from the transmission assembly 40. First catch 306 of cover assembly 30 contacts drive member 402, preventing resilient return member 404 from driving drive member 402 to move further.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8-10, preferably during removal of the cover plate assembly 30, the transmission member 402 is moved away from the protrusion 304 to disengage the first catch 306 from the second catch 406.
In this embodiment, in the process of detaching the lid assembly 30, the driving member 402 moves in the direction away from the protruding portion 304, so that the first latch 306 is separated from the second latch 406, and the lid assembly 30 is then detached, and after the lid assembly 30 is detached, the elastic restoring member 404 can drive the driving member 402 to move to the second position, so that interference is formed between the driving member 402 and the interlocking slider 50, so that the driving member 402 can limit the movement of the interlocking slider 50, and further determine whether the lid assembly 30 is missed, so as to remind the user to install the lid assembly 30, and ensure the working reliability and safety of the cooking appliance.
As shown in fig. 11, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly further includes: the button 70, the button 70 is connected to the driver 402, and when the button 70 is pressed, the driver 402 is driven to move to unlock the cover plate assembly 30.

In this embodiment, the cover 10 is provided with a guide groove 102, and the transmission member 402 moves in the guide groove 102. Specifically, in the case of missing mounting of the cover plate assembly 30, the transmission member 402 stops against one end of the guide groove 102; during installation of the lid assembly 30, the first catch 306 of the lid assembly 30 can drive the transmission member 402 to move away from the protrusion 304, i.e., the transmission member 402 moves away from the first position in the guide groove 102, until the lid assembly 30 moves to the second position, thereby installing the lid assembly 30 in place.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the cover body 10 preferably includes a face cover 12 and an inner cover 14, and the cover body assembly further includes: a shaft 106 disposed on one of inner cover 14 and transmission member 402; a rotation hole is provided in the other of inner cap 14 and transmission member 402, and rotation shaft 106 is inserted into the rotation hole so that transmission member 402 can rotate on inner cap 14.
In this embodiment, the cover 10 includes a face cover 12 and an inner cover 14, the cover assembly further includes a rotating shaft 106 and a rotating hole, the rotating shaft 106 is disposed on one of the inner cover 14 and the transmission member 402, the rotating hole is disposed on the other, the rotating shaft 106 is inserted into the rotating hole so that the transmission member 402 can rotate on the inner cover 14, specifically, the rotating shaft 106 is disposed on the inner cover 14, the rotating hole is disposed on the transmission member 402, and the transmission member 402 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 106 of the inner cover 14 through the rotating hole and can rotate on the inner cover 14.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly further includes: the rotary hand is arranged on the linkage sliding block 50 to drive the linkage sliding block 50 to move, and the rotary hand drives the lock cover 20 to rotate when rotating so as to realize the rotary buckling and opening between the lock cover 20 and the pot body 60 of the cooking utensil; the inner cover 14 is provided with a sliding groove 104; the locking cover 20 is provided with a connecting shaft 202, and the connecting shaft 202 passes through the sliding groove 104 and protrudes out of the upper surface of the inner cover 14; the interlocking slider 50 is connected to the connecting shaft 202, and when the interlocking slider 50 moves, the connecting shaft 202 is driven to move in the sliding slot 104, so that the lock cover 20 rotates.
In this embodiment, the cover assembly further includes a handle, the handle is disposed on the interlocking slider 50, the handle can drive the interlocking slider 50 to move, the handle drives the locking cover 20 to rotate when rotating, so as to realize the rotating locking and unlocking between the locking cover 20 and the pot body 60 of the cooking appliance, and the handle is disposed, so that whether the locking cover 20 can rotate can be directly determined by whether the handle can rotate, and thus whether the cover plate assembly is neglected to be installed or not is determined, so as to remind a user to install the cover plate assembly, thereby ensuring the working reliability and safety of the cooking appliance; specifically, the inner lid 14 is provided with a sliding slot 104, the locking lid 20 is provided with a connecting shaft 202, the connecting shaft 202 penetrates through the sliding slot 104 and protrudes out of the upper surface of the upper lid, the interlocking slider 50 is positioned above the upper lid and can rotate or move on the upper lid, the interlocking slider 50 is connected with the connecting shaft 202, and the interlocking slider 50 can drive the locking lid 20 to rotate when rotating or moving, so as to open or close the cooking utensil.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 10, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the interlocking slider includes a rotating portion 502; a boss 508 connected to the rotating portion 502, the boss 508 extending outward from the circumferential direction of the rotating portion 502; the transmission member 402 is provided with a notch, and when the boss 508 abuts against the transmission member 402, the boss 508 is located in the notch, and the transmission member 402 blocks the movement of the interlocking slider 50.
In this embodiment, the interlocking slider 50 includes a rotating portion 502 and a boss 508, and the boss 508 is connected to the rotating portion 502 and extends outward from the circumferential direction of the rotating portion 502; be provided with the breach on driving medium 402, under the circumstances that boss 508 stopped to driving medium 402, boss 508 is arranged in the breach and forms interference fit with the breach, and driving medium 402 blocks interlock slider 50 motion, and under the circumstances that boss 508 and breach form the interference promptly, interlock slider 50 can not move, and then can judge whether neglected loading apron subassembly to remind the user to install the apron subassembly, guarantee cooking utensil's operational reliability and security.

As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6 and 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, a stopping portion is disposed on the transmission member 402, the stopping portion includes a laterally disposed baffle 410, the baffle 410 is located above the rotating portion 502, and the baffle 410 is used for limiting the movement of the interlocking slider 50 in the vertical direction.
In the technical solution, the transmission member 402 is provided with a stopping portion, the stopping portion includes a baffle 410 transversely arranged, the baffle 410 is located above the rotating portion 502, the baffle 410 is used for limiting the movement of the interlocking slider 50 in the vertical direction, specifically, the stopping portion is used for hanging the interlocking slider 50, and the interlocking slider 50 is prevented from falling off during transportation, because if the cover assembly faces downward and the pot body faces upward during transportation, that is, the cover assembly is inverted, the interlocking slider 50 easily falls out from the gap between the surface cover 12 and the inner cover 14, and the interlocking slider 50 can be prevented from falling off when the cover assembly is inverted by the stopping portion; further, the stopping portion is limited to the interlocking slide block 50 in the axial direction of the pot body, and is not limited in the rotating direction of the interlocking slide block 50, so that the stopping portion does not influence the rotation of the interlocking slide block 50, and the interlocking slide block 50 can be prevented from falling off.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a cooking appliance including the cover assembly according to any one of the above embodiments, and therefore, the cooking appliance of the present invention includes all the advantages of the cover assembly according to the above embodiments, which are not enumerated herein.

a cover body;

the transmission assembly is movably arranged on the cover body; the cover plate component is detachably connected with the transmission component;
under the condition that the cover plate assembly is not installed, the transmission assembly and the linkage sliding block form interference so as to limit the movement of the linkage sliding block; under the condition that the cover plate assembly is installed, the cover plate assembly pushes the transmission assembly to move towards the position avoiding the linkage sliding block so as to remove the limitation of the transmission assembly on the linkage sliding block;
the transmission assembly comprises a transmission part and an elastic resetting part, one end of the elastic resetting part is connected with the transmission part, and the other end of the elastic resetting part is connected with the cover body;
under the condition that the cover plate component is not installed, the transmission piece is located at a first position, and the transmission piece and the linkage sliding block form interference;
under the condition that the cover plate assembly is installed, the transmission piece is located at a second position, and the transmission piece does not interfere with the linkage sliding block;
the elastic resetting piece can drive the transmission piece to move from the second position to the first position.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1,
the cover plate assembly includes:
a cover plate body;
the convex part is arranged on one side of the cover plate body facing the cover body;
in the process of installing the cover plate component, the convex part pushes the transmission piece to enable the transmission piece to move from the first position to the second position so as to remove the limitation of the transmission piece on the linkage sliding block.

a rotating shaft disposed on one of the inner cover and the transmission member;
and the rotating hole is arranged on the other one of the inner cover and the transmission piece, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the rotating hole so that the transmission piece can rotate on the inner cover.
6. The cover assembly of claim 5, further comprising:
a rotary hand arranged on the linkage sliding block to drive the linkage sliding block to move,
when the rotary handle rotates, the locking cover is driven to rotate, so that the locking cover and a pot body of the cooking utensil are rotationally locked and unlocked;
the inner cover is provided with a sliding chute;
the locking cover is provided with a connecting shaft which passes through the sliding groove and protrudes out of the upper surface of the inner cover;
the linkage sliding block is connected with the connecting shaft, and when the linkage sliding block moves, the linkage sliding block drives the connecting shaft to move in the sliding groove, so that the lock cover rotates.
