Further, the air inlet hole arranged in the middle of the rear side of the pressurizing cavity 31 is connected with an external high-pressure air source through the air inlet pipe connector 34, the air pressure gauge is arranged on the air inlet pipe connector 34, when the high-pressure air is filled in the pressurizing cavity 31, the two elastic metal filter plates 30 are outwards bulged, at the moment, the sludge in the mud cake cavity 32 is continuously extruded, further compression and dehydration of the sludge in the mud cake cavity 32 are realized, the mud-water separation effect is ensured, the water content of the mud cake is reduced, and the water removed by further compression can enter the anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 and then be discharged.
During operation, the whole plate-frame type high-efficiency separation filter press system integrally depends on oil supply of the hydraulic station control system 2 to drive the pressing mechanism 2 to extend leftwards so as to compress the whole pressing plate-frame type rapid separation mechanism, and the working state of filter pressing mud-containing sewage is achieved. The pressing mechanism applies force leftwards to push each filter pressing plate assembly 9 and the anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 to be close to each other and finally in a tight and pressed state. Then, the mud-containing sewage sequentially enters the corresponding mud cake cavities 32 and gradually fills the mud cake cavities 32, and the water in the mud-containing sewage continuously flows into the liquid storage cavity 46 through the filter cloth 38 and is transferred and output from the water-outlet and sewage-discharging joint 43. The sludge in the mud cake cavity 32 is continuously piled up and dehydrated to finally form mud cakes; the pressurizing chamber 31 may be filled with high pressure gas as needed to further dewater the mud cake in the mud cake chamber 32 by pressing the mud cake again with the elastic metal filter plate 30 bulged outward.
When the press filtration dehydration is finished, the pressing mechanism is controlled to return, and under the action of each flexible linkage drawknot piece, each filter pressing plate assembly 9 and each anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 are sequentially pulled open, and the mud cake cavity 32 is separated from the filter cloth 38.
In the preferred embodiment, the filter plate frames 29 at the end surfaces of both ends of the flow guiding chamber 33 are provided in a downwardly inclined surface structure, which can facilitate the rapid falling of the mudcake out of the mudcake chamber 32 when separating the mudcake.
Further, the front side and the rear side of the quick separation mechanism for the pressurizing plate frame are symmetrically provided with a front telescopic side and a rear telescopic side limiting unit respectively, the two front telescopic side and the rear telescopic side limiting units realize limiting constraint on the quick separation mechanism for the pressurizing plate frame between the two front telescopic side and the rear telescopic side limiting units through relative movement, and limiting of the quick separation mechanism for the pressurizing plate frame between the two front telescopic side and the rear telescopic side limiting units in the front direction and the rear direction is relieved after the two front telescopic side and the rear telescopic side limiting units move in place in a back-to-back mode.
The limiting guide rail 6 can realize left and right limiting guide on the bottoms of the anti-blocking filter frame assemblies 8 and the filter pressing plate assembly 9 on the quick separating mechanisms of the various pressurizing plate frames, and meanwhile, the front and rear telescopic lateral limiting units are used for further limiting in the front and rear directions, so that the stability and the movement fluency of the whole quick separating mechanism of the pressurizing plate frames when the quick separating mechanisms of the pressurizing plate frames are pushed by the compressing mechanisms are guaranteed.
Specifically, the front-back telescopic lateral limiting unit comprises two horizontally arranged guide long shafts 13, the two guide long shafts 13 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the quick separation mechanism of the pressurizing plate frame, the two ends of the guide long shafts 13 are respectively movably sleeved with a left end seat 14 and a right end seat 15, the two ends of the guide long shafts 13 are respectively provided with external threads, limiting nuts 16 are respectively screwed on the external threads at the two ends of the guide long shafts 13, the limiting nuts 16 at the two ends are respectively abutted against the left end seat 14 and the right end seat 15, the left end seat 14 and the right end seat 15 are respectively fixed on piston rods of two horizontal telescopic electric cylinders 17 in synchronous motion, and the cylinder bodies of the two horizontal telescopic electric cylinders 17 are respectively fixedly installed on the left vertical seat 3 and the right vertical seat 4 at corresponding positions.
Further, a U-shaped clamping seat 35 is fixedly welded on the front and rear sides of the filter plate frame 29, and each U-shaped clamping seat 35 is movably clamped on the front and rear telescopic lateral limiting units at the corresponding positions through a U-shaped clamping groove 36, specifically, the guide long shaft 13 is clamped in the U-shaped clamping groove 36. When the quick separating mechanism of the pressurizing plate frame is required to be detached from the ground connecting frame, the piston rods of the corresponding horizontal telescopic electric cylinders 17 on the two front-back telescopic lateral limiting units can be controlled to extend out, so that the corresponding guide long shafts 13 can be driven to be separated from the U-shaped clamping seats 35.
Further, the plate-and-frame type efficient separation filter press system provided by the embodiment further comprises a sewage feeding unit, wherein a feeding channel 7 is arranged on the left vertical seat, and the sewage feeding unit is connected with a mud-containing sewage channel of the pressurizing plate-and-frame rapid separation mechanism through the feeding channel.
Specifically, the upstream of the sewage feeding unit is connected with an external sewage storage tank through a pipeline provided with a two-way pump, the sewage feeding unit comprises a sewage feeding pipeline 10 connected with a feeding channel, and a sewage feeding electromagnetic valve 11 is arranged on the sewage feeding pipeline 10.
When the filter pressing dehydration treatment of the mud-containing sewage is needed, the sewage feeding electromagnetic valve 11 is started, the external mud-containing sewage is introduced into the feeding channel on the left vertical seat 3, and then enters the corresponding mud cake cavity 32 through the mud-containing sewage channel, so that mud-water separation is realized.
In one embodiment, the compressing mechanism comprises a threaded positioning tube 18 fixedly penetrating through the right vertical seat 4, a compressing cylinder 19 arranged horizontally is rotatably installed in an inner threaded cavity of the threaded positioning tube 18, an outer thread matched with the inner thread of the threaded positioning tube 18 is arranged on the outer side wall of a cylinder barrel of the compressing cylinder 19, oil inlet and outlet ports of the compressing cylinder 19 are respectively connected with the hydraulic station control system 2 through oil pipes, a T-shaped block 20 is fixedly connected to the front end of a piston rod of the compressing cylinder 19, the T-shaped block 20 is movably inserted into a T-shaped groove in the center of the end face of a connecting seat 21, the connecting seat 21 is formed by welding two symmetrically arranged half seats, a compressing disc 22 is fixedly installed at the left end part of the connecting seat 21, and the left end face of the compressing disc 22 is abutted to the compressing plate frame quick separating mechanism.
The working principle of the pressing mechanism is as follows: when the mud-containing sewage is needed to be filtered, the hydraulic station control system 2 is utilized for oil supply, the piston rod of the compression oil cylinder 19 is controlled to extend leftwards, the compression disc 22 at the left end of the compression oil cylinder is driven to tightly support each filter-pressing plate assembly 9 and the anti-blocking type filter frame assembly 8 which form the quick separation mechanism of the filter-pressing plate frame in place, and the mud-containing sewage is introduced after the filter-pressing plate assembly is in place for filter-pressing separation operation. The pre-installation position of the whole compression cylinder 19 can be pre-positioned and adjusted by rotating the position of the whole cylinder barrel, so that the whole compression cylinder 19 is ensured to be in a proper working position, and good compression effect can be achieved when the subsequent piston rod extends.
Further, a back flushing channel 23 is arranged at the lower part of the compaction plate 22, and is communicated with the water-containing sludge channel of the quick separation mechanism of the compaction plate frame. The recoil channel 23 is connected with a recoil rigid pipe 25 provided with an electric control valve 24, and the right end of the recoil rigid pipe 25 freely penetrates through the right vertical seat 4 and is connected with a shifting recoil unit arranged on the right side ground connection frame 1 of the right vertical seat 4.
The recoil rigid pipe 25 can move along with the compaction disc 22 in the moving process of the compaction disc, and the recoil rigid pipe 25 plays a role of introducing cleaning liquid to wash the mud cake cavity 32 and each channel when the whole compaction disc frame quick separation mechanism is washed in the later stage.
Specifically, the shifting recoil unit comprises a shifting seat 26, a following wheel set 27 is installed at the bottom of the shifting seat 26, a cleaning and conveying pump 28 is fixedly installed on the shifting seat 26, a liquid inlet of the cleaning and conveying pump 28 is connected with an external cleaning water source through a pipeline, and a liquid outlet of the cleaning and conveying pump 28 is connected with the recoil rigid pipe 25.
When the filter press needs to be backwashed, the pressurizing plate frame quick-speed separating mechanism is compressed again, the cleaning conveying pump 28 is started, and the external cleaning liquid is conveyed to the inside of the pressurizing plate frame quick-speed separating mechanism to realize backwashed. When the back flushing rigid pipe 25 moves to the right passively, the shifting back flushing unit is driven to move synchronously to the right, and the shifting back flushing unit moves along with the back flushing rigid pipe 25, so that the flexibility of the whole structure can be ensured, and the rapidity of back flushing of the pressurizing plate frame quick separation mechanism by using the shifting back flushing unit is ensured.
In the preferred embodiment, a filter cloth inside automatic cleaner is installed in the liquid storage cavity 46 enclosed by the filter cloth 38 and the filter frame 37, and the filter cloth inside automatic cleaner brushes and cleans the inner surface of the filter cloth 38 through the fixed shaft rotation after being impacted by the high pressure cleaning water flowing in from the outside.
Furthermore, the water inlet flushing joint 42 is connected with an external high-pressure cleaning water source, and a flushing water pump 44 and a sewage pump 45 are respectively arranged on the pipelines where the water inlet flushing joint 42 and the water outlet sewage joint 43 are arranged. The flushing water pump 44 and the sewage pump 45 provided therein serve to convey water flow, and provide a certain water pressure to the water flow.
When the mud cake is dehydrated, the high-pressure water flow impact force entering through the water inlet flushing joint 42 drives the filter cloth inner side automatic cleaner in the liquid storage cavity 46 to realize fixed-axis rotation, and the filter cloth 38 on the two sides is cleaned and scrubbed through rotation, so that the aim of combining brushing and scrubbing is achieved, the scrubbing effect is improved, and the cleaning effect on the filter cloth 38 is ensured.
Specifically, the automatic cleaner for the inner side of the filter cloth comprises a fixed sleeve 47 fixed in the middle of the filter cloth 38 at two sides, a linked cleaning rotating shaft 48 is arranged between the two fixed sleeves 47, two ends of the linked cleaning rotating shaft 48 are respectively and rotatably inserted into the fixed sleeves 47 at corresponding positions, a rotating shaft sleeve 49 is sleeved on the linked cleaning rotating shaft 48, a plurality of radial spokes 50 are uniformly and alternately arranged on the rotating shaft sleeve 49 along the circumferential direction, a hydraulic pushing blade 51 is respectively and fixedly arranged at the end part of each radial spoke 50, cleaning soft bristles 52 are respectively fixed on the left side surface and the right side surface of the hydraulic pushing blade 51, and the end parts of the cleaning soft bristles 52 are in contact with the filter cloth 38. When the high-pressure water flow is introduced into the water inlet flushing joint 42, the water flow continuously impacts each hydraulic pushing blade 51, the continuous impact of the water flow drives the whole automatic cleaner on the inner side of the filter cloth to realize fixed-axis rotation like a waterwheel, and the sludge on the inner surface of the filter cloth 38 is flushed by the cleaning soft brush hair 52 in the rotation process, so that the purpose of separating the sludge from the inner surface of the filter cloth 38 is achieved. The separated sludge mixed water flow is discharged from the water outlet and sewage discharging joint 43, so as to achieve the aim of quickly cleaning the inner surface of the filter cloth 38.
The automatic cleaner on the inner side of the filter cloth mainly realizes the cleaning and brushing of the inner surface of the filter cloth 38 after the completion of the filter pressing and the dehydration.
In a preferred embodiment, a lifting quick-release filter cloth cleaning mechanism is arranged above the pressurizing plate frame quick-release mechanism.
Specifically, the lifting quick-release type filter cloth cleaning mechanism comprises a rectangular frame body 54 which is horizontally arranged, a lifting positioning cylinder 55 is fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the rectangular frame body 54 respectively, the two lifting positioning cylinders 55 move in a synchronous lifting mode, an inverted U-shaped clamping seat 56 is fixedly welded at the bottoms of the cylinder bodies of the two lifting positioning cylinders 55 respectively, the two inverted U-shaped clamping seats 56 are respectively clamped at the tops of a left vertical seat 3 and a right vertical seat 4 at corresponding positions, a horizontal screw rod 57 is arranged in an inner frame of the rectangular frame body 54, stepped shaft sections at two ends of the horizontal screw rod 57 respectively penetrate through holes at corresponding positions of the rectangular frame body, a motor frame 58 is fixedly arranged on the rectangular frame body 54 at the right end, a positioning cleaning motor 59 is fixedly arranged in a mounting cavity of the motor frame 58, a motor shaft of the positioning cleaning motor 59 is fixedly connected with the end of the horizontal screw rod 57 at the corresponding position, a moving sliding seat 60 is rotatably arranged on the outer side wall of the horizontal screw rod 57, the front side and the rear side of the moving rectangular frame body 60 is respectively abutted against the inner frame body at the corresponding positions of the two side walls of the rectangular frame body, and high-pressure water spray nozzles 61 are arranged at the bottoms of the two sides of the high-pressure spray nozzles 61 relatively at the bottoms of the high-pressure spray nozzle.
Before working, the lifting quick-release filter cloth cleaning mechanism is mainly fastened and fixed at the tops of the left stand 3 and the right stand 4 by means of the inverted U-shaped clamping seats 56, and after being installed, the lifting quick-release filter cloth cleaning mechanism can be fastened and positioned by a plurality of quick screws, so that the positioning safety is ensured. During operation, the positioning cleaning motor 59 is started, and the high-pressure jet cleaning nozzle 61 and an external high-pressure water source are started, so that the high-pressure jet cleaning nozzle 61 can reach the purposes of flushing the left side and the right side of each filter pressing plate assembly 9 and each anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 below through jetting high-pressure water flow. The corresponding horizontal screw rod 57 can be driven to rotate by controlling the operation of the positioning cleaning motor 59 in the flushing process. The horizontal screw rod 57 rotates to enable the movable sliding seat 60 to linearly move along the horizontal direction, and each high-pressure jet cleaning nozzle 61 below the movable sliding seat 60 can finish cleaning operation on each filter pressing plate filling assembly 9 and each anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 below the movable sliding seat, so that the external cleaning effect of the filter pressing plate filling assembly 9 and the anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 is effectively ensured, and the aim of rapidly cleaning the outer surface of the filter cloth 38 is fulfilled.
Preferably, hanging lugs 62 for being matched with an external hanging hook are fixedly welded on the left side and the right side of the top of the rectangular frame body 54 respectively.
The hanging lug seat 62 can serve the purpose of being convenient for being matched with external lifting equipment to quickly lift and transfer the whole lifting quick-release filter cloth cleaning mechanism.
Further, after the current back telescopic lateral limiting unit is separated from each U-shaped clamping seat 35, the lifting quick-release type filter cloth cleaning mechanism at the top of the quick-release type filter cloth pressing frame separating mechanism can be used for quickly disassembling and maintaining each of the filter pressing plate filling assemblies 9 and the anti-blocking type filter frame assemblies 8 on the quick-release type filter cloth pressing frame separating mechanism after lifting and transferring, the operation is relatively simple and quick, and the installation and the positioning are convenient.
In the preferred embodiment, a mud cake receiving box 63 is mounted on the ground connecting frame 1 below the pressurizing plate frame rapid separation mechanism, and falling mud cakes can be rapidly collected by arranging the mud cake receiving box 63, so that the collected mud cakes are convenient to transfer in a concentrated manner.
The plate and frame type high-efficiency separation filter press system provided by the embodiment has the following overall working processes:
the hydraulic station control system 2 supplies oil to drive the compressing mechanism to extend leftwards, compresses the whole compressing plate frame quick separating mechanism, and achieves the working state of filter pressing mud-containing sewage. The anti-blocking filter frame assemblies 8 and the filter pressing plate filling assemblies 9 in the working state are kept in tight contact with each other, the sewage feeding unit is controlled to be opened after the tight contact is achieved, and mud-containing sewage with certain pressure is filled into each mud cake cavity 32 in the quick separating mechanism of the filter pressing plate frame through the feeding channel 7. The mud-containing sewage continuously enters the corresponding mud cake cavity 32, water seeps into the corresponding liquid outlet cavity through the filter cloth 38 and is discharged outwards step by step, and the dehydrated sludge in the mud cake cavity 32 is gradually increased to form mud cakes, so that mud-water separation is realized. When the press filtration dehydration is finished, the pressing mechanism is controlled to return, and the corresponding press filling plate assembly 9 and the anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 can be pulled to be separated under the action of each flexible linkage drawknot piece, so that the separation of the mud cake cavity 32 and the filter cloth 38 is realized, and the mud cake can fall into the mud cake receiving box 63 to be collected.
The filter-pressing plate assembly 9 mainly relies on the inside of the mud cake cavity 32 to receive mud-containing sewage to be treated, and after the mud-containing sewage enters the inside of the mud cake cavity 32, water enters the liquid storage cavity 46 through the filter cloth 38, and mud is continuously accumulated and remained in the mud cake cavity 32. The diversion cavity 33 can continuously convey sewage to the downstream mud cake cavity 32, and the first squeezing and dewatering of the sewage containing mud is realized under the action of the own water pressure of the sewage.
The anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 is used as a main water filtering structure, and is tightly pressed by the pressing mechanism and matched with the adjacent filter pressing plate assembly 9, at the moment, two sides of the filter cloth 38 are matched with the corresponding mud cake cavity 32, and water in mud-containing sewage entering the mud cake cavity 32 can be continuously permeated into the liquid storage cavity 46 through the filter cloth 38 and transferred and output. The sludge in the mud cake chamber 32 is continuously piled up and dehydrated, and finally mud cakes are formed.
Further, high-pressure gas can be filled into the pressurizing cavities 31 between the mud cake cavities 32 according to the requirement, and after the high-pressure gas enters the pressurizing cavities 31, the elastic metal filter plates 30 on two sides of the pressurizing cavities swell towards the mud cake cavities 32 and continuously squeeze the mud in the mud cake cavities 32, so that secondary dehydration treatment is realized, mud-water separation effect is guaranteed, and the water content of mud cakes is reduced.
The limiting guide rail 6 can realize limiting guide to the bottoms of the anti-blocking filter frame assemblies 8 and the pressure filling and filtering plate assemblies 9 on the pressure filling plate frame quick separation mechanisms, and meanwhile, the limiting units on the front side and the rear side of the whole pressure filling plate frame quick separation mechanism are used for realizing limiting in the front-rear direction, so that the stability and the movement fluency of the pressure filling plate frame quick separation mechanism when the pressure filling plate frame quick separation mechanism is pushed by the compression mechanism are ensured.
Wherein, hold-down mechanism's theory of operation is: the hydraulic station control system 2 is utilized to supply oil to the whole mechanism, when sewage is needed to be filtered, the piston rod of the compression oil cylinder 19 is controlled to extend leftwards, and the compression disc 22 at the left end of the piston rod is driven to tightly support each filter pressing plate assembly 9 and each anti-blocking filter frame assembly 8 on the whole quick separation mechanism of the filter pressing plate frame. And after the sewage is in place, introducing sewage to carry out filter pressing separation operation. The pre-installation position of the whole compression cylinder 19 can be adjusted by rotating the position of the whole cylinder barrel according to the requirement, so that the whole compression cylinder 19 is ensured to be in a proper working position, and a good compression effect can be achieved when the subsequent piston rod extends.
The plate-and-frame type high-efficiency separation filter press system provided by the embodiment is also provided with the recoil rigid pipe 25 which can move along with the compaction disc 22, and the recoil rigid pipe 25 can play a role of flushing by introducing cleaning liquid when flushing the inside of the whole quick separation mechanism of the compaction plate frame in the later period, so that the cleaning effect of the mud cake cavity 32 and each channel is improved. Of course, the backflushing rigid pipe 25 is in a blocked state during the sewage filter-pressing dehydration process.
When the filter cloth and the internal channel need to be cleaned, the cleaning water is introduced into each water inlet flushing joint 42 to realize the high-pressure water flow introduced into the liquid storage cavity 46, and the high-pressure water flow has two functions, namely flushing the inside of the liquid storage cavity 46 and flushing the inner walls of the filter cloth 38 at two sides; secondly, the inner side automatic cleaner of the filter cloth in the liquid storage cavity 46 is driven by high-pressure water flow impact force to realize fixed-axis rotation, and the inner surfaces of the filter cloth 38 on two sides are cleaned and scrubbed through rotation, so that the aim of combining brushing and scrubbing is achieved, the scrubbing effect is improved, and the cleaning effect on the filter cloth 38 is ensured.
