(1)锻件表面预处理:将铝制锻件打磨后,放入清水清洗,然后烘干;
(2)配制涂层底漆和面漆:底漆是由以下重量份的组分制成:脂肪族聚烯烃环氧树脂45-50份、丙烯酸丁酯20-30份,硅油份10-12份、二乙二醇己醚5-10份、异丙醇10-12份、硅烷偶联剂3-6份、复合醇醚3-5份、异丙醇10-15份和硅胶液5-10份;
面漆由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸乳液40-50份、有机硅丙烯酸酯乳液15-20份、脲醛树脂10-15份、磷酸锌15-20份、镁粉3-5份、苄基三甲基溴化铵3-5份、对苯二酚二乙酸酯8-10份、复合醇醚2-4份、硅胶液5-8份、异丙醇12-15份、乙二醇甲醚3-5份。
(3)采用电泳方式涂覆底漆,然后低温烘烤;
(4)细微打磨,放入清水超声清洗,然后度烘干;
(5)喷涂面漆,通风干燥。
