Background
The woodwork carving machine is a machine for processing woodwork, is mainly used for carving wood, is used for carving and milling organic glass, double-color plates, engineering plastics, bakelite, solid wood and the like and soft metal materials, is used for processing graphite electrodes, and is also suitable for carving PCB (printed circuit board), model grinding tools for replacing wood and artware. The woodwork engraving machine mainly aims at the engraving of wood, is mainly solid wood and wooden combined material, and the woodwork engraving machine often meets the following problems in the engraving process:
1. in the engraving process, a large amount of engraving scraps such as sawdust and the like are accumulated in the slot and are difficult to clean, so that the contact between the engraving cutter and the scraps is deviated due to the accumulation of the scraps in the slot during secondary engraving, the slot is deviated, and the engraving quality is influenced; 2. there are a large amount of sweeps to scatter at the workplace among the sculpture process, influence workman's operational environment, and the sweeps that simultaneously drifts about are difficult to the clearance to and the sweeps accumulation that exists among the current sculpture process adopts the brush not to be difficult to brush according to the orbit of scale joint in the scale joint usually, causes the post processing trouble.

Technical problem to be solved
The invention can solve the problems that a large amount of engraving scraps such as sawdust and the like are accumulated in the slot and are difficult to clean in the existing engraving process, so that the contact between the engraving cutter and the scraps is deviated due to the accumulation of the scraps in the slot during secondary engraving, the slot is deviated, and the engraving quality is influenced; and a large amount of scraps exist in the carving process and are scattered in a workplace, so that the working environment of workers is influenced, the scraps flying around are difficult to clean, and the scraps in the existing carving process are accumulated in a notch, are usually difficult to brush according to the track of the notch, so that the problems of troublesome post-treatment and the like are caused.

the engraving device comprises an auxiliary disc, an engraving motor, an engraving module, an inner connecting column, a cleaning module, an outer connecting column and a collecting module; the middle part of the lower end of the auxiliary disc is provided with a carving motor through a motor base, an output shaft of the carving motor is connected to a carving module through a coupling, and the carving module is connected with the auxiliary disc through two inner connecting columns; the outer wall of the carving module is provided with a cleaning module through a bearing, the outer connecting columns are symmetrically arranged at the lower ends of the auxiliary discs, and the lower ends of the outer connecting columns are provided with collecting modules.
The sculpture module include fixed disk, sleeve, end cover, damping spring, telescopic link and sculpture unit, the middle part of fixed disk be provided with the sleeve through the bearing, telescopic inside be provided with damping spring, be located the sleeve and install the sculpture unit through the clearance fit mode, damping spring cover establish on the outer wall of the sculpture unit of sleeve inside, be located telescopic upper end and be provided with the end cover, the lower extreme of end cover be provided with the telescopic link, and the lower extreme of telescopic link is connected on the sculpture unit.
The engraving unit comprises a limiting frame, an engraving head, a compression ball and a compression spring, wherein the limiting frame is symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve, a plurality of arc-shaped limiting grooves are uniformly formed in the limiting frame, the engraving head is abutted against the limiting frame, the compression ball is symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the limiting frame in a sliding fit mode, and the compression spring is sleeved on the outer wall of the engraving head positioned on the inner side of the compression ball; the sculpture module that sets up can realize the sculpture to panel, controls the carving head step by step simultaneously and carves the depth of the seam of panel through the telescopic link, has guaranteed the quality of seam carving.
The collecting module comprises a collecting box, an air inlet pipe and a windmill column, wherein the collecting box is of an annular cylinder cavity structure, an air suction opening which is inclined downwards is arranged in the collecting box, the windmill column is arranged in the air suction opening through a bearing, and a movable ball is arranged on the outer wall of the windmill column; the air inlet pipe is arranged at the upper end of the collecting box; the arranged collection module is used for adsorbing the scraps brushed around the notch and the blown scraps into the collection box, so that the surrounding working environment is ensured; meanwhile, in order to prevent the scrap from blocking the air suction opening of the collecting box, the air suction opening is provided with a windmill column which drives the rotation due to air suction work, so that the scrap can not block the air suction opening.
The cleaning module comprises a cleaning motor, a driving gear, a gear ring, an annular disc and a cleaning unit; the cleaning motor is arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary disc through a motor base, an output shaft of the cleaning motor is provided with a driving gear, the gear ring is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed disc through a bearing, the upper end of the gear ring is meshed with the driving gear, the outer wall of the gear ring is provided with an annular disc, and the lower end of the annular disc is symmetrically provided with cleaning units; the position of the cleaning roller is adjusted through the working of the cleaning motor, so that the cleaning roller is parallel to the notch, and the cleaning roller can brush waste scraps in the notch of the plate conveniently.
The cleaning unit comprises support frames, driving motors, belt reels, a transmission belt, cleaning blocks and an air blowing pipe, wherein the support frames are symmetrically arranged at the lower ends of the annular discs; one support frame is provided with an air blowing pipe connected with the inner cavity of the cleaning block.
The cleaning block comprises a cleaning roller, a hexagonal column, a pressing spring and an air blowing nozzle, movable holes are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the cleaning roller, the air blowing nozzle is arranged in the movable holes in a sliding fit mode, the interior of the air blowing nozzle is connected with the hexagonal column through the pressing spring, the hexagonal column is arranged in the cleaning roller, and brushes are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning roller; the cleaning block is arranged to rotate anticlockwise through the driving motor, so that the brush on the cleaning roller rolls along the notch to clean the scraps in the notch, and meanwhile, the scraps in the notch are blown out in an auxiliary mode through the air blowing nozzle to clean the notch; in order to prevent the blowing nozzle from being blocked or broken due to the contact with the plate, the depth of the blowing nozzle can be adjusted through the arranged pressing spring, and the blowing nozzle is prevented from being blocked or broken.
The adjusting device comprises an electric slide block, an adjusting frame, an adjusting slide block and an adjusting cylinder; the electric sliding blocks are symmetrically arranged in sliding grooves on the workbench, an adjusting frame is arranged between the two electric sliding blocks, a guide groove is formed in the upper end of the adjusting frame, an adjusting sliding block is arranged in the guide groove, and an adjusting cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the adjusting sliding block; the adjusting device can be moved conveniently according to the carving position, and better carving of the plate is achieved.
Preferably; the outer port of the blowing nozzle is provided with a pressure ball in a movable fit mode, and the diameter of the pressure ball is slightly smaller than that of the blowing nozzle; the pressure ball is arranged at the outer end of the air blowing nozzle, so that the pressure of air blown out by the air blowing nozzle can be increased, scraps in the notch can be better blown out of the notch, and the friction force between the air blowing nozzle and the upper end of the carved plate can be reduced by arranging the pressure ball in a sliding fit mode; and prevents the blowing nozzle from being blocked by the scraps.
(III) advantageous effects
1. The carving module provided by the invention can realize carving of the plate, and meanwhile, the depth of the carving seam of the plate carved by the carving head is controlled step by step through the telescopic rod, so that the quality of the carving seam is ensured;
2. according to the invention, the arranged collection module is used for adsorbing the scraps brushed out around the notch and the blown scraps into the collection box, so that the surrounding working environment is ensured; meanwhile, in order to prevent the scrap from blocking an air suction opening of the collecting box, the air suction opening is provided with a windmill column which is driven to rotate by air suction work to ensure that the scrap cannot block the air suction opening;
3. the cleaning block provided by the invention enables the brush on the cleaning roller to roll along the notch to clean the scraps in the notch by rotating the driving motor anticlockwise, and simultaneously, the scraps in the notch are blown out in an auxiliary manner through the air blowing nozzle to clean the notch; in order to prevent the blowing nozzle from being blocked or broken due to the contact with the plate, the depth of the blowing nozzle can be adjusted through the arranged pressing spring, so that the blowing nozzle is prevented from being blocked or broken;
4. the pressure ball is arranged at the outer end of the air blowing nozzle, so that the pressure of air blown out by the air blowing nozzle can be increased, scraps in the notch can be better blown out of the notch, and the friction force between the air blowing nozzle and the upper end of the carved plate can be reduced by arranging the pressure ball in a sliding fit mode; and prevents the blowing nozzle from being blocked by the scraps.

The following terms are defined based on the functions of the present invention, and may be different depending on the intention of the user or the operator or the convention. Therefore, these terms are defined based on the entire contents of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an intelligent woodworking engraving machine comprises a workbench 1, an adjusting device 2 and an engraving device 3, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the upper end of the workbench 1, the adjusting device 2 is installed in the sliding groove, and the engraving device 3 is arranged at the lower end of the adjusting device 2; wherein:
the adjusting device 2 comprises an electric slide block 21, an adjusting frame 22, an adjusting slide block 23 and an adjusting cylinder 24; the electric sliding blocks 21 are symmetrically arranged in sliding grooves on the workbench 1, an adjusting frame 22 is arranged between the two electric sliding blocks 21, a guide groove is formed in the upper end of the adjusting frame 22, an adjusting sliding block 23 is arranged in the guide groove, and an adjusting cylinder 24 is arranged at the lower end of the adjusting sliding block 23; adjusting device 2 that sets up can be convenient for remove adjusting device 2 according to glyptic position, realizes better carving panel.
The engraving device 3 comprises an auxiliary disc 31, an engraving motor 32, an engraving module a, an inner connecting column 33, a cleaning module b, an outer connecting column 34 and a collecting module c; the middle part of the lower end of the auxiliary disc 31 is provided with a carving motor 32 through a motor base, an output shaft of the carving motor 32 is connected to a carving module a through a coupling, and the carving module a is connected with the auxiliary disc 31 through two inner connecting columns 33; the outer wall of the engraving module a is provided with a cleaning module b through a bearing, the outer connecting columns 34 are symmetrically arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary disc 31, and the lower ends of the outer connecting columns 34 are provided with collecting modules c.
The carving module a comprises a fixed disc a1, a sleeve a2, an end cover a3, a damping spring a4, an expansion link a5 and a carving unit a6, wherein the middle part of the fixed disc a1 is provided with the sleeve a2 through a bearing, the damping spring a4 is arranged in the sleeve a2, the carving unit a6 is arranged in the sleeve a2 in a movable fit mode, the damping spring a4 is sleeved on the outer wall of the carving unit a6 in the sleeve a2, the end cover a3 is arranged at the upper end of the sleeve a2, an expansion link a5 is arranged at the lower end of the end cover a3, and the lower end of the expansion link a5 is connected to the carving unit a 6; the carving unit a6 comprises a limiting frame a61, a carving head a62, a compression ball a63 and a compression spring a64, the limiting frame a61 is symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of a sleeve a2, a plurality of arc-shaped limiting grooves are uniformly formed in the limiting frame a61, the carving head a62 abuts against the limiting frame a61, the compression ball a63 is symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the limiting frame a61 in a sliding fit manner, and the compression spring a64 is sleeved on the outer wall of the carving head a62 positioned on the inner side of the compression ball a 63; the carving module a that sets up can realize the sculpture to panel, controls the carving head a62 through telescopic link a5 step by step simultaneously and carves the depth of seam of panel, has guaranteed the quality of seam carving.
The cleaning module b comprises a cleaning motor b1, a driving gear b2, a gear ring b3, an annular disc b4 and a cleaning unit b 5; the cleaning motor b1 is mounted at the lower end of the auxiliary disc 31 through a motor base, an output shaft of the cleaning motor b1 is provided with a driving gear b2, the gear ring b3 is mounted on the outer wall of the fixed disc a1 through a bearing, the upper end of the gear ring b3 is meshed with the driving gear b2, the outer wall of the gear ring b3 is provided with an annular disc b4, and the lower end of the annular disc b4 is symmetrically provided with cleaning units b 5; the position of the cleaning roller b551 is adjusted through the operation of the arranged cleaning motor b1, so that the cleaning roller b551 is kept parallel to the notch, and the cleaning roller b551 is convenient to brush waste scraps in the notch of the plate; the cleaning unit b5 comprises a support frame b51, a driving motor b52, tape reels b53, a transmission belt b54, a cleaning block b55 and an air blowing pipe b56, wherein the support frame b51 is symmetrically arranged at the lower end of the annular tape b4, the cleaning block b55 is arranged at the lower ends of two support frames b51 through bearings, the tape reels b53 are arranged on the cleaning block b55, the driving motor b52 is arranged on the support frames b51 through a motor base, the tape reels b53 are arranged at the output shaft of the driving motor b52, and the two tape reels b53 are connected through the transmission belt b 54; the supporting frame b51 is provided with an air blowing pipe b56 connected with the cavity in the sweeping block b 55.
The cleaning block b55 comprises a cleaning roller b551, a hexagonal column b552, a pressing spring b553 and a blowing nozzle b554, wherein the outer wall of the cleaning roller b551 is uniformly provided with movable holes, the blowing nozzle b554 is arranged in the movable holes in a sliding fit mode, the interior of the blowing nozzle b554 is connected with the hexagonal column b552 through the pressing spring b553, the hexagonal column b552 is arranged in the cleaning roller b551, and the outer wall of the cleaning roller b551 is uniformly provided with brushes; the outer port of the blowing nozzle b554 is provided with a pressure ball in a movable fit mode, and the diameter of the pressure ball is slightly smaller than that of the blowing nozzle b 554; the pressure ball is arranged at the outer end of the blowing nozzle b554, so that the pressure of the gas blown by the blowing nozzle b554 can be increased, and scraps in the notch can be better blown out of the notch, and the friction force between the blowing nozzle b554 and the upper end of the carved plate can be reduced by arranging the pressure ball in a sliding fit mode; and prevents the waste chips from blocking the blowing nozzle b 554; the cleaning block b55 is arranged to rotate anticlockwise through the driving motor b52, so that the brush on the cleaning roller b551 performs rolling cleaning along the notch to brush the scraps in the notch, and simultaneously the scraps in the notch are blown out in an auxiliary manner through the air blowing nozzle b554 to clean the notch; in order to prevent the blowing nozzle b554 from being blocked or broken by contacting the blowing nozzle b554 with the plate material, the depth of the blowing nozzle b554 can be adjusted by the pressing spring b553, and the blowing nozzle b554 is prevented from being blocked or broken.
The collecting module c comprises a collecting box c1, an air inlet pipe c2 and a windmill column c3, wherein the collecting box c1 is of an annular cylinder cavity structure, an air suction port which is inclined downwards is arranged inside the collecting box c1, the windmill column c3 is arranged in the air suction port through a bearing, and a movable ball is arranged on the outer wall of the windmill column c 3; the air inlet pipe c2 is arranged at the upper end of the collecting box c 1; the arranged collection module c is used for adsorbing the scraps brushed around the notch and the blown scraps into the collection box c1, so that the surrounding working environment is ensured; meanwhile, in order to prevent the scrap from blocking the air suction opening of the collecting box c1, the air suction opening is provided with a windmill column c3 which is driven to rotate by air suction work, so that the scrap cannot block the air suction opening.
When in work:
firstly: equipment access: the external dust suction pump is connected with the air inlet pipe c2, and the external air blowing pump is connected with the air blowing pipe b 56;
then: placing the plates: manually placing a plate to be engraved on the workbench 1 and fixing;
further: the carving operation is carried out: the engraving device 3 is moved to a proper position above the plate by the adjusting cylinder 24; the carving motor 32 works to drive the carving head a62 to carve the board, and meanwhile, the depth of a carving seam is controlled through the telescopic rod a 5; during the carving process, the cleaning roller b551 cleans along the notch position, the blowing nozzle b554 blows up the scraps in the notch, and the collection module c collects the scraps around the notch;
and finally: stacking: and (4) manually taking down the plates after the carving is finished and stacking.
