6) soft treatment: softening by adopting a BM-8 softening agent, setting the temperature to 45 ℃, treating for 10min, drying the softened knitted fabric at the temperature of 80 ℃, fully washing by using hot water at the temperature of 80 ℃, rinsing by using cold water once, and naturally airing.

a moisture absorption, deodorization and antibiosis polyester knitted fabric comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the fabric comprises polyester fibers, cotton fibers and moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers, wherein the polyester fibers account for 7 parts by weight, the cotton fibers account for 3 parts by weight, and the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers account for 4 parts by weight;
a preparation process of moisture absorption, deodorization and antibiosis polyester knitted fabric comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning: washing polyester fibers and moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers with water at 70 ℃, then rinsing with water at 75 ℃ at least once, drying the washed polyester fibers at the drying temperature of 90 ℃, then treating the cotton fibers with enzyme and drying the cotton fibers at the same time, wherein the dosage of the enzyme is 0.6-1.8g per liter of water, the temperature is 50 ℃, the time is 50min, the pH value is 8.5, washing with water in water at the temperature of 90 ℃ for 13min, and drying at the temperature of 70 ℃;

a moisture absorption, deodorization and antibiosis polyester knitted fabric comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the fabric comprises polyester fibers, cotton fibers and moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers, wherein the polyester fibers account for 8 parts by weight, the cotton fibers account for 4 parts by weight, and the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers account for 5 parts by weight;
a preparation process of moisture absorption, deodorization and antibiosis polyester knitted fabric comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning: washing polyester fibers and moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers with water at 80 ℃, rinsing with water at 80 ℃ at least once, drying the washed polyester fibers at the drying temperature of 100 ℃, treating cotton fibers with enzyme at the same time, drying for 60min at the temperature of 60 ℃ and the pH value of 9, washing with water at 90 ℃ for 15min, and drying at 80 ℃;
2) and (3) antibacterial treatment: putting the cotton fiber after cleaning and drying into a silicate antibacterial agent, then heating the silicate antibacterial agent, setting the temperature of the silicate antibacterial agent after heating to be 50 ℃, the temperature of the cotton fiber after cleaning to be 40 ℃, the drying temperature of the cotton fiber to be 80 ℃, cleaning and drying the cotton fiber after finishing the antibacterial treatment, preparing polyester fiber into slices, blending the polyester fiber slices with a nano Fe-ZnO antibacterial agent mixture to prepare modified antibacterial polyester fiber slices, and then obtaining the antibacterial polyester fiber in a melt spinning mode;

6) soft treatment: softening by adopting a BM-8 softening agent, setting the temperature to 55 ℃, treating for 20min, drying the softened knitted fabric at the temperature of 100 ℃, fully washing by using hot water at the temperature of 80 ℃, rinsing by using cold water once, and naturally airing.

Claims (7)
1. The moisture-absorbing, deodorizing and antibacterial polyester knitted fabric is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: the fabric comprises 6-8 parts of polyester fibers, 2-4 parts of cotton fibers and 3-5 parts of moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers.
2. A preparation process of moisture absorption, deodorization and antibiosis polyester knitted fabric comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning: cleaning polyester fibers and moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers by water at 60-80 ℃, rinsing the polyester fibers and the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers by water at 70-80 ℃ at least once, drying the cleaned polyester fibers at 80-100 ℃, and then treating the cotton fibers by enzyme and drying the cotton fibers in the same way;
2) and (3) antibacterial treatment: putting the cotton fiber after cleaning and drying into a silicate antibacterial agent, then heating the silicate antibacterial agent, cleaning and drying the cotton fiber after the antibacterial treatment is finished, preparing polyester fiber into slices, blending the polyester fiber slices with a nano Fe-ZnO antibacterial agent mixture to prepare modified antibacterial polyester fiber slices, and then obtaining the antibacterial polyester fiber in a melt spinning mode;
3) and (3) deodorization treatment: dispersing and fusing chitosan in water at the temperature of 50-70 ℃, simultaneously adding an organic acid composite solution to adjust the pH value of the solution, sequentially adding sericin and gelatin after the chitosan is completely dissolved, continuously stirring for a period of time, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution, treating polyester fibers by using the mixed solution through a spraying method, and then drying and thermally treating the treated polyester fibers by using a hot air dryer at a certain temperature to obtain the polyester fibers with the deodorization function.
4) Weaving: polyester fibers and cotton fibers penetrate through a guide bar on the front face of a machine table of a warp knitting machine and are knitted into a 1x2 opening heavy warp flat structure, moisture absorption and sweat releasing fibers penetrate through a guide bar on the back face of the machine table of the warp knitting machine and are knitted into a 1x1 closed warp flat structure, the transverse elasticity and the straight elasticity of warp knitting knitted fabrics consisting of the moisture absorption and sweat releasing fibers polyester fibers and the cotton fibers are basically consistent, and knitted fabrics are obtained after knitting is finished;
5) post-antibacterial treatment: bleaching the finished knitted fabric, cleaning and drying, putting the dried knitted fabric into an antibacterial agent for antibacterial treatment at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ for 20-40min, and putting the treated knitted fabric into a dryer for drying treatment at the temperature of 80 ℃;
6) soft treatment: adopting BM-8 softener to perform softening treatment, drying the softened knitted fabric at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, fully washing with hot water at the temperature of 80 ℃, rinsing with cold water once, and naturally airing.

The process for preparing moisture-absorbing, deodorizing and antibacterial polyester knitted fabric according to claim 2, characterized in that: the enzyme is used in an amount of 0.6-1.8g per liter of water at 40-60 deg.C for 40-60min, and has a pH of 8-9, and is washed in water at 90 deg.C for 10-15min, and dried at 60-80 deg.C.
