S5.开幅:使用卧式开幅机进行开幅,开幅辊线速度为20m/min,开幅完成后进行清水定型烘干,烘干后依次进行剪毛、给湿、压光和罐蒸,得到成品。
步骤S4中,烧毛过程中采用火焰直烧,火焰强度为16.0mbar,压光温度110℃,车速30m/min,张力60%。
步骤S4中,染缸中加入阻燃剂110A、110B各8%,浸泡温度为80℃,浸泡25min。
所述的步骤S4的初步烘干过程中,烘干温度为120℃,车速为20m/min。
步骤S5的烘干过程中加入防酸碱助剂150g/L,车速30m/min;
剪毛过程中刀距0.45mm、车速V=12m/min;
压光过程中温度:110℃、张力:60%、车速V=30m/min;
罐蒸过程的压力1.2bar、蒸呢时间为240秒。
对比例1:
面料正常工艺生产到成品,不进染缸工序加阻燃整理剂进行浸渍,且烘干工序不加入耐酸碱整理助剂的面料,常规毛涤混纺产品的后整理干整工艺为:剪毛、压光、罐蒸、成品,不做功能性助剂整理。
实施例1~3及对比例1的成品检测结果如下:

上述具体实施方式仅是本发明的具体个案,本发明的专利保护范围包括但不限于上述具体实施方式的产品形态和式样,任何符合本发明权利要求书的一种羊毛混纺耐酸碱、阻燃、高耐磨面料的制作方法且任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应落入本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种羊毛混纺耐酸碱、阻燃、高耐磨面料的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1.原料准备:按重量分数计,绵羊毛50%、阻燃涤纶25~35%、间位芳纶12~22%、导电纤维1%、氨纶2%;
S2.纺纱:将步骤S1中的原料依次经复精梳前3道针梳、复精梳、复精梳后3道针梳、前纺一针、前纺二针、前纺三针、前纺四针、粗纱、细纱、蒸纱、络筒、并线、倍捻、蒸纱的顺序进行纺纱,得到备用纱线;
S3.织造:在剑杆织机上,将步骤S2所得备用纱线依次经整经、穿综、织造、坯布的顺讯进行整经生产上浆操作,车速控制在360~380r/min;
S4.功能性整理:将步骤S3织造完成的面料进行烧毛、连煮后加入染缸中浸泡,使用浸润法浸润阻燃助剂进行阻燃功能处理、浸润防酸碱混合液进行防酸碱处理即可,处理完成后进行初步烘干;
S5.开幅:使用卧式开幅机进行开幅,开幅辊线速度为20m/min,开幅完成后进行清水定型烘干,烘干后依次进行剪毛、给湿、压光和罐蒸,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛混纺耐酸碱、阻燃、高耐磨面料的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中,烧毛过程中采用火焰直烧,火焰强度为16.0mbar,压光温度110℃,车速30m/min,张力60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛混纺耐酸碱、阻燃、高耐磨面料的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中,染缸中加入阻燃剂110A、110B各8%,浸泡温度为80℃,浸泡20~30min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛混纺耐酸碱、阻燃、高耐磨面料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S4的初步烘干过程中,烘干温度为120℃,车速为20m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛混纺耐酸碱、阻燃、高耐磨面料的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S5的烘干过程中加入防酸碱助剂150g/L,车速30m/min;
