本发明涉及熔喷布制造技术领域,特别涉及一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒熔喷布、口罩及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们的卫生防护意识的增强,口罩的使用也越发常态化。口罩的主要功能过滤灰尘、病菌以及一些对人体有害的气体颗粒等。由于口罩与口腔直接接触,细菌在相对密闭或者通风不好的地方会大量存在,口罩覆盖口鼻区域,呼吸或者说话等会产生大量的水汽以及细菌,易沾染在口罩上,导致口罩污染。另外新型冠状病毒其病毒直径约80-120纳米,传播途径主要通过咳嗽或打喷嚏等飞沫传播,具有传播速度快、易感人群广、发病率高的特点,佩戴口罩成为能够阻断病原微生物浸入人体,预防呼吸道传染病的流行,保护人员健康的有效手段。
常用的口罩的分为医用外科口罩和N95杯型口罩,医用外科口罩一般是由三层无纺布支撑,N95杯型口罩由针刺棉、熔喷布和无纺布组成。N95杯型口罩通常是用针刺棉、熔喷布和无纺布三层组成;这两种口罩发挥病毒过滤作用的主要材料是中层的聚丙烯熔喷布,发挥抗菌作用的是银离子,熔喷布具有静电效能,能将微粒吸附在表面,静电吸附类口罩存在的很大缺陷,静电吸附类口罩其无纺布中添加的静电并不是始终处于饱和的状态,无纺布中的静电含量是逐步减少的,而静电含量的减少必然会导致熔喷无纺布口罩防护效能下降;随着佩戴时间的增长,口罩受潮,其静电吸附能力下降,防护效果减弱,且病毒的尺寸微小,普通医用外壳口罩无法实现长久的有效隔离防护。且大量的银离子对人体有毒害,口罩中虽只含微量银离子,但是长期使用难免会存在隐患。
因此,在减少使用和银离子的前提下,提高口罩的防护效果并延长口罩有效时间在当下环境发展情况下非常重要。

S4:经过生产机器将外表层、中间结构层和内表层叠合在一起,并进行施压,压力持续8~10s;
S5:将塑形条居中放置于口罩本体上端,将口罩本体上下两端的内表层呈翻卷包裹在外表层的上下两端,热融合进行固定;
S6:将耳带放置于口罩本体的四角,加粘着剂,热压固定耳带,冷却5-8min后,进行轻拉检测,观察耳带固定位置是否正常和固定程度是否结实;
S7:灭菌封装。

本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明所述熔喷布和口罩不含银离子;
2、本发明所述的熔喷布和口罩,其孔隙均匀分布率≥99%,过滤效率高,使用寿命长,对潮湿环境抵御能力强,较传统熔喷布的静电吸附过滤机制的过滤效果更好,滤材的寿命更长;
3、本发明所述的熔喷布和口罩,抗菌剂采用植物抗菌剂和石墨烯量子点,较传统银离子杀菌剂更安全更环保;
4、本发明所述的熔喷布和口罩,其孔径为100-200nm,孔隙率90-95%,纯物理拦截,利用孔径可以阻挡直径小于200nm的病菌,分散聚四氟乙烯树脂材料与气流的摩擦阻力小,因此在高过滤的同时还能保持较低的呼吸阻力;

一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒熔喷布,包括熔喷布本体,所述熔喷布本体包括聚丙烯层和抗菌抗病毒纳米纤维膜;所述抗菌抗病毒纳米纤维膜的原料组成如下:以质量份数计,
分散聚四氟乙烯树脂:100份,成孔剂:10-20份,抗菌剂:0.8-2.5份,分散剂:0.1-1份,抗静电剂:1-3份。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为石墨烯量子点,所述石墨烯量子点的径向尺寸≤100nm。
可选的,所述除菌剂还可以是色氨酸功能化石墨烯量子点-银配合物,它是以柠檬酸为碳源,色氨酸作为功能化试剂,于180℃-200℃加热2-5个小时制备得到。本发明中,色氨酸功能化石墨烯量子点-银配合物具有很强的氧化物酶活性,可以在氧分子存在下催化产生自由基,自由基进一步氧化脂类的细胞膜,使细菌的新陈代谢紊乱,从而达到杀菌的目的。同时,石墨烯量子点通过化学键与银离子键合,从而对银离子起到了固定作用,因此抗菌效力更持久,且生物安全性更好。

分散聚四氟乙烯树脂:100份,成孔剂:18份,抗菌剂:1.9份,分散剂:0.6份,抗静电剂:2份。
实施例4
与实施1相对比,区别在于:一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒熔喷布,包括熔喷布本体,所述熔喷布本体包括聚丙烯层和抗菌抗病毒纳米纤维膜;所述抗菌抗病毒纳米纤维膜的原料组成如下:以质量份数计,
分散聚四氟乙烯树脂:100份,成孔剂:20份,抗菌剂:2.5份,分散剂:1份,抗静电剂:3份。
性能测试实验:
现通过本发明所制成的口罩与某市面常用口罩进行实验对比,性能测试试验分别如下:
试验1:柔软性测试
按照斜面法弯曲性能测试方法,采用FY207-Π织物硬挺度测试仪测试各组所得抗菌层的硬挺度(cm),测试温度为45℃,测试速度为5mm/s,检测所得硬挺度越高(弯曲长度值越大),柔软性越差。每组进行5次重复试验,试验结果取平均值,测试结果如表1所示。

试验2:抑菌率测试:选取大肠杆菌进行杀菌效果的测试
步骤一:制备培养基
液体培养基配制,以配制100mL为计,分别称取牛肉膏0.3g,NaCl 0.5g,蛋白胨1.0g,加水定容至100mL,用氢氧化钠或盐酸将pH调至7.2左右;将液体培养基10mL/瓶分装至三角瓶中,置于121℃高压灭菌锅中高压灭菌20min,取出后备用。
固体培养基配制,以400mL为计,称取牛肉膏1.2g,NaCl 2.0g,蛋白胨4.0g,琼脂粉6.0g,加水定容至400mL,用氢氧化钠或盐酸将pH调至7.2左右;将培养基10mL/瓶分装至培养皿中,置于121℃高压灭菌锅中高压灭菌20min,取出后备用。
步骤二:接种菌种
一次接种:待培养基温度降至60℃左右,取2瓶液体培养液加入112环待测菌种,加入37℃加热振荡器中培养32h。
二次接种:分别移取培养好的菌液1mL至另外两瓶液体培养液中,加入加热振荡器中培养8h。
步骤三:细菌培养测试抑菌率
准备好已灭菌的培养皿,分别做好标记。培养皿中分别加入50uL的待测菌种,适当量的固体培养基倒入培养皿完全覆盖、摇匀,每个样品均剪好两个相同抗菌口罩试样,第一片置于培养基内(接触),将第二片置于培养基上部5cm处(非接触)。
每个样品的实验方法及读数规则均参照GB/T20944.2《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第2部分:吸收法》进行,测试结果如表2所示。

试验3:亲水性测试
采用喷雾法测定抗菌层的接触角,通过喷雾的方式,将纯化水雾滴喷到抗菌层表面,5分钟后,在纤维上选取5个液滴进行测量,使用JC2000A接触角测量仪测量获取液滴在抗菌层表面的图像,再测量水滴在抗菌层上所形成的接触角。读取各点的算术平均值作为其接触角的结果值,接触角越大,则其亲水性越低,测试结果如表3所示。

试验4:佩戴者满意度测试
对100名志愿者分别进行本发明实施例的口罩和市面上普通口罩进行使用,对口罩表面温度进行统计,对佩戴者满意度进行统计。测试结果如表4所示。

总上四个性能实验所述,本发明的一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒口罩性能显著优于市面上常见的普通口罩。
上面以举例方式对本实用新型进行了说明,但本实用新型不限于上述具体实施例,凡基于本实用新型所做的任何改动或变型均属于本实用新型要求保护的范围。

1.一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒熔喷布,其特征在于:包括熔喷布本体,所述熔喷布本体包括聚丙烯层和抗菌抗病毒纳米纤维膜;所述抗菌抗病毒纳米纤维膜的原料组成如下:以质量份数计,
分散聚四氟乙烯树脂:100份,成孔剂:10-20份,抗菌剂:0.8-2.5份,分散剂:0.1-1份,抗静电剂:1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒熔喷布,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为石墨烯量子点,所述石墨烯量子点的径向尺寸≤100nm。

4.一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒口罩,它由口罩本体和耳带构成,口罩本体的两端端头分别设置耳带,耳带与口罩本体固定连接;其特征在于:口罩本体包括外表层、中间结构层和内表层;所述外表层为疏水聚丙烯纺粘无纺布,所述中间结构层为如权利要求1所述的低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒熔喷布,所述内表层为亲水抗菌聚丙烯纺粘无纺布;所述口罩本体上下两端的内表层呈翻卷包裹在外表层的上下两端,口罩本体的边沿通过热熔压将外表层、中间结构层和内表层三者固定连接为一体;所述口罩本体上端包裹有塑形条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒口罩,其特征在于:所述塑形条由聚烯烃树脂制成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种低阻力高过滤效率抗菌抗病毒口罩,其特征在于:所述耳带宽度为0.5-1.0cm。
