According to the detection results of the test groups 1-8 and 19-25, the hair growth essence capable of stimulating hair follicle tissues and promoting rapid hair growth is prepared by mixing a plant extract mixture such as geranium extract, roselle extract and the like with a bacteriostatic agent in the embodiment 1-8; in contrast, comparative examples 2 to 5, when one or both of geranium extract and roselle extract were not added, the obtained hair tonic did not improve the hair follicle tissue of the scalp. Further experimental study shows that the hair growth promoting effect and the hair follicle improving effect of the hair growth promoting essence obtained in examples 1-8 are obviously better than those of the hair growth promoting essence obtained in comparative examples 6-7, and the addition amount of each plant extract is controlled in the following range: 1.15-2.1 parts of geranium extract, 0.5-1.15 parts of roselle extract, 0.4-1 part of cacumen biotae extract, 0.25-0.5 part of delphinium extract, 0.75-1 part of mulberry extract, 0.3-0.6 part of pine needle extract, 0.25-0.5 part of cactus extract and 0.3-0.6 part of peony root extract, the obtained hair-growing essence can accelerate the growth rate of hair, promote the transformation of hair follicles from telogen to anagen phase, effectively activate hair follicle tissues and promote the growth of hair.
According to the detection results of the test group 2 and the test group 9-15, the hair growing rate, the hair length and the hair follicle number of the test group 11-15 mice are obviously superior to those of the test group 2 and the test group 9-10 mice, which shows that the hair growing effect of the hair growing essence prepared by using any two matched bacteriostats of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol and tea polyphenol is superior to that of the hair growing essence prepared by using only one of the bacteriostats. Further comparing and finding that the skin of the test group 11-14 mice turns black from pink within 5-6 days and turns grey within 12-13 days, the number of hair follicles reaches more than 67, which indicates that the hair growth essence adopts the mixture of 1, 2-hexanediol and tea polyphenol as a bacteriostatic agent, can further improve the hair follicle environment of scalp, promote the hair follicle to be transformed into a growing period, and further accelerate the growth of hair.
As is clear from the test results of test groups 12 and 16 to 18, the hair length of the hair of the mice of example 2 and example 17 on day 28 is more than 8cm, and the number of hair follicles is more than or equal to 68; whereas the hair length of the test group 16 mice at day 28 was about 7.36cm, the number of hair follicles was 63-64; whereas the hair length of the test group 18 mice was about 6.92cm at day 28, the number of hair follicles was 66-67. Therefore, when the addition amount of the bacteriostat is controlled within the range of 1.1-1.8%, the obtained hair growth essence has better hair growth effect and hair follicle conversion effect.
From the test results of test group 2 and test group 26, it is evident that the test group 26 mice have a longer skin color change time after using the hair tonic essence provided in comparative example 8, and the hair length on day 28 is only about 5.16cm, and the number of hair follicles on day 28 is only about 52, which indicates that the hair tonic essence obtained by the preparation method of the hair tonic essence provided in comparative example 8 has a poor use effect. Therefore, the components of the plant extracts are sequentially added, the adding interval time of two adjacent components of the plant extracts is controlled to be 3-10min, so that the weakening of the efficacy of part of the extracts caused by long-time stirring can be avoided, the optimal synergistic effect of the plant extracts can be exerted, and the hair-growing effect of the hair-growing essence is better.
