The building waterproofing generally adopts structural waterproofing and material waterproofing, the material waterproofing is widely applied at present, the material waterproofing blocks the circulation of building water supply through materials to achieve waterproofing and impermeability, and waterproof coiled materials, paints, mortar and the like are most applied on the market at present. The waterproof roll is generally suitable for the waterproof treatment of the indoor floor and the wall surface of a house, is not suitable for the outer wall of a building and has limited applicability. The mortar waterproof agent is mainly an inorganic aluminum salt waterproof agent, has good permeability, but is acidic, corrosive to metal, can reduce mortar strength, is easy to crack, is easy to lose efficacy, and has short service life. The paint is a polymer cement waterproof paint, an acrylic waterproof paint, a polyurethane waterproof paint, a chloroprene rubber waterproof paint and the like, is greatly influenced by environmental factors, and has high requirements on environmental temperature. The solvent type waterproof agent (aluminum salt waterproof agent, organosilicon waterproof agent and potassium silicate waterproof agent) takes oil as a carrier, is easy to permeate into the deep layer of an object, has a certain waterproof and anti-permeability function, but has the permeability and the capability of blocking larger capillary holes which are difficult to meet the engineering requirements, and is expensive and environmentally-friendly. The biopolymer waterproofing agent obtained in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention was tested and produced according to DBJ01-54-2001, standard for quality control of interface permeation type waterproofing paint, and the tests are shown in Table 2 below. As shown in Table 2, the biopolymer waterproofing agent disclosed by the invention has excellent waterproofing performance, and the preparation method is simple, safe in preparation process, environment-friendly in material, low in cost, wide in application and good in application prospect.
TABLE 2 test piece performance test results of the biopolymer waterproofing agent of the present invention
Figure 576194DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
The biological polymer waterproof material has small molecules, strong permeability and good weather resistance, and the molecular weight of the waterproof agent is less than 4 multiplied by 10 -10 m, the molecular structure of the waterproof agent is smaller than the size of water molecules, when the waterproof agent permeates into the base material, the invisible gaps are filled, and the water molecules are difficult to penetrate due to the large size; meanwhile, the waterproof agent can form a protective layer on the surface of the base material, so that water-blocking, waterproof and hydrophobic effects are formed, and the base material is realizedAnd (4) waterproof effect. The biopolymer waterproofing agent is sprayed on the surface of a dry cement substrate, the permeable depth is more than 2mm, and the thick substrate has super-strong waterproofing effect after the cement substrate is naturally dried; this water-repellent effect is present as long as the substrate is not destroyed.
The biological polymer waterproof material is semitransparent, does not change the color of a base material when used, and has wide applicability. The biological high molecular waterproof material has biological activity and strong self-cleaning property, and can resist bacteria and mildew. The biological polymer waterproof agent is not easy to burn.
The above description is intended only to illustrate the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention. The invention extends to any novel feature or any novel combination of features disclosed in this specification and any novel method or process steps or any novel combination of features disclosed.
