The lower side wall of the driving roller 33 is provided with a first magnetic member 38, and the front side wall of the driving roller 33 is provided with a second magnetic member 39. The two sides of the lifting movable tube 29 are respectively extended outwards to form a square sliding seat 40 which is opposite to the two installation seats 31, a third magnetic part 41 is embedded in the upper plane of the sliding seat 40, and the first magnetic part 38, the second magnetic part 39 and the third magnetic part 41 are preferably permanent magnets. in the second state, when the dynamic grip 45 is horizontally far from the static grip 44, the guide rod 48 extends outward to push the connecting plate 36 and the counterweight block 37 to be lifted to the horizontal state, so as to drive the driving disc 35 and the driving roller 33 to rotate counterclockwise, further drive the second magnetic member 39 to turn to the downward position, the second magnetic member 39 provides an upward magnetic attraction force for the third magnetic member 41, and the sliding seat 40 slides upward along the sliding groove 43 after receiving the magnetic attraction force.
As shown in fig. 7, a support rod 49 perpendicular to the support plate 19 is connected between the two guide rods 46, and an elastic restoring member 50 is disposed between the dynamic grip 45 and the support rod 49 to make the dynamic grip 45 have a tendency to move away from the static grip 44, in this embodiment, the elastic restoring member 50 is preferably a tension spring, and the tension spring is disposed between two ends of the support rod 49. When the guide rod 48 contracts, the avoiding groove 58 slides to the position right opposite to the elastic sheet 54 and the semicircular salient point 55 along with the guide rod 48;
on the contrary, when the guiding rod 48 is fully extended, the locking block 59 slides to the position right opposite to the spring plate 54 and the semicircular salient point 55 along with the guiding rod 48.
As shown in fig. 5 and 11, in order to effectively define the longitudinal position and the transverse position of the lower support plate 22 between the two support plates 19, the stability and the smoothness of the horizontal sliding process of the lower support plate 22 are ensured. A plurality of rotating shafts 60 are horizontally arranged between the two supporting plates 19 and at a position close to the base 20, the axial direction of the rotating shafts 60 is perpendicular to the plate surfaces of the supporting plates 19, and the plate surfaces of the supporting plates 19 are provided with shaft holes 61 for the end parts of the rotating shafts 60 to rotate and penetrate. In order to increase stability and smoothness during the circumferential rotation of the rotating shaft 60, a bearing (not shown) is provided between the rotating shaft 60 and the shaft hole 61. A plurality of coaxially arranged support rollers 62 are axially arranged on the rotating shaft 60, a plurality of guide bars 63 corresponding to the support rollers 62 one by one are arranged on the lower plate surface of the lower support plate 22, and a ring groove 64 for slidably clamping the guide bars 63 is annularly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the support rollers 62.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to further improve the accuracy of the longitudinal positioning of the lower support plate 22, the opposite plate surfaces of the two support plates 19 are provided with horizontal guide protruding strips 65, the opposite side surfaces of the two guide protruding strips 65 are provided with sliding grooves 66 along the length direction, and the opposite side surfaces of the two support rods 23 at the rear side are provided with sliding blocks 67 respectively slidably connected in the two sliding grooves 66.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to limit the depth of the upper support plate 21, the lower support plate 22 and the dust bag 17 therebetween horizontally entering between the two support plates 19, a limit plate 68 for limiting the lateral position of the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22 is covered between the rear side edges of the two support plates 19.
The specific using process is as follows:
when the dust bag 17 is installed, the dust bag 17 is first placed between the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22, and the dust pipe 26 is inserted into the clamping pipe 25 in an interference manner. Then, the upper support plate 21, the lower support plate 22 and the dust collection bag 17 which are integrally arranged horizontally slide to a position between the two support plates 19, the sliding blocks 67 on the outer sides of the two support rods 23 are respectively slid and clamped into the sliding grooves 66 of the guide convex strips 65 on the two sides, and the guide strips 63 at the bottom of the lower support plate 22 are slid and clamped into the annular grooves 64 of the support rollers 62, so that the longitudinal positioning and the transverse positioning of the lower support plate 22 are completed, and the two guide rods 46 are horizontally opposite to the limit strips 53 on the two sides. At this time, the static grip 44 and the dynamic grip 45 are pinched against the elastic pulling force of the elastic restoring member 50, so that the dynamic grip 45 slides horizontally toward the static grip 44, thereby driving the guide rod 48 in the guide rod 46 to contract horizontally (as shown in fig. 12 and 13), and the locking block 59 on the side of the guide rod 48 also contracts, so that the avoiding groove 58 faces the elastic sheet 54 and the semicircular convex point 55. In this state, the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22 carrying the dust collecting bag 17 are pushed inward by the static grip 44, during the pushing process, the elastic sheets 54 and the semicircular protruding points 55 on the two guide rods 46 are horizontally slid and clamped into the semicircular grooves 56 of the two position-limiting strips 53 through the notches 57, and the semicircular protruding points 55 can be retracted into the escape grooves 58 by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic sheets 54, so that the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22 can be smoothly pushed forward until the edges of the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22 abut against the plate surface of the position-limiting plate 68, so that the lifting movable pipe 29 above the upper support plate 21 is opposite to the extension pipe 28 on the exhaust pipe 14. At this time, the dynamic grip 45 is loosened, so that the dynamic grip can be far away from the static grip 44 under the elastic action of the elastic resetting piece 50, the guide rods 48 at the two ends are driven to extend out of the guide rods 46, the locking block 59 extends out and supports against the elastic sheet 54 and the semicircular salient point 55, the semicircular salient point 55 is clamped in the semicircular groove 56 and cannot return, and the horizontal relative position between the guide rods 46 and the limiting strip 53 as well as the supporting plate 19 is locked.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, after the guiding rod 48 is fully extended, it can overcome the gravity of the weight 37 to push the connecting plate 36 on the driving disc 35 to turn upward to a horizontal state, so as to drive the driving disc 35 and the driving roller 33 to rotate counterclockwise, thereby driving the second magnetic member 39 to turn downward, the second magnetic member 39 provides an upward magnetic attraction force for the third magnetic member 41, the sliding seat 40 slides upward along the sliding slot 43 after receiving the magnetic attraction force, so that the two sliding seats 40 drive the upper ends of the lifting movable tube 29 and the telescopic tube 30 to move upward until the lifting movable tube 29 abuts against the lower port of the exhaust duct 14, thereby achieving the communication between the dust collecting opening and the exhaust duct 14.
When the dust collecting opening is communicated with the exhaust duct 14, dust collection can be carried out. When the output shaft 5 of the motor 4 drives the saw blade 3 to cut wood, the centrifugal fan 11 can be driven to run at the same time, so that the dust hood 10 is in a negative pressure state, and the dust hood 7 is also in a negative pressure state under the communication effect of the air guide pipe 12 and the dust suction pipe 9. At this time, the dust generated when the saw blade 3 cuts the wood can be sucked into the dust cover 7 through the opening 6, and then, the dust can be sucked into the dust cover 10 where the centrifugal fan 11 is located through the dust suction pipe 9 and the air guide pipe 12 in sequence. Under the drive of the centrifugal fan 11, the chippings and dusts can be discharged through the exhaust duct 14 and finally enter the dust collection bag 17 through the extension duct 51, the extension duct 28, the extension tube 30, the dust collection opening, the clamping connection tube 25 and the dust collection tube 26 in sequence, so that the dustproof effect is achieved, the operation environment of the table saw is further improved, and meanwhile, the harm to a human body is reduced.
When the dust collecting bag 17 needs to be replaced, the static grip 44 and the dynamic grip 45 are first pinched again by overcoming the elastic pulling force of the elastic restoring member 50, so that the guide rod 48 in the guide rod 46 is horizontally contracted, and the locking block 59 on the side surface of the guide rod 48 is also contracted, so that the avoiding groove 58 is opposite to the elastic sheet 54 and the semicircular convex point 55. Under this state, the support under the connection plate 36 and the weight 37 is released, so that the weight 37 droops and the driving plate 35 and the driving roller 33 are driven by the connection plate 36 to rotate clockwise, thereby driving the first magnetic member 38 to turn to the downward position, the first magnetic member 38 provides a downward magnetic repulsion force for the third magnetic member 41, the sliding seat 40 slides downward along the sliding slot 43 after receiving the magnetic repulsion force, so that the two sliding seats 40 drive the upper ends of the lifting movable tube 29 and the extension tube 30 to move downward, so that the lifting movable tube 29 is separated from the lower port of the exhaust tube 14, thereby cutting off the dust collection opening and the exhaust tube 14, and the upper support plate 22 and the lower support plate 22 carrying the dust collection bag 17 can be smoothly moved out from between the two support plates 19. At this time, the upper stay 21 and the lower stay 22 carrying the dust bag 17 are pulled outward by the dynamic grip 45, and the semicircular protruding points 55 can be retracted into the escape grooves 58 against the elastic force of the elastic pieces 54, so that the upper stay 21 and the lower stay 22 can be smoothly pulled out. When the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22 with the dust bag 17 are completely taken out, the dust pipe 26 is pulled out from the clamping pipe 25, and the dust bag 17 is detached from the space between the upper support plate 21 and the lower support plate 22 after cooling. Then, the above steps are repeated to replace the new dust bag 17.
