Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying cotton knitted fabric.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the consciousness of returning nature to human beings, people pay more attention to the use of cotton fibers, but because cellulose fibers such as cotton have good hygroscopicity and water retention property, the pure cotton or pure cellulose fiber fabrics are difficult to realize the hygroscopicity quick-drying effect. The preparation method of the current common moisture-absorbing quick-drying cotton knitted fabric comprises the following steps: firstly, blending the cotton fiber subjected to hydrophobic finishing with the high-moisture-absorption-performance cotton fiber which is not subjected to hydrophobic finishing, and adjusting the blending ratio to obtain cotton yarns with different moisture absorption performances; secondly, the pure cotton fabric is subjected to local hydrophobic post-finishing by using a water repellent or hydrophilic agent to obtain ideal moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance; and thirdly, a pure cotton fabric with the inner layer and the outer layer having the difference of hydrophobicity is constructed through the design of a cotton fabric structure, and a wicking channel is formed due to the difference of the hygroscopicity of cotton yarns on the inner surface and the outer surface of the fabric, so that moisture is more easily diffused to the outer surface of the cotton fabric, and the moisture absorption and quick drying effects of the cotton fabric are realized.
The method for preparing the moisture-absorbing quick-drying cotton fabric is obtained by carrying out discontinuous and intermittent hydrophobic finishing on yarns or fabrics. The preparation process has the defects of long process flow and poor production controllability. The process research on how to produce the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric on line by adopting pure cellulose yarns as raw materials is not enough. Based on the above, the application aims at designing an efficient and online preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying cotton knitted fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying cotton knitted fabric, which is used for preparing the cotton knitted fabric with the moisture-absorbing quick-drying performance in a mode of spraying a water repellent agent on line.
The embodiment of the application discloses a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying cotton knitted fabric, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weaving grey fabric: selecting 18.2Tex raw cotton yarn and 18.3Tex Modal yarn as yarn raw materials, and interweaving the two yarns on a circular knitting machine to prepare a weft plain knitted fabric;
s2, a water repellent treatment process: injecting a 2- (perfluorohexyl) ethyl methacrylate water repellent agent with a certain concentration into an atomization spray gun, spraying the water repellent agent on the knitted fabric on a conveyor belt at a position 10cm above the reverse side of the knitted fabric, then placing the knitted fabric in a blast drying box with a constant temperature of 60 ℃ for drying, curing, shaping and baking, and soaping in an oscillating water bath after baking;
s3, boiling-off treatment process: putting the fabric obtained in the step S2 into a solution prepared from NaOH and a refining agent for alkali boiling, washing with hot water at 80 ℃ for 10min after alkali boiling, neutralizing with acetic acid for 10min at room temperature, and washing with water for the first time after neutralization;
s4, dyeing process: preparing a reactive dye mother solution according to a bath ratio of 1.
Preferably, the path of the yarn fed by the looping system in the step S1 is as follows: odd lines are fed with raw cotton yarn, and others are fed with modal yarn.
Preferably, the water repellent parameters in step S2 are: the concentration is 20-40 g/L, and the liquid carrying rate is 70-90%.
Preferably, the baking process in step S2 is: the baking temperature is 150-200 ℃, and the baking time is 2-5 min.
Preferably, the soaping process of the step S2 is as follows: and (4) shaking and soaping for 10-20 min at the temperature of 60 ℃.
Preferably, the alkaline cooking process of step S3 is: the concentration of the refining agent is 3g/L, the concentration of NaOH is 5-15 g/L, the alkali boiling temperature is 100 ℃, and the alkali boiling time is 80-100 min.
Preferably, the water washing process in step S3 is: the water washing temperature is 60 ℃, and the water washing time is 5-20 min.
Preferably, the soaping process of the step S4 is as follows: the soaping temperature is 60 ℃, and the soaping time is 20-40 min.
The invention has the advantages that: by means of the natural water repellency of the raw cotton yarn and the natural moisture absorption characteristic of the cellulose yarn, the water repellent agent is sprayed on the reverse side of the knitted fabric formed by interweaving the raw cotton yarn and the cellulose yarn on line to make the cellulose yarn water repellent, and after subsequent treatments such as scouring, the impurities such as wax on the cotton yarn fall off to make the cotton yarn hydrophilic. After the treated knitted fabric absorbs moisture, the absorbed moisture is increased along the transverse and longitudinal diffusion areas of the fabric, so that the quick-drying effect is realized. Compared with the traditional preparation scheme, the process flow has the characteristics of high efficiency, controllability, environmental protection, on-line production and low energy consumption, not only accords with the concept of green environmental protection, but also meets the pursuit of people on the naturalness of the garment material.
