Efficacy verification:
the essences prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to moisturizing, anti-wrinkle and tightening efficacy tests, and each test data was an average value of a plurality of test subjects (n.gtoreq.5), and specifically as follows:
1) Skin moisture content test
Taking 18-65 years old healthy subjects as test subjects, cleaning the faces of the subjects by using standard facial cleanser, drying by using paper towels, balancing for 30 minutes in a temperature control room, then smearing test products on the faces, and waiting for absorption. Using non-invasive skin test instruments before (0 hours) and 1 and 8 hours after application of the test productCM825 (Coura-Khazaka) measures the moisture content of the stratum corneum of facial skin. All measurements were carried out in a constant temperature and humidity room at a temperature of 20-22℃and a relative humidity of 40-60%.
The results of the tests using the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle essence prepared in examples 1 to 3 as a test sample are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
Improvement rate = (measured value after application of test product-base value)/base value x 100%, wherein base value is measured value before application of test product (0 hours).
As can be seen from the results in Table 3, the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle essence prepared in examples 1 to 6 can effectively increase the moisture content of skin, and especially the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle essence prepared in example 4 has improved improvement rates of 31.08% and 22.27% after 1 hour and 8 hours respectively, and has a significant difference from the basic value (as shown in FIG. 1, P value < 0.01).
2) Wrinkle removal, skin elasticity and firmness test
The method is characterized in that a healthy subject 35-55 years old, which is judged to be sensitive to a lactic acid stinging test (the stinging score is more than or equal to 3 minutes), is taken as a test object, after the skin of the subject is cleaned, a proper amount of test product is taken to be applied to the palm, the skin is gently and evenly coated on the face, the skin is massaged until the skin is absorbed, the skin is used for 2 times a day, each time in the morning and evening, the test period does not change other life, eating habits and skin care habits, and the provided test product is completely used for replacing the essence product during the test period.
Subjects were tested before use (D0 day), after 2 weeks of use (D14 day), after 4 weeks of use (D28 day), respectively. At the test site, subjects cleaned their faces with standard facial washes, with tissues, with the tissues dry, and after 30 minutes of sitting in the temperature controlled room, the wrinkles were photographed using the texture image analysis system PRIMOS CR (Canfield), obtaining the head line length and the tail line length results. By usingDual MPA 580 (Coura+Khazaka) measures the skin elasticity R0 value and the firmness R2 value, and the measurement parameters are set as follows: on-Time:1.0s, off-Time:1.0s, pressure:450mbar, repetition:10, wherein the R0 value reflects passive feedback of the skin to external forces, the smaller the R0 value, the tighter the skin; the R2 value is the total elasticity, the closer the R2 value is to 1 (100%), the more elastic is represented.
The results of the head-up and tail-line length measurements obtained using the moisturizing anti-wrinkle essence prepared in example 1 as a test sample are shown in fig. 2 and 3 as typical examples, and the results of the improvement rates of the head-up and tail-line lengths obtained using the moisturizing anti-wrinkle essence prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 as a test sample are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 Table 4
Improvement rate = (wrinkle length value after use of test product-base value)/base value x 100%, wherein base value is wrinkle length value before use of test product (D0 day).
As can be seen from the results in table 4, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle essence prepared in examples 2-4 has very obvious anti-wrinkle effect, and especially the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle essence prepared in example 4 has a head line length improvement rate respectively reduced by 9.07% and 7.56% after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks, and has a significant difference compared with the basic value (P value < 0.01 as shown in fig. 2); the improvement rates of the length of the fish tail of the moisturizing anti-wrinkle essence prepared in the example 4 after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks are respectively reduced by 12.19 percent and 13.99 percent, and the moisturizing anti-wrinkle essence has a significant difference compared with a basic value (as shown in figure 3, the P value is less than 0.01). And the improvement rate results of the example 4 are obviously improved compared with those of the comparative examples 1-3 and examples 1, 5 and 6, which shows that in the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle essence of the invention, the adopted two-split yeast fermentation product lysate has obvious synergistic effect with centella asiatica extract/polygonum cuspidatum root extract/scutellaria baicalensis root extract/tea extract/glycyrrhiza glabra extract/mother chrysanthemum extract/rosemary leaf extract, tremella polysaccharide, glycerin/water/soapy leaves/root extract/potassium sorbate/sodium benzoate and butylene glycol/water/perilla leaf extract, so that a very good anti-wrinkle effect is obtained.
The results of the measurements of the skin firmness R0 value and the skin elasticity R2 value obtained using the moisturizing anti-wrinkle essence prepared in example 4 as a test sample are shown in fig. 4 and 5 as typical examples, and the results of the improvement rates of the skin firmness R0 value and the skin elasticity R2 value obtained using the moisturizing anti-wrinkle essence prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 as a test sample are shown in table 5.
TABLE 5
