Abstract
本公开实施例提供一种显示基板、显示装置和显示基板的制作方法。所述显示基板具有衬底基板，以及位于所述衬底基板一侧的多个像素，所述像素包括：有机薄膜晶体管，所述有机薄膜晶体管包括栅极、有机半导体层以及源漏极；第一电极，所述第一电极具有多个第一镂空结构；有机保护层，所述有机保护层覆盖所述第一电极以及所述有机薄膜晶体管，并填充所述第一镂空结构。
