The distance between the axes of the first ticket rubbing wheel group 7 and the second ticket rubbing wheel group 8 is smaller than the height of one ticket 13, so that the ticket 13 can be smoothly fed into a channel where the second ticket rubbing wheel group 8 is located through the first ticket rubbing wheel group 7, and the ticket 13 is prevented from being out of control when being separated from the first ticket rubbing wheel group 7. The first ticket rubbing wheel set 7 and the second ticket rubbing wheel set 8 are both provided with an overrunning clutch, and when the linear speed of the ticket 13 generated by the second ticket rubbing wheel set 8 is greater than that of the ticket 13 generated by the first ticket rubbing wheel set 7, the overrunning clutches work to avoid damage to the ticket 13 due to speed difference.
The ticket full detection system further comprises a control module, wherein the control module comprises a control center, a ticket full sensor 11 and two ticket drawing sensors 12, the ticket full sensor 11 is fixedly arranged on the first backup plate 2, is positioned in the accommodating space and is used for detecting whether the accommodating space still contains the remaining tickets 13 or not; one of the ticket outlet sensors 12 is located below the first-stage rubbing part, can be fixed at a corresponding position of the first backup plate 2 and is used for detecting whether the ticket 13 passes through the first-stage rubbing part, and the other ticket outlet sensor 12 is located below the second-stage rubbing part and can be fixed at a corresponding position of the fixed plate 10 or the bottom of the first backup plate 2 and is used for detecting whether the ticket 13 passes through the second-stage rubbing part and is output to a ticket outlet. The ticket-out sensor 11 and the ticket-out sensor 12 are electrically connected with the control center, and the first power part, the second power part and the third power part can also be electrically connected with the control center.
In the application, the first power part, the second power part and the third power part can be composed of a power source 14 and a transmission mechanism, and can also be realized by adopting other transmission modes; in the present application, a first power portion and a second power portion composed of a power source 14 (which may be a stepping motor) and a synchronous pulley set are drawn in the drawings, and the first power portion and the second power portion include three driving wheels 15, the three driving wheels 15 are respectively and fixedly disposed on the ticket sweeping mandrel 50, the ticket rubbing mandrel 71 in the first ticket rubbing pulley set 7, and a motor shaft of the stepping motor, and the three driving wheels 15 are driven by a driving belt 16. The third power portion is similarly disposed and will not be described in detail.
In the first embodiment, in the using process, a stack of bills 13 is manually placed in the accommodating space, wherein two sides of the stack of bills 13 are limited by the side baffles 1 on two sides, one end of the stack of bills 13 is pressed by the tail movable leaning frame 4, the first bill 13 in the stack of bills 13 is in contact with the first leaning plate 2, the bottom of the stack of bills 13 is supported by the supporting platform 3, and the bottom edge of the stack of bills 13 is tangent to the upper surface of the track 30; the first non-return wheel set 17 primarily divides the bills 13, so that limited bills 13 close to the first bill 13 can initially enter the position above the corresponding primary twisting and dividing channel, as shown in fig. 5; then the bill sweeping wheel group 5 is responsible for providing power for bills 13 which do not enter the primary twisting and separating channel, and the eccentric wheel structure also provides vibration power for the bills 13 to be separated, wherein the vibration amplitude is determined by the eccentric distance; the ticket sweeping wheel set 5 drives a ticket sweeping mandrel 50 in the ticket sweeping wheel set 5 to rotate by a first power part, and drives an eccentric ticket sweeping wheel and a ticket sweeping leather ring 51 on the eccentric ticket sweeping wheel to rotate by the ticket sweeping mandrel 50, and the ticket sweeping leather ring 51 sends a first ticket 13 into a one-time rubbing channel firstly;
when the bills 13 pass through the primary twisting and separating channel, the second power part drives the bill twisting mandrel 71 in the first bill twisting wheel group 7 to start rotating and drives the corresponding bill twisting leather ring 70 to rotate, so that the first bill 13 moves downwards in the primary twisting and separating channel, and in the moving process, only one bill 13 can be separated from the primary twisting and separating channel through the transmission of the bill twisting leather ring 70 under normal conditions due to the difference of friction coefficients between the bills 13 and the first friction plate 6, and in order to avoid the condition that the bills 13 cannot be completely separated through the primary splitting so as to cause heavy sheets or multiple sheets, the bills 13 passing through the primary splitting enter the secondary twisting and separating channel;
when the bills 13 pass through the secondary rubbing and separating channel, the third power part drives the bill rubbing mandrel 71 in the second bill rubbing wheel group 8 to start rotating and drives the corresponding bill rubbing leather ring 70 to rotate, and the bill rubbing leather ring 70 in the second bill rubbing wheel group 8 conveys the first bill 13 in the secondary rubbing and separating channel to the bill outlet; in the process of conveying the bills 13 in the secondary twisting and separating channel, only one bill 13 can be separated from the secondary twisting and separating channel through the conveying of the bill twisting leather ring 70 due to the same twisting and separating principle with different friction coefficients, and the probability of double-sheet or multi-sheet output of the bills 13 passing through the secondary separation is greatly reduced.
The first non-return wheel set 17 and the second non-return wheel set 18 are driven structures, and play a role of being driven when the corresponding note rubbing wheel set rotates, so that the notes 13 can be smoothly conveyed from the primary rubbing and separating channel and the secondary rubbing and separating channel.
Example two
The second-stage rubbing section in the present application may also be composed of a second ticket rubbing wheel set 8, a second non-return wheel set 18 and a second friction plate, wherein the second friction plate may be fixed on the fixing plate 10 as the first friction plate 6, and the second ticket rubbing wheel set 8 and the second non-return wheel set 18 may both be arranged in the same manner as the first-stage rubbing section (not shown in the figure), and the other structures are the same as those of the embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a multi-stage ticket distribution method for eliminating the effect of self-weight, which comprises the following steps:
s1, manually placing a stack of bills 13 in an accommodating space, wherein two sides of the stack of bills 13 are limited by side baffles 1 on two sides, one end of each side baffle is pressed by a tail movable leaning frame 4, the first bill 13 in the stack of bills 13 is in contact with a first leaning plate 2, the bottom of the stack of bills 13 is supported by a supporting platform 3, and the bottom edge of the stack of bills 13 is tangent to the upper surface of a rail 30;
s2, the first check wheel set 17 carries out primary separation on the bills 13, so that a plurality of bills 13 close to the first bill 13 can initially enter the position above the corresponding primary rubbing and separating channel;
s3, the first power part drives a ticket sweeping mandrel 50 in the ticket sweeping wheel set to rotate, the eccentric ticket sweeping wheel is driven to rotate through the ticket sweeping mandrel 50, and a first ticket 13 is firstly fed into the one-time rubbing and separating channel through a ticket sweeping leather ring 51;
s4, the second power part drives the ticket rubbing mandrel 71 in the first ticket rubbing wheel group 7 to start rotating, wherein the ticket rubbing leather ring 70 in the first ticket rubbing wheel group 7 rotates and continuously conveys the first ticket 13 downwards from the primary rubbing channel to the secondary rubbing channel;
s5, the third power part drives the ticket rubbing mandrel 71 in the second ticket rubbing wheel group 8 to rotate, wherein the ticket rubbing leather ring 70 in the second ticket rubbing wheel group 8 rotates to convey the first ticket 13 in the secondary rubbing channel to the ticket outlet;
s6, the rest bills 13 are sequentially conveyed to the bill outlet step by step like the process of the first bill 13.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is understood that the present invention may be embodied in only some of these specific forms, rather than in all of these specific forms. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-stage ticket distributing device for eliminating self-weight influence is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a rack, a first support plate and a second support plate, wherein the rack comprises two side baffle plates which are oppositely arranged, a first support plate is fixedly arranged between the two side baffle plates, an installation space is formed by the two side baffle plates and the first support plate together, and the bottom of the first support plate inclines towards the inside of the installation space; a supporting platform is arranged in the mounting space, the plane of the supporting platform is perpendicular to the first backup plate, a tail movable backup frame is arranged at one end, far away from the first backup plate, of the supporting platform in a sliding mode, and an accommodating space for storing bills is formed between the tail movable backup frame and the first backup plate; the first backup plate is sequentially provided with a ticket sweeping wheel set, a first-stage rubbing part and a second-stage rubbing part from top to bottom, the ticket sweeping wheel set is correspondingly positioned in the accommodating space, and the first-stage rubbing part is positioned in the position of the first backup plate, which corresponds to the supporting platform;
the control module comprises a control center, a ticket exhaustion sensor and two ticket outlet sensors, the ticket exhaustion sensor and the ticket outlet sensors are both electrically connected with the control center, and the ticket exhaustion sensor is fixedly arranged on the first backup plate and is positioned in the accommodating space; one of the ticket issuing sensors is located below the primary rubbing section, and the other ticket issuing sensor is located below the secondary rubbing section.

The multi-stage ticket distributing device capable of eliminating the self-weight influence as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rail is arranged on the supporting platform, the rail is arranged along the inclined direction of the supporting platform, the tail opening movable leaning frame is slidably arranged above the rail, the tail opening movable leaning frame comprises a leaning frame and a balancing weight, the balancing weight is arranged on one side of the leaning frame, which is far away from the tail opening leaning plate, a roller is arranged at the bottom of the leaning frame, and the roller is in sliding fit with the rail.

The multi-stage ticket distributing device for eliminating the self-weight influence according to claim 1, wherein the ticket sweeping wheel set comprises a ticket sweeping mandrel and at least one eccentric ticket sweeping wheel fixedly arranged on the ticket sweeping mandrel along the axial direction of the ticket sweeping mandrel, and a plurality of eccentric ticket sweeping wheels are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the ticket sweeping mandrel; a ticket sweeping leather ring is sleeved outside the eccentric ticket sweeping wheel; the ticket sweeping mandrel is rotatably arranged between the side baffles on the two sides along the direction vertical to the side baffles, the ticket sweeping mandrel is positioned on one side of the first backup plate far away from the installation space, and one side of a ticket sweeping leather ring on the ticket sweeping mandrel penetrates through the first backup plate and is positioned in the accommodating space; one end of the ticket sweeping mandrel is provided with a first power part for driving the ticket sweeping mandrel to rotate.

The multi-stage ticket distributing device for eliminating the self-weight influence according to claim 1, wherein the first-stage rubbing part comprises a first ticket rubbing wheel set, a first non-return wheel set and a first friction plate, the first friction plate comprises a bottom plate and a composite material friction plate, the bottom plate is fixed at one end of the supporting platform close to the first backup plate, one end of the composite material friction plate is fixed on the bottom plate, and the other end of the composite material friction plate is bent downwards to form a radian; the first check wheel set is fixedly arranged at the center of the composite material friction plate, the first ticket rubbing wheel set is rotatably arranged on the first backup plate, the composite material friction plate and the first ticket rubbing wheel set are oppositely arranged, and a primary rubbing and separating passage is formed between the composite material friction plate and the first ticket rubbing wheel set.

The multi-stage ticket distributing device for eliminating the self-weight influence according to claim 4, wherein the secondary ticket distributing part comprises a second ticket distributing wheel set and a second non-return wheel set, the second ticket distributing wheel set is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the first backup plate, a fixing plate is disposed below the supporting platform, the fixing plate is disposed corresponding to the bottom of the first backup plate, the second non-return wheel set is fixedly disposed on the fixing plate and disposed corresponding to the second ticket distributing wheel set, a secondary ticket distributing passage is formed between the second ticket distributing wheel set and the fixing plate, and the primary ticket distributing passage is communicated with the secondary ticket distributing passage.

The multi-stage ticket distributing device for eliminating the self-weight influence according to claim 5, wherein the first ticket rubbing wheel set and the second ticket rubbing wheel set each comprise a ticket rubbing mandrel and two ticket rubbing leather rings fixedly arranged on the ticket rubbing mandrel along the axial direction of the ticket rubbing mandrel, and the two ticket rubbing leather rings are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the ticket rubbing mandrel; the ticket rubbing mandrel is rotatably arranged between the side baffles on the two sides along the direction perpendicular to the side baffles, the ticket rubbing mandrel is positioned on one side of the first backup plate, which is far away from the installation space, and one side of a ticket rubbing leather ring on the ticket rubbing mandrel penetrates through the first backup plate and is positioned in the installation space; one end of each ticket rubbing mandrel in the first ticket rubbing wheel group and the second ticket rubbing wheel group is provided with a second power part and a third power part which drive the ticket rubbing mandrels to rotate respectively.

The multi-stage ticket distributing device capable of eliminating the self-weight influence according to claim 6, wherein the first check wheel set and the second check wheel set respectively comprise a check mandrel and a one-way bearing rotatably arranged on the check mandrel along the axial direction of the check mandrel, and a check leather ring is sleeved outside the one-way bearing; the non-return mandrel in the first non-return wheel set is fixedly arranged at the center of the first friction plate along the direction vertical to the side baffle, only one-way bearing is arranged above the non-return mandrel, and the one-way bearing corresponds to the centers of the two ticket rubbing leather rings in the first ticket rubbing wheel set; the non-return core shaft in the second non-return wheel set is fixedly arranged at the end part of the fixed plate along the direction perpendicular to the side baffle, two unidirectional bearings are arranged above the non-return core shaft, the two unidirectional bearings are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the non-return core shaft, and the two unidirectional bearings correspond to the two ticket rubbing leather rings in the second ticket rubbing wheel set.
