Abstract

本发明公开一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,包括如下工序:对待加工的工件的表面进行粗化、清洁处理,将粗化清洁处理后的所述工件做电泳处理,并使所述工件表面附着一层电泳漆膜,对所述工件的电泳漆膜进行低温烘烤,烘烤温度为120‑140℃,对所述工件的电泳漆膜进行喷涂底漆,并在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟,在所述工件的底漆表面进行陶瓷涂料面漆喷涂,并在185‑195℃温度下进行烘烤30分钟。本发明不仅具有较高的附着力,避免出现分层掉落的现象产生,而且电泳漆和底漆有一定的柔性,充当了缓冲垫的作用,有效的防止了陶瓷漆被撞击崩落的可能。

一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂装的技术领域,尤其涉及一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法。
背景技术
陶瓷涂料因优异的耐磨性能,被广泛用于家电及机床和电子设备上。
但是陶瓷涂料的缺点是要在230-280℃的高温下才可以固化达到其优良的硬度,当使用不耐高温性能工件的材料进行陶瓷涂装方法时,陶瓷涂料的高温固烘烤固化很容易造成工件本体的损害,如工件为锌合金材质,温度耐受范围为200℃,陶瓷涂料高温固化很容易使锌合金受热变形或起泡,造成工件损坏,同时陶瓷器虽然硬,但是在外力撞击下极易容易破碎而崩落。
发明内容
针对现有的陶瓷涂料存在的上述问题,现旨在提供一种附着力强、硬度高以及降低破碎崩落的高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法。
具体技术方案如下:
一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,包括:
步骤S1:对待加工的工件的表面进行粗化、清洁处理;
步骤S2:将粗化清洁处理后的所述工件做电泳处理,并使所述工件表面附着一层电泳漆膜;
步骤S3:对所述工件的电泳漆膜进行低温烘烤,烘烤温度为120-140℃;
步骤S4:对所述工件的电泳漆膜进行喷涂底漆,并在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟;
步骤S5:在所述工件的底漆表面进行陶瓷涂料面漆喷涂,并在185-195℃温度下进行烘烤30分钟。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S1中,通过玻璃砂喷砂对所述工件进行粗化处理,粗化处理后的所述工件通过清洗方式进行清洁处理。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S2中,所述电泳漆膜厚度为10-20um。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S4中,所述底漆的膜厚为25-35um。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S5中,所述面漆的膜厚为25-35um。
上述技术方案与现有技术相比具有的积极效果是:
(1)本发明中电泳漆膜的烘烤温度在120-140℃,此温度不致使电泳涂层固化比较完全,使得下一层底漆涂层容易浸润,以便使得与电泳涂层能牢固的粘合。
(2)本发明中在喷涂底漆时,在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟,此温度下烘烤,使得底漆不会太硬,处于软态下,容易让面漆能在较短的时间内浸润入底漆内,结合牢固,不会发生分层脱落现象。
(3)本发明中陶瓷涂料面漆喷涂时,在185-195℃温度下进行烘烤30分钟,此温度是面漆固化的温度,使得面漆***,也使得底漆和电泳涂层硬度增加,附着力增加,几层膜厚累加,使得产品膜厚足够,底漆有较好的弹性,面漆有较好的硬度,从而生产出既有弹性又有足够硬度的陶瓷涂料涂层,有效的降低外力撞击下导致破碎崩落的现象产生。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
图1为本发明一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法的方法流程图,如图1所示,示出了一种较佳实施例的一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,包括:
步骤S1:对待加工的工件的表面进行粗化、清洁处理;
步骤S2:将粗化清洁处理后的工件做电泳处理,并使工件表面附着一层电泳漆膜;
步骤S3:对工件的电泳漆膜进行低温烘烤,烘烤温度为120-140℃;
步骤S4:对工件的电泳漆膜进行喷涂底漆,并在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟;
步骤S5:在工件的底漆表面进行陶瓷涂料面漆喷涂,并在185-195℃温度下进行烘烤30分钟。
本实施例中电泳漆膜的烘烤温度在120-140℃,此温度不致使电泳涂层固化比较完全,使得下一层底漆涂层容易浸润,以便使得与电泳涂层能牢固的粘合。
本实施例中在喷涂底漆时,在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟,此温度下烘烤,使得底漆不会太硬,处于软态下,容易让面漆能在较短的时间内浸润入底漆内,结合牢固,不会发生分层脱落现象。
本实施例中陶瓷涂料面漆喷涂时,在185-195℃温度下进行烘烤30分钟,此温度是面漆固化的温度,使得面漆***,也使得底漆和电泳涂层硬度增加,附着力增加,几层膜厚累加,使得产品膜厚足够,底漆有较好的弹性,面漆有较好的硬度,从而生产出既有弹性又有足够硬度的陶瓷涂料涂层,有效的降低外力撞击下导致破碎崩落的现象产生。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S1中,通过玻璃砂喷砂对工件进行粗化处理,粗化处理后的工件通过清洗方式进行清洁处理。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S2中,电泳漆膜厚度为10-20um,此厚度可以使工件粗化处理后的粗糙面被覆盖,使其表面平整。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S4中,底漆的膜厚为25-35um。
作为本方案的进一步改进以及优化,在步骤S5中,面漆的膜厚为25-35um。
本实施例中电泳漆因电荷作用,使电泳漆牢固的附着在基材工件上,由于电泳漆在120-140℃烘烤,电泳漆未完全干透和底漆进一步的进行溶解扩散,增加了附着力,电泳漆和底漆的硬度不是很高,约为2H-3H,有一定的弹性,相当于在陶瓷器下垫了一层塑性材料,陶瓷面漆在高温185-195℃烘烤后电泳漆和底漆也被进一步的固化,附着力进一步增加,陶瓷器烘烤后拥有5H的硬度,能耐金属杯、玻璃杯、陶瓷杯放置时的碰撞冲击,电泳漆和底漆有一定的柔性,充当了缓冲垫的作用,有效的防止了陶瓷漆被撞击崩落的可能。

1.一种高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤S1:对待加工的工件的表面进行粗化、清洁处理;
步骤S2:将粗化清洁处理后的所述工件做电泳处理,并使所述工件表面附着一层电泳漆膜;
步骤S3:对所述工件的电泳漆膜进行低温烘烤,烘烤温度为120-140℃;
步骤S4:对所述工件的电泳漆膜进行喷涂底漆,并在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟;
步骤S5:在所述工件的底漆表面进行陶瓷涂料面漆喷涂,并在185-195℃温度下进行烘烤30分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,通过玻璃砂喷砂对所述工件进行粗化处理,粗化处理后的所述工件通过清洗方式进行清洁处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,所述电泳漆膜厚度为10-20um。
4.根据权利要求1所述高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,所述底漆的膜厚为25-35um。
5.根据权利要求1所述高附着力高耐磨性陶瓷涂料涂装方法,其特征在于,在步骤S5中,所述面漆的膜厚为25-35um。
