The feeding channel is formed by a rubber roller component. Each feed channel may include one or more sets of glue roller assemblies. And a bill conveying channel is formed between the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller. The bill is conveyed by moving between the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller. The driving rubber roller can rotate under the driving of the driving structure to provide power for conveying and moving the bills. The driven rubber roller can be rotatably arranged without being connected with a driving structure.
The driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller are arranged to be of elastic floating structures, so that the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller can have up-down floating amount respectively, the device can adapt to different bill thicknesses, and the flexibility and the applicability of the conveying channel are improved.
Further, the elastic floating structures of the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller are similar in the embodiment. Taking an elastic floating structure of an active rubber roller as an example, the active rubber roller comprises a fixed shaft and a rubber roller which is rotatably sleeved on the fixed shaft; two ends of the fixed shaft can be respectively and movably connected with a bracket up and down. Specifically, guide rails can be arranged on the bracket along the vertical direction, and two ends of the fixed shaft are movably connected with the guide rails on two sides correspondingly. An elastic piece can be arranged on one side of the driving rubber roll, which deviates from the corresponding driven rubber roll, and can be an elastic sheet or a spring and the like. The elastic piece is pressed against the driven rubber roller to generate a thrust towards the corresponding driven rubber roller. Thereby leading the driving rubber roller to have certain floating space.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, referring to fig. 2, the ticket feeding conveying passage 2, the buffer conveying passage 3, the printing conveying passage 4, and the returning passage 5 are respectively provided with a support plate 302 between the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller along the conveying direction, and the support plate 302 is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the rubber roller assembly. Specifically, the support plate 302 may be fixedly attached to a stationary shaft of a bracket or a rubber roller. The support plate 302 is used to support the bill between the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller. An opening is arranged at the position where the supporting plate 302 corresponds to the rubber roller assembly, so that the supporting plate 302 does not influence the contact of the rubber roller assembly and the bill, and the rubber roller assembly is guaranteed to be capable of realizing transportation and movement of the bill.
The supporting plate 302 of the buffer conveying channel 3 is an elastic floating structure. The buffer conveying channel 3 can adapt to bills with different numbers, and the flexibility is improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the driving rubber roller in the buffer conveying channel 3 is arranged above the driven rubber roller, and the bottom of the support plate between the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller is connected with the elastic member. The bills on the bill inlet conveying passage 2 fall onto the supporting plate of the buffer conveying passage 3, and the driving rubber roller can rotate above the bills to provide power for conveying the bills.
Furthermore, the driving rubber rollers in each conveying channel can be in transmission connection through a plurality of synchronous belts according to the actual position relation, and the driving rubber rollers in transmission connection through one synchronous belt can be driven through one driving motor, so that the arrangement number of the driving motors can be reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, referring to fig. 1, a first supporting plate 503 and a second supporting plate 504 are disposed between two adjacent rubber roller assemblies of the return channel 5, the first supporting plate 503 is fixedly connected to the rubber roller assembly near the first end of the return channel 5 along the conveying direction of the return channel 5, one end of the second supporting plate 504 is rotatably connected to the rubber roller assembly near the second end of the return channel 5, the other end of the second supporting plate 504 is in a natural sagging state between the two rubber roller assemblies, and a collecting box 505 is disposed below the second supporting plate 504.
The second support plate 504 is between the two glue roller assemblies with a spacing between the second support plate 504 and the glue roller assembly near the second end of the return channel 5. Because the other end of the second support plate 504 is naturally suspended between the two glue roller assemblies, the support plate between the two glue roller assemblies is broken and not continuous. The return passage 5 can only be transported in one direction by the arrangement of the first supporting plate 503 and the second supporting plate 504.

When the bill is conveyed from the second end to the first end by the return channel 5, and the bill enters the glue roller assembly near the second end of the return channel 5, the bill can fall into the collection box 505 from the gap between the second support plate 504 and the glue roller assembly because the second support plate 504 is not connected with the glue roller assembly, so that the bill cannot move continuously along the return channel 5.
This arrangement of the first support plate 503 and the second support plate 504 of the return lane 5 may form a timeout retrieving mechanism. When the ticket returned to the ticket outlet 102 is not taken over time, the return path 5 can be driven to suck the ticket back to the return path 5, and when the ticket reaches the second support plate 504, the ticket is sent from the second support plate 504 to the non-taken over time collection box 505.

When the first detection unit 801 detects a ticket, the ticket-entering conveying passage 2 can be controlled to start moving; when the second detecting unit 802 detects the ticket, the ticket-entering transportation path 2 can be controlled to stop moving, and the service selection information is sent to the user, and the user can select the corresponding service to be performed at this time. After the user selection, the ticket infeed lane 2 may be actuated to feed tickets into the buffer lane 3. On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the ticket feeding conveying passage 2 is provided with a magnetic reading mechanism 204 and an image scanning mechanism 205, the magnetic reading mechanism 204 is used for reading and distinguishing the magnetic information of the ticket, and the image scanning mechanism 205 is used for acquiring and distinguishing the image information of the ticket; the ticket inlet conveying passage 2 is used for conveying the tickets with qualified magnetic information and image information to the second end, and conveying the tickets with at least same unqualified magnetic information and image information to the first end and returning the tickets to the ticket inlet 101.
The ticket reading magnetic mechanism 204 and the image scanning mechanism 205 are used for verifying the magnetic information of the ticket entering from the ticket inlet 101, and if the magnetic information is incorrect, the ticket entering conveying channel 2 moves reversely to discharge the ticket from the ticket inlet 101; the image scanning mechanism 205 can adopt the CIS image scanning function to distinguish between the damaged ticket and the ticket for punching out, and if the damaged ticket or the ticket for punching out is damaged, the ticket inlet transportation channel 2 moves reversely to discharge the ticket from the ticket inlet 101. When the bills are conveyed to the second end of the bill inlet conveying channel 2, the bills are conveyed to the cache conveying channel 3 after the bills are confirmed by the user; the step can be used for confirming the inserted bill information by the user and conveying the bill to the cache conveying channel after the user confirms the bill information, and the step can also be used for setting a bill returning process, namely the user can select to return the bill when confirming the inserted bill if the user finds that the inserted bill is wrong, and the bill can be returned to the bill inlet 101 by the bill inlet conveying channel so as to avoid misoperation of the user.
After a plurality of bills are conveyed to the cache conveying passage 3 in sequence according to the operation steps, the user is requested to confirm the bills again; if the user confirms to carry out business operation, the bills are sequentially conveyed to the printing and conveying channel 4 to carry out identification printing and recovery; if the user confirms that the business operation is cancelled, the bill is returned to the bill outlet 102 through the return channel 5; if the bill is detected to exist at the bill outlet 102 after the preset time, the bill is conveyed through the return channel 5 and recovered.

After the ticket-rubbing motor 902 is located in the collection box 505, the ticket-rubbing rubber roll 601 of the ticket-rubbing mechanism 6 and the driving rubber roll of the auxiliary ticket-rubbing rubber roll 601 component are driven to rotate simultaneously, and when the third detection unit 803 detects a ticket, the ticket-rubbing motor 902 starts to drive the auxiliary ticket-rubbing rubber roll to send the ticket to the buffer area; the printing motor 903 is positioned behind the ticket rubbing rubber roll 601, and when the separated ticket is detected, the printing motor 903 rotates to print the ticket; the printing motor 903 is positioned below the tail end of the equipment and drives a printing rubber roller, and when a detection unit at the front end of the printing rubber roller detects a separated ticket, the printing motor 903 drives the printing rubber roller to transmit and print the ticket at the same time.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the dc motor 305 is connected to the eccentric wheel assembly through a synchronous belt, the eccentric wheel assembly is connected to the first pressing structure through a synchronous belt pulley, and the first pressing structure lifts the pressing wheel 3031 up and down through the crank-rocker structure 303; the eccentric wheel assembly controls the start and stop of the direct current motor 305 through the optical coupling baffle plate. That is, one end of the rotating shaft 3041 of the eccentric wheel assembly can be connected with the blocking sheet 3043 to rotate integrally, and two sides of the blocking sheet 3043 can be provided with the optical coupling switch 3044. When the blocking piece 3043 just blocks the barrier through the opposite optical coupler, the ticket-rolling wheel assembly is in a lifted state, when the direct current motor 305 drives the rotating shaft 3041 to rotate, so that the blocking piece 3043 rotates to just separate from the optical coupler, the eccentric wheel assembly is in a pressed state, meanwhile, the first pressing structure is also in a pressed state, and at the moment, the ticket in the buffer area is returned, and the direct current motor 305 can be controlled to stop running.
The terminal service equipment also comprises a control unit, wherein the control unit is respectively connected with each part of the driving mechanism and each detection unit and is used for comprehensively controlling the operation of the whole equipment.
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the present embodiment provides a ticketing terminal service device, which is used for self-service ticket refunding. The device comprises a receiving and dispatching mechanism 1 (which can be made by plastic mold opening) for receiving and returning tickets, wherein a ticket inlet 101 must limit the entrance of a single ticket to prevent two tickets from being inserted at one time; the first detection unit 801 is arranged on the inner side of the ticket inlet 101 of the transceiving mechanism 1, the first detection unit 801 can be arranged on the ticket inlet conveying channel 2, the ticket inlet conveying channel 2 is connected with a driving unit, and the first detection unit 801 is connected with the driving unit so as to control the driving unit to start and stop according to the detection result of the first detection unit 801.
The ticket reading magnetic and image scanning mechanism is used for reading the ticket magnetic information, distinguishing the magnetic information, reading the image and distinguishing the damaged ticket and the ticket of the slot punching; the ticket caching mechanism is used for temporarily storing legal tickets, and the maximum number of the legal tickets is not more than 7 tickets at one time; the ticket separating and printing mechanism 402 is a ticket rubbing mechanism 6 and is used for separating a plurality of tickets in the buffer area into a single ticket and sequentially discharging the single ticket; the ticket returning mechanism is used for returning the legal tickets temporarily stored in the buffer area when the tickets are returned in a final break mode, and the tickets are sent to the ticket outlet 102 through the returning channel 5; and the overtime recovery mechanism is used for recovering the tickets to the overtime non-taken collecting box 505 when the tickets returned to the ticket returning port are not taken overtime.

Claims (10)

1. The ticket business terminal service equipment is characterized in that a buffer conveying channel is arranged at the second end of the ticket inlet conveying channel and used for storing at least one ticket conveyed from the ticket inlet conveying channel and conveying the ticket according to confirmation information of a user, the first end of the buffer conveying channel is close to the ticket inlet conveying channel, the second end of the buffer conveying channel is connected with the first end of the printing conveying channel, and the printing conveying channel is provided with a printing mechanism used for printing corresponding marks on the ticket.
2. The ticketing terminal services device of claim 1, wherein a ticket shuffling mechanism is provided at a second end of the buffer transport path for sequentially transporting tickets individually to the print transport path.

The ticketing end service equipment of claim 2, wherein a ticket blocking assembly is disposed between the second end of the buffer delivery channel and the ticket shuffling mechanism, the ticket blocking assembly including a blocking plate and a driving member for driving the blocking plate to extend upwardly out of the buffer delivery channel and retract downwardly below the buffer delivery channel.

The ticketing terminal service device of claim 1, wherein a return channel is further disposed at a first end of the buffer conveying channel, the first end of the return channel is close to the buffer conveying channel, a second end of the return channel is connected to the ticket outlet, and the return channel is configured to return the ticket on the buffer conveying channel to the ticket outlet when the user's confirmation information is a cancel operation.

The ticket service terminal as claimed in claim 4, wherein a first pressing structure is provided above the buffer transportation path near the first end, and the first pressing structure is configured to press down an end of the ticket near the return path so that the ticket corresponds to the return path when the confirmation information of the user is a cancel operation.

The ticket terminal service device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a second pressing structure is further provided above between the second end of the buffer conveying passage and the first pressing structure, and the second pressing structure is configured to press down the ticket when the confirmation of the user is a cancel operation.

The ticketing terminal service device of claim 4, wherein the ticketing transport channel, the buffer transport channel, the printing transport channel, and the return channel respectively comprise at least one set of rubber roller assemblies, each set of rubber roller assemblies comprises a driving rubber roller and a driven rubber roller which are correspondingly arranged, the driving rubber roller is in transmission connection with a driving structure, and the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller are both elastic floating structures;
the ticket feeding conveying channel, the caching conveying channel, the printing conveying channel and the returning channel are respectively provided with a supporting plate between the driving rubber roller and the driven rubber roller along the conveying direction, and the supporting plate is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the rubber roller component;
the support plate of the buffer conveying channel is of an elastic floating structure.

The ticket service terminal as in claim 7, wherein a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate are arranged between two adjacent rubber roller assemblies of the return channel, the first supporting plate is fixedly connected to the rubber roller assembly near the first end of the return channel along the conveying direction of the return channel, one end of the second supporting plate is rotatably connected to the rubber roller assembly near the second end of the return channel, the other end of the second supporting plate is in a natural sagging state between the two rubber roller assemblies, and a collection box is arranged below the second supporting plate.

The ticket terminal service equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ticket feeding transportation path is provided with a magnetic reading mechanism and an image scanning mechanism, the magnetic reading mechanism is used for reading and distinguishing the magnetic information of the ticket, and the image scanning mechanism is used for acquiring and distinguishing the image information of the ticket; the ticket inlet conveying passage is used for conveying the tickets with qualified magnetic information and image information to the second end and conveying the tickets with at least same unqualified magnetic information and image information to the first end and returning the tickets to the ticket inlet.
10. A ticket operation method based on the ticket terminal service device according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising:
distinguishing the incoming ticket at the ticket inlet by magnetic information and image information, and conveying the ticket distinguished as a qualified ticket forwards;
when the bills are conveyed to the second end of the bill inlet conveying channel, the bills are conveyed to the cache conveying channel after the bills are confirmed by the user;
after a plurality of bills are conveyed to the cache conveying channel in sequence according to the operation steps, requesting the user to confirm the bills again;
if the user confirms to carry out business operation, the single bills are sequentially conveyed to a printing and conveying channel to carry out identification printing and recovery;
if the user confirms that the business operation is cancelled, returning the bill to the bill outlet through the return channel;
and if the bill exists at the bill outlet after the preset time is detected, conveying the bill through the return channel and recovering the bill.
