容器密封装置
本发明涉及用盖材料对装满果子冻那样的甜食的容器进行密封的密封装置。
上述类型的装置具有连续驱动输送机和密封头,上述连续驱动输送机具有经过规定密封区间且向前移动的板条,上述密封头进行包括下降、底部限定位置的前进、上升及顶部限定位置的后退的箱型运动,并且在密封区间运动过程中以与容器运送速度相同的速度进行底部限定位置的前进运动,该密封头通过盖材料压于容器开口边缘上,密封头的运动是通过箱型运动凸轮机构来实现的。
在上述装置中,输送机中的板条会产生松动或晃动。另外,由于即使在板条间距产生变化的情况下,密封头运动速度仍保持一定,这样密封作业是在上述间距发生改变的情况下进行的。因此,设于板条上的容器中心与密封头中心不能对齐,从而会产生密封不合格的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种不会产生密封不合格的问题的容器密封装置。
本发明的容器密封装置具有连续驱动输送机和密封头,上述连续驱动输送机具有经过规定密封区间且向前移动的板条,上述密封头进行包括下降、底部限定位置的前进、上升及顶部限定位置的后退的箱型运动,并且在密封区间的移动过程中以与容器运送速度相同的速度进行底部限定位置的前进运动,并通过盖材料压于容器开口边缘上,其特征在于:密封头前后移动用的移动件按可作前后往复运动的方式设置在密封区间上方,密封头安装板按其位置可沿任意水平方向变换的方式悬挂于密封头前后移动用的移动件上,该密封头安装板通过竖直向下的密封头升降用流体压力驱动缸安装有密封头,密封头安装板上可升降地设有竖直状向下的定位杆,在板条上设有朝上的凹部,处于底部限定位置时的向下的定位杆的底端嵌入朝上的凹部中。
在本发明的容器密封装置中,由于在密封区间上方按可作前后往复运动的方式设置密封头前后移动用的移动件,另外密封头安装板悬挂于密封头前后移动用的移动件上,该密封头安装板通过竖直向下的密封头升降用流体压力驱动缸安装有密封头,这样,通过上述移动件可使密封头进行前进后退的运动,通过上述流体压力驱动缸可使密封头进行升降的运动。
另外,由于密封头连接板构成其位置可沿任意水平方向变换的方式成,在密封头安装板上可升降地设有竖直状向下的定位杆,在板条上设有朝上的凹部,处于底部限定位置时的向下的定位杆的下端可嵌入朝上的凹部中,从而密封头安装板随板条的偏移而移动,板条和密封头连接板的位置通过定位杆和凹部确定。因此,不会产生设于板条上的容器中心与密封头中心对不齐的问题。
再有,密封头安装板上可升降地设有竖直状向上的定位杆,在密封头前后移动用的移动件上设有朝下的凹部,处于顶限定位置时的向上的定位杆的上端可嵌入朝下的凹部中,由此在密封头进行顶部限定位置的后退运动时,可限制密封头连接板的移动。
此外,如果在密封头连接板上垂直地设有往复运动式双杆驱动缸,该驱动缸的向下的活塞杆与向下的定位杆相连接,驱动缸的向上的活塞杆与向上的定位杆相连接,则可以简单的结构使两个定位杆升降。
另外,如果密封头前后移动用的移动件通过球面轴承与平行连杆的顶端相连接,密封头安装板通过球面轴承与平行连杆底端连接,则可以稳定的形式使密封头安装板移动。
再有,在向下的定位杆的下端和向上的定位杆的上端分别形成锥形部,朝上的凹部和朝下的凹部分别具有圆形开口边缘部,则上述两个定位杆可以很顺利地分别嵌入上述两个凹部中。

容器的密封装置包括:连续驱动容器输送机11,该输送机11将密封压出台作为容器运送通道终端;盖材料供给装置12,该供给装置12将聚乙烯薄膜制辊状盖材料供给密封压出台;箱型顶架13,该顶架13设在位于密封压出台上的容器运送通道上方;密封头前后移动用的前后移动件14,它可前后移动地设于顶架13下面;前后移动件驱动机构15,它被收纳于顶架13内的前端;3个装置维修用左右移动件16,它们从后方到前方可左右移动地顺次设置在前后移动件14的下面;从后方向前方顺次吊挂于3个左右移动件16上的第1次密封装置17,第2次密封装置18及压出装置19。
输送机11为板条式输送机,它具有一对环形链条21,以及跨接于上述一对链条21上的多个板条22。
参照图4和图5,各板条22上沿其纵长方向排列地开设有2个容器固定孔23。杯状容器C的筒部的壁穿过上述容器固定孔23,从而容器C的凸缘支承于板条22上面的容器固定孔23边缘上。各板条22的两端分别设有上下贯通的底部定位孔24。
盖材料供给装置是在密封压出台上按使盖材料F从板条22和各装置17~19之间通过的方式供给盖材料F的装置。该盖材料供给装置包括多个导辊和卷绕机32,上述多个导辊包含导辊31和导辊32,上述导辊31设于密封压出台的下游侧,上述导辊32设于密封压出台的上游侧,上述卷绕机33将经盖冲出作业后的盖材料F卷绕起来。
上述前后移动件14由多个滑动部件42、水平方形活动板43及3对水平移动导轨44构成,上述滑动部件42嵌入一对水平固定导轨41中,该导轨41设于顶架13下面并沿前后方向延伸,上述活动板43与上述的滑动部件42相连接,上述3对水平运动导轨44设于活动板43下面并沿左右方向延伸,并分别一对对地与左右移动件16相对应。
各移动导轨44由以较小的间隔相对的横截面为L形的后轨44a及横截面为反L形的前轨44b构成,该前后轨44a,44b之间形成有内部扩大导向槽。
移动导轨44的左右端部从活动板43分别朝侧向伸出。在移动导轨44的左端伸出部上固定有块状的左右移动件的左移止动件45。在移动导轨44的右端伸出部上固定有左右移动件锁定用方螺母46,该螺母跨过上述前后轨44a,44b。另外,在活动板43上设有3对竖直杆状左右移动件的右移止动件47,在各对移动导轨44之间***有一对止动件47。
前后移动件驱动机构15具有水平旋转轴52、从动臂54、驱动臂55和升降杆56,上述旋转轴52穿过轴承51并支承于其上,它沿左右方向延伸,上述从动臂54固定于旋转轴52的右端,并且通过杆53与活动板43相连接,该臂54朝向下方延伸,上述升降杆56的顶端与驱动臂55的端部相连接,同时该杆56通过图中未示出的装置进行升降。
左右移动件16包括3对装置悬吊轨61、左右水平圆杆形手柄62、左右水平连接杆63,上述的各对吊轨61可滑动地夹于相应的一对移动导轨44中的后轨44a及前轨44b之间,并沿左右方向延伸,上述手柄62跨越各对装置悬吊轨61左右两端,上述连接板条63分别跨接于各对装置悬吊轨61的手柄62的内侧。
装置悬吊轨61的横截面呈T字形,具有从后轨44a及前轨44b之间向下伸出的下垂状装置连接部61a。在左右水平连接杆63下面,通过倒L形连接件64安装有水平方形板状定位件65。该定位件65中开设有上下连通的顶部定位孔66。装置悬吊轨61右端从活动板43向右侧伸出,该右侧伸出部上设有上下贯通状的螺栓孔67,该孔67与方螺母46上的螺纹孔保持一致。通过将圆头连接锁定螺栓68穿过螺栓孔67而拧入方螺母46中,可使左右移动件16锁定而保持不动。
由于第1次密封装置17及第2次密封装置18结构相同,故下面只对第1次密封装置17进行说明,而省去对第2次密封装置18的说明。
第1次密封装置17包括:4个悬吊杆71,它们在最后端、在成对的2个装置悬吊轨61中的装置连接部61a上、分别2个2个地被吊装;水平装置安装板72,它以沿前后方向被夹持的方式跨接于上述的悬吊轨71的下端;4个密封用流体压力驱动缸74,它们沿竖直向下方向设于装置连接板72顶面,并且具有穿过上述的连接板72而从该板下方伸出的活塞杆73;4个水平圆板形推压件75,该推压件75固定于上述的流体压力驱动缸74中的活塞杆73上;密封头76,该密封头76设于上述的推压件75的下方,并且内装有图中未示出的加热器;4个导杆77,这些导杆77分别直立地设于各密封头76上,并且穿过推压件75;止动件78,该止动件78分别固定于各导杆77的顶部伸出部上;压缩螺旋弹簧79,该弹簧79套在各导杆77上,并位于推压件75和密封头76之间。
悬吊杆71中的上下连接端上夹设有球面轴承71a,由此,可使装置连接板72可在包括前后和左右方向的任意水平方向上保持着水平状态运动。
装置连接板72的左右两端部下面通过倒L字形支架81安装有定位用流体压力驱动缸82。该流体压力驱动缸82为往复式双杆驱动缸,它具有与顶部定位孔66同心状的向上的活塞杆83及向下的活塞杆84。向上的活塞杆83穿过开设于装置连接板72上的杆孔85。向上的活塞杆83与前端为锥形的顶部定位杆86相连接,向下的活塞杆84与前端为锥形的底部定位杆87相连接。顶部定位杆86穿过杆孔85的顶缘上设置的上导向件88,而底部定位杆87穿过支架81底端上设置的下导向件89。
参照图6,使密封头76作包括下降、底部限定位置的前进、上升及顶部限定位置的后退运动的箱型运动。在一个作业周期的360°的范围内,270°用作前进,90°用作后退。上述的前进与后退由前后移动件14的动作来完成,上述的上升与下降由流体压力驱动缸74的动作来完成。前后移动件14从后退限定位置加速前进,在其速度与板条22的速度相同后(30°),密封头76进行下降动作,前后移动件14从前进限定位置的跟前(240°)作减速前进,在此过程中,密封头76结束上升运动。这样,可避免密封头76与板条22的位置偏离。
对保持于相邻的2个板条22上的4个容器C同时进行密封作业。当第1次密封装置17的密封头76位于顶部限定位置、前后移动件14位于后退限定位置的状态下,如果容器C送入密封头76的下方规定位置,则前后移动件14前进。当前后移动件14的前进速度与板条22的速度相同时下降,当密封头76下降到底部限定位置时,密封头76通过盖材料F压于容器C的开口边缘部,使其保持着这种状态移动至前进限定位置的跟前。在此过程中进行第1次密封。另外,与此同时,通过第2次密封装置18进行第2次密封,通过冲压装置19对盖材料F进行冲压。
在将要使密封头76降下时,定位用流体压力驱动缸82中的两个活塞杆83,84下降,底部定位杆87***底部定位孔24中。由此,可进行板条22和密封头76定位。在此情况下,当底部定位孔24和底部定位杆87出现偏离时,通过将底部定位杆87使其前端锥部一边对准底部位置定位孔24一边下降,由此使装置安装板72摆动上述偏离的距离,使上述孔24和杆87同心。
前后移动件14的前进距离比由相当于板条22的2个节距相应的距离短相当于90°/360°作业周期范围相应的距离。当前后移动件14移动至前进限定位置的跟前时,密封头76上升。在密封头76上升的同时,此次的定位用流体压力驱动缸82中的两个活塞杆83,84上升。这样,顶部定位杆86***顶部定位孔66中。由此,可使前后移动件14和装置连接板72进行定位,由此可限制装置连接板72的摆动。当前后移动件14从前进限定位置后退至后退限定位置时,便完成1次作业循环。
在进行通常的密封的情况下,拧紧锁定螺栓68。在进行对密封头76下面清扫时,将该锁定锁定的螺栓68拧松。因此,左右移动件16可自由移动。当抓住手柄62进行拉动时,如图4中的虚线所示,装置悬吊轨61从移动导轨44中拉出,这样密封头76从板条22上方朝侧方被拉出。因此,可在不受板条22干扰的情况下,很容易地进行密封头76下面的清扫等操作。

Claims (5)

1.一种容器的密封装置,它包括连续驱动输送机(11)和密封头(76),上述连续驱动输送机(11)具有经过规定的密封区间且向前移动的板条(22),上述密封头(76)进行包括下降、底部限定位置的前进、上升及顶部限定位置的后退的箱型运动,并且在密封区间的移动过程中按与容器运送速度相同的速度进行底部限定位置的前进运动,并通过盖材料(F)压于容器(C)开口边缘上,其特征在于:密封头前后移动用的移动件(14)按可作前后往复运动的方式设置在密封区间上方,密封头安装板(72)按其位置可沿任意水平方向变换的方式悬挂于密封头前后移动用的移动件(14)上,该密封头安装板(72)通过竖直向下的密封头升降用流体压力驱动缸(74)安装有密封头(76),密封头安装板(72)上可升降地设有竖直向下的定位杆(87),在板条(22)上设有朝上的凹部(24),处于底部限定位置时的向下的定位杆87的下端嵌入凹部(24)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器的密封装置,其特征在于:密封头连接板(72)上可升降地设有竖直状向上的定位杆(86),在密封头前后移动用的移动件(14)上设有朝下的凹部(66),处于顶部限定位置时的向上的定位杆(86)的上端嵌入朝下的凹部(66)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的容器的密封装置,其特征在于:在密封头连接板(72)上竖直地设置有往复动作式的双杆驱动缸(82),该驱动缸(82)的向下的活塞杆(84)上安装有向下的定位杆(87),在驱动缸(82)的上移活塞杆(83)上安装有向上的定位杆(86)。
4.根据权利要求1~3中的任何一项所述的容器的密封装置,其特征在于:密封头前后移动用的移动件(14)通过球面轴承(71a)与平行连杆(71)顶端相连接,密封头安装板(72)通过球面轴承(71a)与平行连杆(71)底端连接。
5.根据权利要求2~4中的任何一项所述的容器的密封装置,其特征在于:在向下的定位杆(87)底端和向上的定位杆(86)顶端分别形成锥形部,朝上的凹部(24)和朝下的凹部(66)分别具有圆形开口边缘部。
