Abstract
The invention discloses a honeycomb core ultrasonic cutting tool with a replaceable tool bit, which comprises a connecting section, a fastening section and a cutting section which are sequentially connected, wherein the connecting section is connected with an ultrasonic amplitude transformer through external threads of the connecting section. The cutting section is provided with an outer wall formed by a cutting section external thread, a cylindrical transition section, a frustum-shaped transition section and a cutting edge section which are sequentially connected, and an inner wall formed by a cylindrical hole and a frustum-shaped hole. During assembly, the fastening section is matched with the cutting section firstly, the connecting section is matched with the cutting section secondly, and the fastening section is locked towards the connecting section finally. When the cutting edge is worn and damaged, the cutting edge can be repaired and ground, the matching length of the connecting section and the cutting section is shortened, the lost length after the repair and grinding is compensated, the total length of the cutter is kept unchanged, and only the cutting section needs to be replaced when the cutting edge cannot be repaired and ground continuously. The invention can reduce the manufacturing and using cost of the cutter, and the repaired cutter still has good processing precision, usability and optimal vibration characteristic, and the chip is convenient to clean.

When the traditional high-speed milling method is adopted to process the outline of the honeycomb core, the high-speed milling cutter always rotates at a high speed of more than 10000r/min, chips are cut off and crushed under the combined action of the cutter cutting edge and the crushing edge, the processing of the honeycomb core is realized, the material removal amount and the cutting force are large, the processing damage such as the tearing of the honeycomb core is easy to occur, and the processing quality is not easy to guarantee. In the using process of the cutter, once the cutter is worn and damaged, after the cutting edge of the cutter is ground and polished, the overall resonance performance of the cutter body can be influenced by the change of the length and the diameter of the ground cutter, the requirement for outputting the amplitude of the established cutter is difficult to meet, the worn and damaged cutter can only be integrally replaced, and the using cost of the cutter is increased. the end face of one end of the connecting section is provided with a positioning surface and a connecting section external thread used for being connected with the ultrasonic amplitude transformer, the other end of the connecting section is provided with a connecting section threaded hole used for being connected with the cutting section, and a connecting section wrench groove is arranged on the outer wall close to the positioning surface;
a fastening section threaded hole used for being connected with the cutting section is formed in the fastening section, and a fastening section wrench groove is formed in the outer wall of the fastening section;
the cutting section comprises a cylindrical hole and a frustum-shaped hole which are connected, the outside of the cutting section starts from one end of the cylindrical hole and is a cutting section external thread, a cylindrical transition section, a frustum-shaped transition section and a cutting edge section which are connected in sequence, and a cutting section wrench groove is formed in the cylindrical transition section.

The tail end of the cutting edge is the position with the maximum amplitude, and the joint of the fastening section and the connecting section is the vibration node position.
The outer side of the cutting edge is cylindrical, namely the back angle of the cutter is zero, the diameter of the cutter can be guaranteed not to be changed after grinding, the length reduced after grinding can be compensated by shortening the matching length of the threaded hole of the connecting section and the external thread of the cutting section, the total length of the cutter is kept unchanged, the cutter is guaranteed to obtain the best vibration characteristic, and the use cost of the cutter is reduced.
The connecting section and the fastening section are made of carbon tool steel, and the cutting section is made of high-speed steel or hard alloy so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the cutter.
The assembly mode of the cutter is as follows: firstly, the fastening section is matched with the cutting section, secondly, the connecting section is matched with the cutting section, and finally, the fastening section is locked towards the connecting section
Compared with the existing honeycomb core ultrasonic cutting machining tool, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the outer side of the cutting edge is cylindrical, namely the back angle of the cutter is zero, so that the diameter of the cutter after grinding is unchanged, and the processing precision of the cutter and the usability of the cutter after repeated grinding are ensured.
(2) The invention compensates the lost length of the cutter after grinding by reducing the matching length of the external thread of the cutting section and the threaded holes of the connecting section and the fastening section, keeps the total length of the cutter unchanged and ensures that the cutter can always obtain the optimal vibration characteristic.
(3) The ultrasonic cutting tool with the replaceable honeycomb core, provided by the invention, can be independently ground and replaced when the cutting section is worn and damaged and cannot work, the whole tool does not need to be replaced, and the use and manufacturing cost of the tool is greatly reduced.
(4) Different sectional structures of the ultrasonic cutting tool can be manufactured by different materials, wherein the cutting section is made of high-speed steel or hard alloy material with excellent cutting performance in a machining mode so as to ensure the cutting performance, the connecting section and the fastening section are made of carbon tool steel with excellent ultrasonic vibration performance so as to ensure the vibration performance, and the manufacturing cost of the tool can be reduced on the premise that the cutting and vibration performance is met.
(5) The head-replaceable cutting insert can be used for independently dismounting the cutting section, and the cutting chips in the cutting section can be blown out by a tool or high-pressure gas, so that the cutting chips are convenient to clean.

Then the fastening section is locked towards the connecting section through the fastening section wrench groove 4, and the cutter is connected with the ultrasonic amplitude transformer through the connecting section wrench groove 3. When the honeycomb core is machined by using the cutter, the rotating motion and the feeding motion of the cutter are driven by a machine tool, the ultrasonic vibration of the cutter is generated under the drive of a special ultrasonic vibration system, the circular cutting edge cuts off the honeycomb core material to form a machined surface, and the hollow structure in the cutting section is used for accommodating the cut cylindrical honeycomb core chips. When cleaning the accumulated chips in the inner hole, the structures of all parts of the cutter are disassembled according to the sequence opposite to the installation, and the cutter can continue to work after being installed again after being cleaned. After the cutting edge of the cutter is polished, the axial position of the large end of the conical table hole 13 of the cutting edge needs to be adjusted when the cutter is mounted again, and the cutter can work after the cutting performance is optimal.
