Abstract
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。该制备方法包括:将果菌、中药、兔胃、白砂糖、葡萄糖、红糖与蜂蜜混合,厌氧发酵后制得原菌;再将原菌、玉米面、麸子、红糖与葡萄糖混合后,在湿度为35~45%的避光封闭环境下发酵后制得含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。该饲料添加剂能够补充畜禽所需的维生素、微量元素,产生多元化增益效果,促进畜禽增重,使得出肉率达到75%以上;而且该饲料添加剂有助于减少畜禽***物所产生的氨气,显著改善畜禽的饲养环境,从而进一步提升畜禽的增重效果;此外,该饲料添加剂使用成本较低,每吨全价料中仅需添加30斤‑35斤即可获得优异的作用效果。

背景技术
由于养殖业中的畜禽经常发病死亡,严重的影响了养殖户的经济效益,阻碍了养殖业的正常发展。为了解决该难题,研究者们开发了不同种类的饲料添加剂,包括化学药物添加剂、中草药饲料添加剂等。目前,已有众多专利公开了多种中草药饲料添加剂,主要的目的均是为了取代抗生素,并且提高畜禽的免疫力,提升畜禽的成活率以及促进畜禽增重。
然而大多数添加剂的研发人员仅关注于如何提高畜禽的成活率以及促进畜禽增重,导致现有的中草药饲料添加剂的作用效果单一。而改善畜禽的饲养环境也能够促进畜禽的健康状况,有利于提升养殖业的经济效益。但是到目前为止,并未有饲料添加剂能够同时实现促进畜禽增重以及改善畜禽的饲养环境的全面作用效果。
因此,如何提供一种全面多效的饲料添加剂成为本领域需要解决的技术难题。

制备果菌:将葡萄、苹果、蟠桃、柠檬、百香果、胡萝卜、火龙果、香蕉、彩椒、桔子、橙子、梨与葡萄糖和白砂糖混合,厌氧发酵后制得果菌;
制备中药混合物:将车前草、蒲公英、红花、甘草、黄芪、大麦芽、小麦芽、枸杞、干姜、益母草、陈皮、当归、党参、野生酸枣刺、木瓜叶、苦杏仁、胎菊、人参须子、藏红花、冬虫草、石斛和麦冬混合制得中药混合物;
制备原菌:将所述果菌、所述中药混合物、兔胃、白砂糖、葡萄糖、红糖与蜂蜜混合,厌氧发酵后制得原菌;
将所述原菌、玉米面、麸子、红糖与葡萄糖混合后,在湿度为35~45%的避光封闭环境下发酵后制得所述含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
本发明通过对果菌制备和中药组合的大量尝试,发现采用上述制备方法制得的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂能够保护动物肠胃,帮助畜禽消化饲料,促进畜禽增重,同时能够减少畜禽***物所产生的氨气,显著改善畜禽的饲养环境,从动物机体本身以及饲喂环境两方面共同促进畜禽的增重效果,显著提升出肉率以及出肉品质。
在具体实施过程中,将各味中药粉碎后混合制备中药混合物。
优选地,在20~30℃下厌氧发酵10~15天制得所述果菌。
在上述条件下发酵制备的果菌作用效果更佳。
优选地,在20~30℃下厌氧发酵7~10天制得所述原菌。
优选地,在湿度为35~45%的避光封闭环境下发酵20~30天后制得所述含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
优选地,制备果菌时,葡萄、苹果、蟠桃、柠檬、百香果、胡萝卜、火龙果、香蕉、彩椒、桔子、橙子、梨与葡萄糖和白砂糖的重量比为(10~15):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(3~8):(3~8):(1~4):(5~10):(0.5~1.5):(5~10):(3~5):(3~8):(12~18):(12~18)。
优选地,制备中药混合物时,车前草、蒲公英、红花、甘草、黄芪、大麦芽、小麦芽、枸杞、干姜、益母草、陈皮、当归、党参、野生酸枣刺、木瓜叶、苦杏仁、胎菊、人参须子、藏红花、冬虫草、石斛和麦冬的重量比为(40~60):(280~320):(40~60):(20~40):(40~60):(80~120):(80~120):(40~60):(30~50):(80~120):(180~220):(25~35):(25~35):(80~120):(40~80):(10~30):(40~60):(20~40):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(40~60)。
优选地,制备原菌时,所述果菌、所述中药混合物、白砂糖、葡萄糖、红糖与蜂蜜的重量比为(18~22):(3~4):(18~22):(1~3):(2~6):1。
优选地,制备所述含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂时,所述原菌、玉米面、麸子、红糖与葡萄糖的重量比为(250~350):(250~350):(650~750):(30~50):(3~5)。
优选地,本发明中的百香果为黄金百香果。
优选地,本发明中的火龙果为红芯火龙果。
在具体实施过程中,本发明中的柠檬可采用柠檬干或新鲜柠檬。
在具体实施过程中,本发明中的香蕉、桔子、橙子、苦杏仁可带皮进行制备相应物料。
优选地,本发明中的兔胃采用野兔胃作为引子。
更优选地,每100~150斤的原菌中使用1颗兔胃。
在具体实施过程中,可将兔胃中的杂食晾干粉碎后与晾干粉碎的兔胃组织混合后用于制备原菌。
进一步,本发明提供了上述任一实施方案所制备的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
本发明的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂作用范围广泛,可添加于猪、牛、鸡、羊、鸭、鹅等不同种类的畜禽饲料中。
进一步,本发明还提供了一种饲料,其中含有上述任一实施方案所制备的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂能够补充畜禽所需的维生素、微量元素,产生多元化增益效果,同时还能够保护动物肠胃,帮助畜禽消化饲料,促进畜禽增重,使得出肉率达到75%以上;且猪肉品质高,富含多种营养元素,不含有农药残留、重金属残留以及抗生素残留,营养健康。
与此同时,本发明的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂有助于减少畜禽***物所产生的氨气,显著改善畜禽的饲养环境,降低不良的饲养环境对畜禽生长发育的影响,从而进一步提升畜禽的增重效果;
而且,本发明的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂使用成本较低,菌剂耐受性强、活跃度高,每吨全价料中仅需添加30斤-35斤即可获得优异的作用效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,均为常规方法或者按照本领域的文献所描述的技术或条件进行,或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂和仪器等未注明生产厂商者,均为可通过正规渠道商购买得到的常规产品。
下述实施例中的兔胃源自北京德川肉兔养殖场。
下述实施例中的“份”表示重量份,根据实际用量可等比例扩大或缩小,具体单位可为kg、斤等重量单位。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备果菌:将葡萄12份、苹果3份、蟠桃3份、鲜柠檬3份、百香果5份、胡萝卜5份、火龙果2份、香蕉8份、彩椒1份、桔子8份、橙子4份、梨5份与葡萄糖15份和白砂糖15份混合搅烂,在24~26℃厌氧发酵10天后制得果菌;
(2)制备中药混合物:将车前草50份、蒲公英300份、红花50份、甘草30份、黄芪50份、大麦芽100份、小麦芽100份、枸杞50份、干姜40份、益母草100份、陈皮200份、当归30份、党参30份、野生酸枣刺100份、木瓜叶60份、苦杏仁(带皮)20份、胎菊50份、人参须子30份、藏红花3份、冬虫草2份、石斛2份和麦冬50份粉碎后混合制得中药混合物;
(3)制备原菌:将果菌30份、中药混合物5份、白砂糖30份、葡萄糖3份、红糖6份与蜂蜜1.5份混合,以混合物的总质量计,每100斤中添加1颗兔胃(用煮熟后晾凉的板蓝根水浸泡兔胃,然后将兔胃中的杂食晾干粉碎后与晾干粉碎的兔胃组织混合后添加),在24~26℃厌氧发酵8天后制得原菌;
(4)将原菌300份、玉米面300份、麸子700份、红糖40份与葡萄糖4份混合后,在湿度为40%的避光封闭环境下发酵20天后制得含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂,其制备方法仅与实施例1不同的是:
步骤(1)中,在24~26℃厌氧发酵15天后制得果菌。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂,其制备方法仅与实施例1不同的是:
步骤(4)中,在湿度为40%的避光封闭环境下发酵30天后制得含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
对比例1
本对比例提供了一种饲料添加剂,其制备方法仅与实施例1不同的是:
在制备果菌中,将葡萄替换为等量的蓝莓,将胡萝卜替换为等量的白萝卜,将葡萄糖替换为等量的红糖。
对比例2
本对比例提供了一种饲料添加剂,其制备方法仅与实施例1不同的是:
制备中药混合物中,将蒲公英替换为等量的野菊花、将益母草替换为等量的艾草、将陈皮替换为等量的青皮、将野生酸枣刺替换为等量的酸枣仁。
对比例3
本对比例提供了一种饲料添加剂,其制备方法仅与实施例1不同的是:
制备原菌时不添加兔胃。
试验例1
将实施例和对比例制备的饲料添加剂添加到正大全价猪饲料中,每吨全价料中添加30斤饲料添加剂,混合均匀用于饲喂大白猪。
挑选健康猪,使得猪的初始重量基本接近50kg,每组猪的数量为10只,公母各半,然后采用添加上述不同饲料添加剂的饲料进行饲喂,同时设置不添加任何饲料添加剂的饲料为对照组,每组的饲喂时间、饲喂量保持相同,每天观察进食情况,持续饲喂2个月出栏后,送至屠宰场检测出肉率和肉质;出肉率计算公式为:出肉率=净肉重量÷屠宰前活猪重量×100%,具体试验结果见表1。

结果表明,本发明的饲料添加剂能够产生诱食作用,促进猪的进食和消化,使得猪增重速度快、增重效果好,2个月左右即可达到出栏要求,而且出肉率和出肉品质均较高。
进一步,取实施例2中的1kg猪肉样品,送至检测中心进行检测,部分项目检测结果如表2所示。

试验例2
在试验例1进行饲喂的同时,每天同一时间测定不同组别猪舍的硫化氢和氨气浓度,并做好记录。利用锌铵络盐吸收亚甲基蓝分光光度计法测定每个试验组的硫化氢释放变化情况,利用硼酸吸收凯氏定氮法测定每个试验组的氨气释放变化情况,从饲喂开始持续测试1个月,测试结果见表3。

饲喂结束后,每组随机选择5头猪,连续采集3天的粪便,对粪便中的微生物含量进行检测,以反映肠道健康状况,结果如表4所示,单位均为106CFU/g。

结果表明,本发明的饲料添加剂能够改善猪肠道微生态状况,减少***物在圈舍中产生的氨气,有利于改善猪的生存环境,从而提高增重效果和出肉品质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
制备果菌:将葡萄、苹果、蟠桃、柠檬、百香果、胡萝卜、火龙果、香蕉、彩椒、桔子、橙子、梨与葡萄糖和白砂糖混合,在20~30℃下厌氧发酵10~15天制得所述果菌;
制备中药混合物:将车前草、蒲公英、红花、甘草、黄芪、大麦芽、小麦芽、枸杞、干姜、益母草、陈皮、当归、党参、野生酸枣刺、木瓜叶、苦杏仁、胎菊、人参须子、藏红花、冬虫草、石斛和麦冬混合制得中药混合物;
制备原菌:将所述果菌、所述中药混合物、兔胃、白砂糖、葡萄糖、红糖与蜂蜜混合,在20~30℃下厌氧发酵7~10天制得所述原菌;
将所述原菌、玉米面、麸子、红糖与葡萄糖混合后,在湿度为35~45%的避光封闭环境下发酵20~30天后制得所述含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂;其中:
制备果菌时,葡萄、苹果、蟠桃、柠檬、百香果、胡萝卜、火龙果、香蕉、彩椒、桔子、橙子、梨与葡萄糖和白砂糖的重量比为(10~15):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(3~8):(3~8):(1~4):(5~10):(0.5~1.5):(5~10):(3~5):(3~8):(12~18):(12~18);
制备中药混合物时,车前草、蒲公英、红花、甘草、黄芪、大麦芽、小麦芽、枸杞、干姜、益母草、陈皮、当归、党参、野生酸枣刺、木瓜叶、苦杏仁、胎菊、人参须子、藏红花、冬虫草、石斛和麦冬的重量比为(40~60):(280~320):(40~60):(20~40):(40~60):(80~120):(80~120):(40~60):(30~50):(80~120):(180~220):(25~35):(25~35):(80~120):(40~80):(10~30):(40~60):(20~40):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(40~60);
制备原菌时,所述果菌、所述中药混合物、白砂糖、葡萄糖、红糖与蜂蜜的重量比为(18~22):(3~4):(18~22):(1~3):(2~6):1;
制备所述含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂时,所述原菌、玉米面、麸子、红糖与葡萄糖的重量比为(250~350):(250~350):(650~750):(30~50):(3~5)。
2.一种含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其由权利要求1所述的制备方法制得。
3.一种饲料,其特征在于,其中含有权利要求2所述的含有实用菌剂的饲料添加剂。
