Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower end surface of the lifting platform 1 is rectangular, and two lifting electric push rods 2 and two lifting guide components are arranged on the lower end surface of the lifting platform; the two lifting electric push rods 2 are arranged diagonally, and the two lifting guide assemblies are arranged diagonally; the lifting electric push rod 2 is used for driving the lifting table 1 to lift; the lifting guide assembly comprises a lifting guide sleeve 3 and a lifting guide rod 3-1 which is arranged in the lifting guide sleeve 3 in a sliding manner, wherein the upper end of the lifting guide rod 3-1 is connected with the lower end face of the lifting table 1 and used for guiding the lifting table 1 to lift.
In this embodiment, the upper end surface of the front supporting box 100 and the upper end surface of the rear supporting box 200 are flush to form a workbench, the lifting direction of the lifting platform 1 is perpendicular to the workbench, the transverse conveying plate 301-1 is perpendicular to the workbench, and the sliding direction of the push plate 6 is parallel to the workbench; by adjusting the length of the supporting legs of the front supporting box 100 and the rear supporting box 200 and the included angle between the bottom surfaces of the supporting legs and the horizontal plane, an included angle of 5 degrees exists between the workbench and the horizontal plane (the end surface of the rear supporting box 200 is lower than the end surface of the front supporting box 100), so that the filled penicillin bottles 400 can be abutted against the transverse parts 301-1 of the conveying plates, and stable conveying of the filled penicillin bottles 400 is ensured.

Claims (7)

1. A medicament filling apparatus, comprising:
the synchronous conveying belt (300) is arranged between the front supporting box (100) and the rear supporting box (200), a plurality of conveying plates (301) are arranged on the synchronous conveying belt (300) at equal intervals, each conveying plate (301) comprises a conveying plate transverse part (301-1) and a conveying plate vertical part (301-2), each front supporting box (100) is provided with a strip-shaped limit boss (5) corresponding to the synchronous conveying belt (300), a bottle body guide channel is formed between each conveying plate transverse part (301-1) and each limit boss (5), and each conveying plate vertical part (301-2) props against a penicillin bottle (400) to intermittently push the penicillin bottle (400) to be conveyed along the bottle body guide channel;
the lifting platform (1) is arranged above the synchronous conveyor belt (300) in a lifting manner, a lifting platform through hole (1-1) is formed in the lifting platform (1), and two rack supporting plates (1-2) are symmetrically arranged in the lifting platform through hole (1-1);
the lower rack assembly (7) comprises two symmetrically arranged lower rack tooth-shaped parts and a lower rack connecting part for connecting the two lower rack tooth-shaped parts, and the lower rack tooth-shaped parts are arranged on the rack support plate (1-2) in a sliding manner;
the upper rack assembly (10) is arranged on the upper end surface of the lifting table (1) and comprises two upper rack tooth parts (10-1) which are arranged corresponding to the two lower rack tooth parts;
the gear rod (8) comprises two symmetrically arranged gear parts (8-2) and a screw rod part (8-1) connected with the two gear parts (8-2), and the gear parts (8-2) are arranged between the lower rack tooth-shaped part and the upper rack tooth-shaped part in a meshing manner;
a filling gun assembly (9) comprising a filling gun (9-4) for filling a medicament, the filling gun assembly (9) being in screw connection with the screw portion (8-1) nut screw, the gear lever (8) being rotated to drive the filling gun assembly (9) to slide along the screw portion (8-1);
the pushing plate mechanism is arranged below the lifting table (1) and comprises a pushing plate (6) arranged opposite to the transverse part (301-1) of the conveying plate, a transmission rod (6-3) is arranged on the pushing plate (6), and the transmission rod (6-3) penetrates through the lower rack assembly (7);
when the penicillin bottle (400) is stopped in front of the push plate (6), the push plate (6) slides towards the transverse part (301-1) of the conveying plate to push the penicillin bottle (400) to be propped against the transverse part (301-1) of the conveying plate, the push plate (6) drives the lower rack assembly (7) to slide through the transmission rod (6-3) so as to enable the filling gun assembly (9) to displace in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and the displacement distance of the filling gun assembly (9) in the transverse direction is the same as the displacement distance in the longitudinal direction;
the filling gun assembly (9) comprises a filling gun support (9-1), a support nut (9-2) arranged on the filling gun support (9-1), a support limit boss (9-3) arranged on the filling gun support (9-1) and the filling gun (9-4) arranged on the filling gun support (9-1);
the filling gun seat (9-1) is arranged on the screw rod part (8-1) in a sliding way through the support nut (9-2);
a limiting rod (11) is arranged on the support limiting boss (9-3) in a penetrating manner, a limiting rod sliding groove (1-4) is formed in the inner wall of the lifting platform through hole (1-1) and corresponds to the end part of the limiting rod (11), the end part of the limiting rod (11) is arranged in the limiting rod sliding groove (1-4) in a sliding manner, and the filling gun seat (9-1) is arranged on the limiting rod (11) in a sliding manner through the support limiting boss (9-3) so as to limit the rotation of the filling gun seat (9-1);
one end of the upper rack tooth-shaped part (10-1) is hinged on the upper end surface of the lifting table (1), one side of the upper rack tooth-shaped part (10-1) is provided with a fixing part (10-2), a fixing groove (1-3) is formed in the upper end surface of the lifting table (1) corresponding to the fixing part (10-2), and a screw assembly is oppositely penetrated through the fixing part (10-2) and the fixing groove (1-3) to fix the upper rack tooth-shaped part (10-1);
the whole limiting rod sliding groove (1-4) is L-shaped after being rotated anticlockwise by 90 degrees, the transverse part of the limiting rod sliding groove is used for sliding the end part of the limiting rod (11), and the vertical part of the limiting rod sliding groove is communicated with the upper end surface of the fixing groove (1-3) and is used for installing the limiting rod (11).
2. A medicament filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the push plate mechanism comprises the push plate (6), a push plate drive assembly (4) provided on the front support box (100), and a push plate guide rail (5-1) for guiding the push plate (6) to slide;
the pushing plate (6) is integrally L-shaped and comprises a pushing plate transverse portion (6-1) and a pushing plate vertical portion (6-2) which are arranged on the pushing plate guide rail (5-1) in a sliding mode, a pressure sensor (6-4) is arranged on one side of the pushing plate vertical portion (6-2) facing the conveying plate transverse portion (301-1), and the pushing plate (6) abuts against the penicillin bottle (400) through the pressure sensor (6-4) and is used for clamping the penicillin bottle (400) between the pushing plate (6) and the conveying plate transverse portion (301-1).

A medicament filling device according to claim 2, wherein the push plate driving assembly (4) comprises a supporting seat (4-1) arranged on the front supporting box (100), two push rod fixing seats (4-2) oppositely arranged on the supporting seat (4-1) and driving electric push rods (4-3) erected on the two push rod fixing seats (4-2), the output ends of the driving electric push rods (4-3) are fixedly arranged on the push plate vertical parts (6-2), and the driving electric push rods (4-3) drive the push plate vertical parts (6-2) to slide towards the conveying plate transverse parts (301-1) when the penicillin bottles (400) are stopped in front of the push plate vertical parts (6-2).

A medicament filling device according to claim 2, wherein the cross section of the push plate guiding rail (5-1) is concave, the upper end face of the transverse part of the push plate guiding rail is flush with the upper end face of the limit boss (5), and the lower end face of the push plate transverse part (6-1) abuts against the upper end face of the transverse part of the push plate guiding rail (5-1) to avoid interference with the limit boss (5).

A medicament filling device according to claim 2, wherein two transmission rods (6-3) are fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the push plate vertical part (6-2), and two transmission rod through holes (7-1) are formed on the lower rack connecting part corresponding to the two transmission rods (6-3);
the transmission rod (6-3) is arranged in the transmission rod through hole (7-1) in a penetrating way, so that when the lifting platform (1) is lifted, the lower rack assembly (7) slides along the transmission rod (6-3) in a lifting way, and when the push plate (6) moves, the lower rack assembly (7) can synchronously slide on the rack support plate (1-2).
6. A medicament filling device according to claim 1, wherein the lower end surface of the lifting platform (1) is rectangular, and two lifting electric push rods (2) and two lifting guide components are arranged on the lower end surface;
the two lifting electric push rods (2) are arranged diagonally, and the two lifting guide assemblies are arranged diagonally;
the lifting electric push rod (2) is used for driving the lifting table (1) to lift;
the lifting guide assembly comprises a lifting guide sleeve (3) and a lifting guide rod (3-1) arranged in the lifting guide sleeve (3) in a sliding manner, wherein the upper end of the lifting guide rod (3-1) is connected with the lower end face of the lifting table (1) and used for guiding the lifting table (1) to lift.

A medicament filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an upper end face of the front supporting box (100) and an upper end face of the rear supporting box (200) are flush to form a table, a lifting direction of the lifting table (1) is perpendicular to the table, the conveying plate cross portion (301-1) is perpendicular to the table, and a sliding direction of the push plate (6) is parallel to the table;
the workbench is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, so that the filled penicillin bottles (400) can be abutted against the transverse part (301-1) of the conveying plate, and stable conveying of the filled penicillin bottles (400) is further ensured.
