s2, then a worker opens the first sealing cover 4, the motor 3 drives the disc 62 to rotate clockwise when started, when the material receiving groove 66 of the disc 62 rotates to be communicated with the material feeding hole, the worker can put a proper amount of meat products into the elastic rubber sleeve 67, and as the disc 62 continues to rotate, the existence of the cam 65 can enable the piston plate 691 to push air in the second chamber 69 into the first chamber 68, air flow entering the first chamber 68 extrudes the elastic rubber sleeve 67, and then meat products in the elastic rubber sleeve 67 are extruded and dehydrated;
s3, when the material receiving groove 66 of the disc 62 rotates to be communicated with the material conveying pipe 5, the piston plate 691 resets under the action of the spring 693, the air flow in the first chamber 68 returns to the second chamber 69 after the piston plate 691 resets, the elastic rubber sleeve 67 also resets automatically after the extrusion action of the air flow is lost, and the extruded and dehydrated meat product falls into the material conveying pipe 5 under the action of gravity and finally enters the drying cylinder 2;
s4, after the motor 3 is started, the stirring barrel 12 is driven to rotate, the meat product enters the drying barrel 2 and is turned over by the rotating stirring barrel 12, so that the meat product can be fully contacted with the dried hot air flow, and after the meat product is dried, a worker can open the sealing door 16 to take materials.
Working principle: when meat products need to be dried, a worker can start the motor 3 and the electric heating wire 134 firstly, unscrew the first sealing cover 4, drive the worm 135 to rotate after the motor 3 is started, the worm 135 rotates to drive the fan blade 136 to rotate, the rotating fan blade 136 enables the dehumidifying pipe 133 to extract air flow in the drying cylinder 2, the air flow in the drying cylinder 2 enters the second box 132 through the dehumidifying pipe 133, the air flow entering the second box 132 is dehumidified by the dehumidifying ventilation plate 137 firstly, then heated by the electric heating wire 134, the dried air flow enters the air conveying cylinder 11, finally, the air flow is discharged into the drying cylinder 2 through the air outlet 15 on the stirring cylinder 12, so that the air flow in the drying cylinder 2 forms a thermal cycle, the motor 3 drives the air conveying cylinder 11 to rotate under the transmission effect of the worm 135 and the worm wheel 18, the motor 3 also drives the rotating shaft 61 to rotate clockwise under the transmission effect of the belt pulley and the belt, the rotating shaft 61 rotates clockwise to drive the disc 62 to rotate clockwise, when the material receiving groove 66 on the disc 62 rotates to be communicated with the feeding hole, a worker can put a proper amount of meat product into the elastic rubber sleeve 67, along with the continued rotation of the disc 62, the piston rod 692 slides to the convex end of the cam 65 along the side wall of the cam 65, in the process, the piston rod 692 gradually moves towards the inner wall of the second chamber 69, so as to squeeze the corresponding piston plate 691, so that the piston plate 691 pushes the air flow in the second chamber 69 into the first chamber 68, the air flow entering the first chamber 68 presses the elastic rubber sleeve 67, so that the meat product in the elastic rubber sleeve 67 is extruded and dehydrated, the dehydrated water flows into the liquid discharging pipe 14 along the gap between the disc 62 and the extrusion cylinder 1, finally enters the collecting frame 7, when the material receiving groove 66 on the disc 62 rotates to be communicated with the material conveying pipe 5, the piston plate 691 resets under the effect of the spring 693, and then the air current in the first cavity 68 is sucked into the second cavity 69, the elastic rubber sleeve 67 automatically resets after losing the extrusion effect of the air current, and meat products in the elastic rubber sleeve fall into the conveying pipe 5 under the effect of gravity and finally enter the drying cylinder 2, the meat products entering the drying cylinder 2 are turned over by the stirring cylinder 12 and then can be fully contacted with hot air current, so that the meat products can be dried more massively, liquid in the drying cylinder 2 also enters the collecting frame 7 along the liquid discharging hole 9, after the meat products are dried, a worker can close the motor 3 and the electric heating wire 134, then open the second sealing cover 10 to discharge the liquid in the collecting frame 7 and open the sealing door 16 to take materials.
The electric elements are all connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply through a transformer, and the main controller can be conventional known equipment for controlling a computer and the like.
