Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a method and a system for replacing consumable chips in a chip resetting mode, which are mainly used for solving the problems of inconvenience, high cost and the like in resetting consumable chips in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a chip reset type consumable replacement method, comprising the steps of:
acquiring a consumable replacement signal, and executing a consumable replacement action, wherein the consumable replacement action is configured to replace new consumable on the basis of a reserved skeleton, and the skeleton is provided with a wireless consumable chip;
establishing communication with the wireless consumable chip, starting a reset switch, and logging in the wireless consumable chip through a secret key;
if the login is successful, reading first authentication information built in the wireless consumable chip, and performing authentication judgment;
if the authentication is successful, the first consumable information built in the wireless consumable chip is erased, and the second consumable information is written into the wireless consumable chip to be checked and judged;
and if the verification is correct, finishing consumable replacement.
In some embodiments, each time a printing action is performed, the consumable print length is recorded into the wireless consumable chip, and consumable usage progress parameters in the wireless consumable chip are updated.
In some embodiments, when the consumable usage progress parameter in the wireless consumable chip is lower than a first threshold, a consumable replacement signal is sent to a reset control module of the printing equipment, and a warning is sent by the reset control module.
In some embodiments, after the consumable replacement signal is obtained, the reset control module enters a reset step, in the reset step, communication is established with the wireless consumable chip, the distance between the wireless consumable chip and the reset control module is detected, when the distance between the wireless consumable chip and the reset control module is detected to be greater than a second threshold value and then smaller than the second threshold value, a reset switch is turned on, and the wireless consumable chip is logged in through a secret key;
if the key login is unsuccessful for N times, the reset control module sends out a warning.
In some embodiments, after the consumable replacement signal is obtained, first, the reset control module reads and records the first consumable information built in the wireless consumable chip, and records the first consumable information as consumable information before replacement; after the consumable replacement action is executed and the reset switch is turned on, the first consumable information built in the wireless consumable chip is read and recorded by the reset control module and is recorded as consumable information after replacement;
after the wireless consumable chip is successfully logged in through the secret key, the consumable information before replacement and the consumable information after replacement are compared and authenticated, and the comparison is consistent, so that the authentication is successful.
In some embodiments, the first authentication information includes, but is not limited to, chip vendor information, a type, and a unique code; the first consumable information includes, but is not limited to, consumable size, consumable length, used consumable length, and first key information; the second consumable information includes, but is not limited to, initialized consumable size, consumable length and second key information;
after the first authentication information is read, confirming the chip manufacturer information, the type and the unique code of the wireless consumable chip, and comparing the chip manufacturer information, the type and the unique code with an authentication information list pre-stored in the reset control module;
the second consumable information is configured as initialized consumable information generated by the reset control module after receiving a new print job, or consumable information after reinitializing the consumable information before replacement.
In some embodiments, in the verification and judgment, the first authentication information and the second consumable information of the wireless consumable chip are read again, after the information is confirmed to be correct, the information is recorded in the reset control module, the reset step is exited, and consumable replacement is completed.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a system for applying the method for replacing a chip reset type consumable part, comprising:
the printing equipment is provided with a printing bin, and the wall surface of the printing bin is provided with a reset control module;
the printing consumable component comprises a framework and consumables detachably connected with the framework, wherein the framework is fixed in the printing bin and is provided with a wireless consumable chip;
the wireless consumable chip is connected with the reset control module through wireless signals.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises a print job receiving module for receiving a new print job, generating initialization consumable information, and writing the initialization consumable information into the wireless consumable chip.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that at least:
when the consumable is consumed, the printing equipment receives a consumable replacement signal, at the moment, the consumable replacement is carried out by taking down the consumable printing component through an operator under the condition of reserving the framework, the consumable is fixed in a printing bin of the printing equipment again, a wireless consumable chip on the framework is connected with a reset control module of the printing equipment through wireless signals, and under the condition that the wireless consumable chip is unchanged, chip reset is completed and divided into two steps of authentication of first authentication information and update verification of consumable information, so that consumable replacement is completed.

Referring to fig. 1, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a method for replacing a chip reset type consumable part, comprising the steps of:
acquiring a consumable replacement signal, and executing a consumable replacement action, wherein the consumable replacement action is configured to replace new consumable on the basis of a reserved skeleton, and the skeleton is provided with a wireless consumable chip;
establishing communication with the wireless consumable chip, starting a reset switch, and logging in the wireless consumable chip through a secret key;
if the login is successful, reading first authentication information built in the wireless consumable chip, and performing authentication judgment;
if the authentication is successful, the first consumable information built in the wireless consumable chip is erased, and the second consumable information is written into the wireless consumable chip to be checked and judged;
and if the verification is correct, finishing consumable replacement.
It should be noted that, this consumable replacement method is used for the printing equipment side, after obtaining the signal of changing the consumable, can send out the warning to the outside, carry out the action of consumable change by the operator, more specifically is taking off the printing consumable subassembly in the printing equipment, under the circumstances of reserving the skeleton, changes the consumable, fixes the skeleton in the printing storehouse of printing equipment again. After the framework is fixed to the printing bin of the printing equipment again, the reset control module of the printing equipment establishes communication with the wireless consumable chip again, the reset control module is automatically triggered to start a built-in reset switch of the reset control module, the reset control module tries to log in the wireless consumable chip according to the secret key, more specifically, the built-in first secret key information of the wireless consumable chip is not replaced because the wireless consumable chip is not replaced, in order to ensure uniqueness, the reset control module is firstly adopted to log in the wireless consumable chip according to the original second secret key information of the wireless consumable chip, and the step is mainly used for checking whether the wireless consumable chip is not replaced or not, because the time is only faster than that of using the secret key information, the efficiency is high, and the potential possibility that the wireless consumable chip is replaced can be effectively eliminated. After the secret key is successfully used for logging in the wireless consumable chip, the reset control module reads first authentication information which is built-in the wireless consumable chip and represents the self-uniqueness of the wireless consumable chip, after authentication is successful, the consumable information which is built-in the wireless consumable chip is updated, the original old first consumable information is erased, new second consumable information is written in the wireless consumable chip, all data of the judging chip are checked again, and consumable replacement is completed after confirming.
In this embodiment, when the wireless consumable chip is in normal communication connection with the reset control module, the printing apparatus records the consumable printing length into the wireless consumable chip every time when the printing apparatus executes a printing operation, updates the consumable usage progress parameter in the wireless consumable chip, and when a new consumable is just replaced, the consumable usage progress parameter in the wireless consumable chip is initialized to be the original length, and along with continuous printing of the consumable, the consumable usage progress parameter is gradually updated to reflect real consumable consumption data.
When the consumption material use progress parameter in the wireless consumption material chip is lower than a first threshold value, namely the consumption material can not support printing next time, the wireless consumption material chip sends a consumption material replacement signal to a reset control module of the printing equipment, and the reset control module sends a warning to inform an operator to execute consumption material replacement action.
After a consumable replacement signal is obtained, the reset control module enters a reset step, in the reset step, communication is established with the wireless consumable chip, the distance between the wireless consumable chip and the reset control module is detected, and when the distance between the wireless consumable chip and the reset control module is detected to be larger than a second threshold value and smaller than the second threshold value, a reset switch is started, and the wireless consumable chip is logged in through a secret key;
if the key login is unsuccessful for N times, the reset control module sends out a warning.
It should be noted that, in the connection state, the reset control module is opposite to the wireless consumable chip, and signal connection between the reset control module and the wireless consumable chip can be realized only within a certain distance, and beyond the distance, communication is disconnected, and the communication state changed according to the distance factor is utilized. When a consumable replacement signal is received, in the consumable replacement action process, the distance between the reset control module and the wireless consumable chip is larger than a second threshold value, and at the moment, an intermediate state change is recorded once; after the consumable replacement action is executed, the framework is fixed in a printing bin of the printing equipment, the distance between the reset control module and the wireless consumable chip is smaller than a second threshold again, and at the moment, the intermediate state change is recorded once again.
Only after the two intermediate state changes are recorded, the framework can be proved to be taken out and installed again, the reset switch can be started, and the wireless consumable chip is logged in through the secret key. In order to avoid that the wireless consumable chip on the replaced skeleton is replaced by other wireless consumable chips with switchable keys, only N opportunities are given at the moment, if the N key login attempts are unsuccessful, the wireless consumable chip is replaced, and the reset control module sends out a warning to refuse to use the forged consumable.
As an implementation mode, after a consumable replacement signal is obtained, first, reading and recording first consumable information built in the wireless consumable chip by the reset control module, and recording the first consumable information as consumable information before replacement; after the consumable replacement action is executed and the reset switch is turned on, the first consumable information built in the wireless consumable chip is read and recorded by the reset control module and is recorded as consumable information after replacement; wherein, the consumable information before replacement includes but is not limited to key information, and the consumable information after replacement includes but is not limited to key information.
After the wireless consumable chip is successfully logged in through the secret key, the consumable information before replacement and the consumable information after replacement are compared and authenticated, and the comparison is consistent, so that the authentication is successful.
In this step, in order to avoid replacing other wireless consumable chips with switchable keys, when the wireless consumable chip does not obtain the key information of the reset control module, the key information built in the wireless consumable chip is sent to the reset control module, at this time, the reset control module is equivalent to obtaining the key information before replacement and the key information after replacement, and the two information are directly compared and authenticated, so that the comparison and authentication at the key level can be realized, and the wireless consumable chip is logged into. In addition, if other wireless consumable chips with switchable keys are used, the probability of successful comparison once can be very low under the condition that only one key information is accepted, and the authentication efficiency can be greatly improved in the mode.
In this embodiment, the first authentication information includes, but is not limited to, chip manufacturer information, a type, and a unique code; the first consumable information includes, but is not limited to, consumable size, consumable length, used consumable length, and first key information; the second consumable information includes, but is not limited to, initialized consumable size, consumable length and second key information;
after the first authentication information is read, confirming the chip manufacturer information, the type and the unique code of the wireless consumable chip, and comparing the chip manufacturer information, the type and the unique code with an authentication information list pre-stored in the reset control module;
the second consumable information is configured as initialized consumable information generated by the reset control module after receiving a new print job, or consumable information after reinitializing the consumable information before replacement.
Optionally, because when the printing device needs to replace consumables, it is possible to replace consumables with different consumable sizes, consumable lengths, and the like, that is, when the printing device supports printing consumables with different width sizes, in order to adapt to the diversified printing effect, after receiving a new printing task, the reset control module needs to write second consumable information with new attribute into the wireless consumable chip, so as to initialize the wireless consumable chip; of course, if the print job does not bring consumable information with a brand new attribute, consumable information after directly reinitializing the consumable information before replacement can also be used, namely, the length of the used consumable is reset to zero, and the consumable length is reset.
In this embodiment, in the verification and judgment, the first authentication information and the second consumable information of the wireless consumable chip are read again, that is, all the information contained in the wireless consumable chip is recorded in the reset control module after the information is confirmed to be correct, the information of the wireless consumable chip is kept consistent with the information of the reset control module after the information is updated, the reset step is exited, and consumable replacement is completed.
Referring to fig. 2, in a second aspect, the present invention provides a chip reset type consumable replacement system for implementing a chip reset type consumable replacement method as in the above embodiment, the system includes:
the printing equipment is provided with a printing bin, and the wall surface of the printing bin is provided with a reset control module;
the printing consumable component comprises a framework and consumables detachably connected with the framework, wherein the framework is fixed in the printing bin and is provided with a wireless consumable chip;
the wireless consumable chip is connected with the reset control module through wireless signals.
The printing consumable component is detachably installed in the printing bin, when the printing consumable component is in a connection state, the wireless consumable chip is opposite to the reset control module, the distance between the two is smaller than 10mm, wireless connection can be carried out in a radio frequency mode, and the chip reset type consumable replacement method in the embodiment is completed by means of wireless signal connection between the wireless consumable chip and the reset control module.
Furthermore, the system also comprises a printing task receiving module which is used for receiving a new printing task, generating initialization consumable information and writing the initialization consumable information into the wireless consumable chip.
The system can receive the printing task sent by the intelligent equipment, for example, the printing task is sent to the printing equipment through a mobile phone, the printing task receiving module can analyze the initialized consumable information from the new printing task, and the initialized consumable information is written into the wireless consumable chip, so that the consumable information is synchronized.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a chip reset type consumable replacement method and system, when consumable is consumed, printing equipment receives consumable replacement signals, at the moment, under the condition that an operator takes down a printing consumable component and reserves a framework, consumable replacement is carried out, the framework is fixed in a printing bin of the printing equipment again, wireless consumable chips on the framework are connected with a reset control module of the printing equipment in a wireless signal mode, chip reset is completed under the condition that the wireless consumable chips are reserved unchanged, and the two steps of authentication of first authentication information and update and verification of consumable information are divided into the completion of consumable replacement.
