本发明公开一种保健药酒,包括配方A和配方B,配方A山楂、乌梅、花椒、玫瑰、桂花、甘草、决明子、槐花、伸筋草、远志、益智仁、栀子、枸杞子、红枣、红花、冰糖、玉米须进行煮药;配方B红景天、钩藤、茯苓、白术、制首乌、葛根、辣木籽、红花、菟丝子、桑葚、旱莲草、金樱子、熟地黄、透骨草、牛藤、黄芪、肉桂、豨莶草、女贞子、川芎、桑叶、丹参、杜仲、三七、黄精、蒲公英、当归、白酒进行煮酒,煮药得到的药水按照1:3比例与高温药酒进行混合制备得到保健药酒;对治疗腰膝酸软、筋骨无力、须发早白、视物不明、耳鸣耳聋、记忆力衰退、失眠、贫血、脑动脉硬化、低血压等症状具有显著疗效。

本发明涉及一种保健药酒及其制备方法,属于滋补养生领域。
背景技术
肾为脏腑之本,十二经之根,先天之本在于肾。肾与命门本同一气,为人身阴阳消长之枢纽。故强身须先补肾。肾阳是指肾的功能,而肾阴是指肾的本质。肾阳能促进人体的新陈代谢即气化过程,促进精血、津液的化生并使之转化为能量,使人体各种生理活动的进程加快,产热增加,精神振奋;肾阴则抑制或减缓人体的过度的新陈代谢过程,使精血津液转化为能量减少,人体各种生理活动的进程减慢,产热相对减少,并使气聚成形而为精血津液,精神也趋于宁静内守二者相反相成,共同调节控制着人体的脏腑功能活动和精血津液的代谢过程。
在中药保健品中,保健药酒是人们选择较多的用于补肾的保健品,酒有“通血脉,行药势,温肠胃,御风寒”等作用,酒和药配制可以增强药力以及各中药组分的稳定性,特别适合长期温和补肾。现市场上较流行的保健药酒如劲酒、三鞭酒、鹿茸酒等,其标明功效是抗疲劳、延缓衰老、增强免疫功能,但其实际都是补肾***酒,但这些药酒补肾的保健功能并不十分明显,究其主要原因是,⑴处方不合理,难以达到阴阳平衡同补的功效,导致疗效不明显,保健功能单一,与中医辩证施治相去甚远。若长期饮用劲酒、三鞭酒、鹿茸酒等***酒,有可能导致阴虚阳亢而肾气大衰,性机能减退,反而不利于肾虚症状的改善;⑵现有很多药酒浸泡的酒精度不合适造成疗效不佳。有的酒精度数过高,虽可增加脂溶性成分的析出,但不利于水溶性成分的溶解,而酒精度过低也不利于脂溶性成分的溶解,因而合适的酒精度提取将对其疗效有很大影响;⑶现有药酒的组分虽为中药,长期饮用仍具有一定的副作用,安全性无法保证。同时部分药酒为了提升口味而加入一些香料,如阿斯巴甜、香精等等,这些物质的加入虽然能提升一些口味,但是其成分或多或少对人体有负面影响,降低药物作用功效。

针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种保健药酒及其制备方法。

步骤一:煮药
将配方A通过过滤布袋包装后放入纯净水中,通过锅炉煮沸25分钟,转文火再煮沸20分钟后进行冷却,待药渣沉淀后经循环过滤泵循环过滤32-48小时后得到药水备用;
步骤二:煮酒
将配方B粉碎打成粉末,通过过滤布袋包装放入白酒中,通过锅炉高温高压进行煮酒,酒煮沸至翻滚起白沫后停止,待药渣沉淀后过滤到储存罐中,制备得到高温药酒;
步骤三:混合密封

红景天90g、钩藤90g、茯苓70g、白术40g、制首乌120g、葛根120g、辣木籽120g、红花120g、菟丝子70g、桑葚90g、旱莲草90g、金樱子70g、熟地黄70g、透骨草70g、牛藤40g、黄芪50g、肉桂40g、豨莶草40g、女贞子40g、川芎40g、桑叶40g、丹参70g、杜仲70g、三七40g、黄精90g、蒲公英70g、当归40g、白酒60kg。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种保健药酒,其特征在于,所述白酒的度数为55-60度。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种保健药酒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:煮药
将配方A通过过滤布袋包装后放入纯净水中,通过锅炉煮沸25分钟,转文火再煮沸20分钟后进行冷却,待药渣沉淀后经循环过滤泵循环过滤32-48小时后得到药水备用;
步骤二:煮酒
将配方B粉碎打成粉末,通过过滤布袋包装放入白酒中,通过锅炉高温高压进行煮酒,酒煮沸至翻滚起白沫后停止,待药渣沉淀后过滤到储存罐中,制备得到高温药酒;
步骤三:混合密封
将步骤一循环过滤32-48小时后得到的药水注入到储存罐中与高温药酒相混合,药酒与药水的混合比例为3:1,药酒与药水混合后在阴凉处封存7-15天即可饮用。
