本发明提供一种双栅线阵列基板、显示面板,属于显示技术领域,可至少部分解决现有的双栅线阵列基板的开口率有限的问题。双栅线阵列基板包括:多组双栅线(14)、多条数据线(15)和多个像素对(P);每组双栅线(14)包括相对的两条栅线(14);双栅线(14)与数据线(15)交叉设置;每组双栅线(14)与多条数据线(15)限定出多个限定区域;像素对(P)位于限定区域中;像素对(P)包括沿栅线(14)延伸方向排布的两个像素单元;像素单元包括公共电极(13)及薄膜晶体管(3);双栅线阵列基板还包括:多条公共电极线(13a),每条公共电极线(13a)设置于同一像素对(P)中的两个像素单元之间,并通过两个第一过孔与两个像素单元的公共电极(13)连接;公共电极线(13)所在层与薄膜晶体管(3)的源漏电极(31)所在层异层绝缘设置;第一过孔位于数据线(15)的两侧。
