Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水透气水溶性防护材料,本发明涉及防护制品技术领域。该防护材料包括水溶性纺粘基材和疏水性涂层,或该防护材料包括水溶性纺粘基材、疏水性涂层和阻隔层,所述水溶性纺粘基材的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种,所述疏水性涂层选自氟/硅树脂材料、烷氧基硅烷、无机纳米材料中的至少一种。所述阻隔层选自水溶性熔喷无纺布、水溶性离心纺无纺布、水溶性溶胀无纺布、水溶性静电纺无纺布中的至少一种。本发明的防护材料阻隔效率高、透气性能良好,可有效解决目前水溶性防护材料在防护性能和透气性能无法兼得的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及防护和无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种防水透气水溶性防护材料。
背景技术
防护面料(不含危化品防护)从材料而言,通常分为以下四大类:
1、纺粘材料:这类型的防护服仅提供有限的大颗粒粉尘防护,无法对工业生产中可能产生的小颗粒粉尘,诸如PM2.5、PM1.0或者PM0.3提供有效防护,但此类材料透气性能好,在制成防护服以后,质地柔软、穿着舒适性较高,被广泛应用在防护要求较低的场所;2、纺粘/熔喷/纺粘材料:复合材料上下两层纺粘材料作为骨架材料,为提供阻隔性能的熔喷材料提供机械支撑,此类材料的防护效果取决于阻隔层熔喷材料的纤维纤度及厚度,主要用于微小颗粒物以及有限液体泼溅的防护;3、覆膜材料:以纺粘材料作为骨架基材,为提供防护作用的阻隔膜材料提供机械支撑,这类材料具有较为优异的防护性能,但由于覆膜材料透气性能差,僵硬不柔软,用此类材料制成的防护服穿着舒适度差;4、闪蒸法无纺布,以杜邦公司的Tyvek面料为代表,采用高密度聚乙烯长丝层压工艺,具有不错的粉尘防护以及有限液体泼溅防护性能,透气性优于覆膜材料,但比起纺粘材料以及纺粘/熔喷/纺粘复合材料,透气性能不足,穿着舒适度差。相比较而言,纺粘/熔喷/纺粘复合材料较为平衡,在存在有限液体泼溅和细小颗粒物的工况环境下,具有较高的防护性能。
纺粘/熔喷/纺粘复合材料中的纺粘层多采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯和聚酯材料,而熔喷材料多为聚丙烯材料,用在工业用防护领域的覆膜材料多为聚乙烯薄膜或者聚酯薄膜,这些不可降解的材料通常通过焚烧工艺进行销毁,对周边环境造成损害,通常设立在偏僻地段。而防护面料在部分特殊使用后,会带来其他的安全问题,使得焚烧工艺受限。比如,传染病房的医用防护服在使用过程中有很大机率沾染有害细菌或者有害病毒,焚烧工艺通常需要发生在较为偏僻的垃圾堆场,因此会产生较多的流通环节和经手人群,因此如果能在本地用降解的方式处理废弃的防护用品,能大大减少有害微生物的传播概率。再比如,核电站使用的防护服在使用过程往往会沾染放射性尘埃等;这些防护面料,通常会在使用过后采用填埋的方式处理,但堆积或者填埋费用高昂,且可供堆积和填埋的空间日益枯竭,因此,开发一种能降解的防护服,比如以溶解的方式处理防护材料,是克服上述问题的一种有效手段。
水溶性纤维以其良好的水溶性而被广泛的应用于医学、纺织等行业。传统水溶性纤维包括聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、海藻纤维和羧甲基纤维素纤维等,其中应用最广泛的是水溶性PVA纤维。水溶性PVA纤维制成的卫生材料因具有易水解、无污染的特点也被使用在医疗领域,诸如医用抹布、手术帽等。这些材料使用后在水中处理可生物降解,克服了一些医疗卫生材料用后需焚烧或造成二次污染的弊病。但是这些卫材采用单层的PVA纺粘材料,不具备对气溶胶颗粒物或者有限压力的液体喷溅的防护效果。因此,对于需要具有一定的颗粒物防护性能和有限压力的液体泼溅的防护性能的应用场景,目前的PVA纺粘材料并不适用。
为增加PVA材料制成的防护面料的阻隔性能,尤其是对液体有限泼溅的有效泼溅,目前部分研究人员通过在聚乙烯醇无纺布的基础上添加聚乙烯醇薄膜,经复合工艺获得一种聚乙烯醇薄膜/聚乙烯醇无纺布的复合结构或者聚乙烯醇无纺布/聚乙烯薄膜/聚乙烯醇无纺布的三明治结构,其中,聚乙烯醇薄膜起到主要的小颗粒物以及有限压力的液体泼溅的防护作用。例如,发明公布CN103252951A中提到一种高透湿的生物降解多层复合材料,所述的材料至少由一层水溶性可降解的聚乙烯醇薄膜和水溶性可生物降解的聚乙烯醇纺粘无纺布复合而成。又例如,发明公布CN106863971A中提到的一种高透湿生物降解复合材料,包括聚乙烯醇非织造布和涂布聚乙烯醇水溶液的基膜。又例如,发明公布CN103280250A中提到的核工业用一次性防护服,由水溶性聚乙烯醇布料或水溶性聚乙烯布料与水溶性聚乙烯醇薄膜的复合面料制成。
上述专利中都需要将水溶性无纺布与一层聚乙烯醇薄膜复合,利用薄膜的特性来阻隔颗粒物和液体,实现防护性能。但由于薄膜类型的阻隔材料,如前文所述,几乎不具有透气性能,同时材料较为僵硬、服用性能差,对于作业人员而言,长期作业穿戴此类型防护服,对于身体机能是极大考验。
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种具有一定阻隔效率的(含颗粒物和有限液体泼溅)的透气性能良好的水溶性防护材料,有效解决目前水溶性防护材料在防护性能和透气性能无法兼得的问题。
发明内容
本专利的目的是提供一种具有一定阻隔性能、阻水透气、服用性能优良的防护材料。和现有技术相比,本专利的材料在具有一定的粉尘防护、有限液体泼溅防护的同时,还具有良好的透气性能和服用性能。如下表1所示:

为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防水透气水溶性防护材料,包括水溶性纺粘基材和疏水性涂层,所述水溶性纺粘基材的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种,所述疏水性涂层选自氟/硅树脂材料、烷氧基硅烷、无机纳米材料中的至少一种。
该防水透气水溶性防护材料,适用于仅需要有限液体喷溅防护能力(即满足EN13034+A1或类似标准)和合成血液阻隔性能(即满足ISO 16603或类似标准),且对粉尘防护要求不高的场所。
一种防水透气水溶性防护材料,包括水溶性纺粘基材、疏水性涂层和阻隔层,所述水溶性纺粘基材的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种,所述疏水性涂层选自氟/硅树脂材料、烷氧基硅烷、无机纳米材料中的至少一种,所述阻隔层选自水溶性熔喷无纺布、水溶性离心纺无纺布、水溶性溶胀无纺布、水溶性静电纺无纺布中的至少一种,所述阻隔层夹在两层水溶性纺粘基材之间。
该防水透气水溶性防护材料,适用于需要有危险颗粒物的防护能力(即满足EN/ISO13982或类似标准,,面料部分测试可采用采用GB19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》中5.7章节关于面料过滤效率的测试方法)、核粉尘颗粒物防护能力(即满足EN1073-2:2002或类似标准,面料部分测试可采用采用GB19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》中5.7章节关于面料过滤效率的测试方法)、有限液体喷溅防护能力(即满足EN13034+A1或类似标准,面料部分测试可采用GB/T 24218.17《纺织品非织造布实验方法第17部分:抗渗水性的测定(喷淋冲击法)》用或者类似标准)和合成血液阻隔性能(即满足ISO 16603或类似标准)的场所。
优选的,上述防护材料中,所述水溶性基材可以是无纺材料,也可以是机织或针织性材料,进一步优选为无纺材料中的纺粘基材。
优选的,上述防护材料中,所述疏水性涂层在所述防护材料的至少一面涂覆,所述疏水性涂层质量用量为所述防护材料质量的0.1-0.5%,进一步优选为0.2-0.4%。
优选的,疏水性涂层的涂覆包括以下步骤:将疏水性涂层溶液涂覆至所述水溶性纺粘基材上,烘干,去除溶剂的同时,使涂层材料表面表面交联固化。
进一步优选的,所述疏水性涂层溶液的固含量为0.1-5%,进一步优选为0.3-2%,更进一步优选为0.5%-1%;所述涂覆的方式包括但不限于浸渍、涂布或喷涂;所述烘干的温度为80-120摄氏度。
优选的,上述防护材料中,所述氟/硅树脂材料选自氟树脂和有机硅树脂混炼而成的合成树脂、氟硅烷中的至少一种,进一步优选为氟硅烷;
上述防护材料中,所述烷氧基硅烷包括但不限于甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲氧基二甲基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷、三乙氧基甲基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、丙基三甲氧基硅、三乙氧基丙基硅烷、己基三甲氧基硅烷、己基三乙氧基硅烷、癸基三甲氧基硅烷、三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷、六甲基二硅氮烷,十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷;
上述防护材料中,所述无机纳米材料包括但不限于纳米氧化物颗粒(例如纳米二氧化硅颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒,纳米氧化铝颗粒,纳米氧化锌颗粒,纳米氧化锡颗粒,纳米氧化锆颗粒),硅纳米材料,纳米碳酸钙,纳米金属材料(例如纳米银)。
优选的,上述防护材料中,所述疏水性涂层为氟硅烷或烷氧基硅烷。
优选的,上述防护材料为三层结构,外层和内层为水溶性纺粘基材,中间层为阻隔层,水溶性纺粘基材表面涂覆疏水性涂层,所述水溶性纺粘基材的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种,所述疏水性涂层选自氟/硅树脂材料、烷氧基硅烷、无机纳米材料中的至少一种,所述阻隔层选自水溶性熔喷无纺布、水溶性离心纺无纺布、水溶性静电纺无纺布中的至少一种,所述阻隔层的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种。
进一步优选的,上述防护材料中,外层、中间层和内层的质量比为0.5-10:1:0.5-10。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)在两层纺粘材料中间,添加水溶性阻隔层,使本发明的材料满足防护服对于危险颗粒物的防护(即满足EN/ISO 13982或类似标准)和核粉尘颗粒物防护(即满足EN1073-2:2002或类似标准);
(2)避免了使用透湿性差、透气性差的水溶性薄膜,大幅度提高材料服用性能,提高材料的穿戴舒适性;
(3)采用持久防水处理层对水溶性材料表面进行疏水改性,使本发明的材料具有有限液体喷溅防护能力(即满足EN13034+A1或类似标准)和合成血液阻隔性能(即满足ISO16603或类似标准或者GB 19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》中对于合成血液穿透性能测试);
(4)添加防水处理层的同时不影响材料最终的溶解性,保持其固有的水溶性能。

聚乙烯醇静电纺丝无纺布来自土耳其Hifyber纳米科技公司旗下的水溶性纳米无纺布系列;
溶胀性水溶性无纺布来自青岛立即发新材料有限公司旗下的溶胀性壳聚糖无纺布系列;
水溶性纤维素防粘无纺布的面料来自日本FUTAMURA化学公司旗下的无化学添加TCF纤维素无纺布系列。
烷氧基硅烷涂层为陶氏化学的XIAMETERTMOFS-6124Silane;
氟硅烷涂层为来自加拿大Siltech公司下属牌号Fluorosil。
实施例1
将溶解温度为80摄氏度,45克每平方米的聚乙烯醇纺粘无纺布,经过疏水性涂层喷头,使用喷涂法进行疏水涂覆处理。
所使用的疏水性涂层材料是固含量为1%的烷氧基硅烷涂层。之后材料在105摄氏度的环境中烘干,去除溶剂的同时,使得烷氧基硅烷表面交联固化。
所述涂层的添加量为无纺布质量的0.1%。
实施例2
将溶解温度为80摄氏度,45克每平方米的聚乙烯醇纺粘无纺布,浸入疏水性涂层溶液,使用浸渍法进行疏水涂覆处理。
所使用的疏水性涂层材料是固含量为1%的烷氧基硅烷涂层。之后材料在105摄氏度的环境中烘干,去除溶剂的同时,使得烷氧基硅烷表面交联固化。
所述涂层的添加量为防护材料质量的0.5%。
实施例3

所使用的疏水性涂层材料是固含量为1%的氟硅烷。之后材料在120摄氏度的环境中烘干,去除溶剂的同时,使得氟硅烷表面交联固化。
所述涂层的添加量为防护材料质量的0.25%。

与实施例1不同的是,实施例5所使用的疏水性涂层材料是固含量为1%的日本大金TG-581(含氟丙烯酸共聚物乳液)涂层。
性能测试
1、面料有限液体喷溅防护
检测方法:GB/T 24218.17《纺织品非织造布实验方法第17部分:抗渗水性的测定(喷淋冲击法)》用于模拟EN13034+A1的成衣有限液体喷溅防护性能。

3、面料粉尘颗粒物防护及危险颗粒物的防护
检测方法:采用GB19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》中5.7章节关于面料过滤效率的测试方法,即在相对湿度30%±10%,温度为25℃±5℃的环境中用氯化钠气溶胶(粒数中值直径为0.075μm±0.02μm)进行测试,空气流量为15L/min±2L/min。

6、面料溶解性能测试
检测方法:裁剪10cm x 10cm的样品,将样品剪为约为5cm2左右的大小,将其浸入80℃的100mL水中,搅拌。观察样品的溶解状态,记录样品完全溶解的时间。如果样品超过30min仍有部分不溶解,则记录为不溶。

Claims (10)
1.一种防水透气水溶性防护材料,其特征在于,包括水溶性纺粘基材和疏水性涂层,所述水溶性纺粘基材的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种,所述疏水性涂层选自氟/硅树脂材料、烷氧基硅烷、无机纳米材料中的至少一种。
2.一种防水透气水溶性防护材料,其特征在于,包括两层水溶性纺粘基材、疏水性涂层和阻隔层,所述水溶性纺粘基材的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种,所述疏水性涂层选自氟/硅树脂材料、烷氧基硅烷、无机纳米材料中的至少一种,所述阻隔层选自水溶性熔喷无纺布、水溶性离心纺无纺布、水溶性溶胀无纺布、水溶性静电纺无纺布中的至少一种,所述阻隔层夹在两层水溶性纺粘基材之间。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的防护材料,其特征在于,上述防护材料中,所述疏水性涂层在所述防护材料的至少一面涂覆,所述疏水性涂层质量用量为所述防护材料质量的0.1-0.5%。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的防护材料,其特征在于,疏水性涂层的涂覆包括以下步骤:将疏水性涂层溶液涂覆至所述水溶性纺粘基材上,烘干,去除溶剂的同时,使涂层材料表面交联固化。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防护材料,其特征在于,所述疏水性涂层溶液的固含量为0.1-5%,优选为0.3-2%,更优选为0.5-1%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防护材料,其特征在于,所述疏水性涂层溶液的固含量为1%。
7.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的防护材料,其特征在于,所述氟/硅树脂材料选自氟树脂和有机硅树脂混炼而成的合成树脂、氟硅烷中的至少一种;所述烷氧基硅烷选自甲氧基硅烷、乙氧基硅烷、丙氧基硅烷、丁氧基硅烷中的至少一种;所述无机纳米材料选自纳米氧化物颗粒、纳米金属材料中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的防护材料,其特征在于,所述疏水性涂层为氟硅烷或烷氧基硅烷。
9.根据权利要求2所述的防护材料,其特征在于,所述防护材料为三层结构,外层和内层为水溶性纺粘基材,中间层为阻隔层,外层和/或内层的水溶性纺粘基材表面涂覆疏水性涂层,所述阻隔层选自水溶性熔喷无纺布、水溶性离心纺无纺布、水溶性溶胀无纺布、水溶性静电纺无纺布中的至少一种,所述阻隔层的原料选自聚乙烯醇、水溶性纤维素、聚乙二醇、水溶性壳聚糖中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防护材料,其特征在于,上述防护材料中,外层、中间层和内层的质量比为0.5-10:1:0.5-10。
