技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料技术领域,具体为具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料及生产方法。
背景技术
目前市场上各种涂料比比皆是,但是现在建筑物要求建筑物节能率在65%以上。这就对建筑物的保温提出了要求。目前墙体保温材料主要有以下几种,苯板、聚氨酯、岩棉、珍珠岩等保温材料。现在由于各种原因保温材料仍是以苯板保温为主,虽然苯板的优点很多但是其缺点也是非常明显的。为了有效解决苯板等保温材料出现的问题,市场急需一种具有保温阻燃的材料,这种材料即可单独使用也可和其他保温材料配合使用。因此本发明针对上述问题,提出了以树脂为粘合剂同时添加高储热性的功能材料及阻燃剂的涂料,即可以提高保温性又具有阻燃特性的涂料应运而生。

S1、制造彩砂以代替传统的石英石彩砂作为填充料及骨料,彩砂的具体制作方法如下:首先,将二苯基磷酸酯吸附于糊精经微胶囊化处理并吸附于珍珠岩、4A沸石、玻化微珠以及膨胀蛭石等多空无机物之上,形成稳定颗粒,接着,把三聚氰胺溶于乙醇加入海藻酸钠,制成微胶囊体颗粒;最后将专利号2009100126263相变蓄能材料于颜料抗氧剂,稳定剂混合预制蓄能材料。
S2、将上述制成的物料按照蓄能预混料、三聚氰胺胶囊、磷酸酯颗粒按照100:30:70的比例制成功能性复混料。
S3、将复混料与其他成分倒入定量水中,混合均匀后即可制成墙体涂料。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料及生产方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、本涂料的作用机理是由于相变蓄能材料具有导热系数低出热量大重量轻的优点,可提高建筑节能效。减轻建筑物表面重量延长建筑物寿。
2、本发明采取的阻燃剂是低碳环保型。于常见的固体阻燃和卤素阻燃有很大区别,本发明采用了发泡阻燃机理,当有火焰燃烧达到分解温度的时候涂料内的磷酸盐及三聚氰胺与糊精、木纤维、碳粉等碳源反应会形成一种稳定的碳化膜结构及产生的二氧化碳、氮气隔绝了空气从而阻碍了火焰的蔓延达到阻燃的目的。
3、由于本发明采用的是预混料(轻体材料)取代了传统涂料中的石英石,石灰粉等材料可大大降低涂料本实重量。
4、本产市场前景巨大可大幅提高建筑物使用寿命,提高建筑物的节能率。综合成本较低市场潜力巨大,目前市场该类产品稀缺且功能不完善。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
本建筑墙体涂料由以下组分混合而成,苯丙乳液15份,成膜剂0.2份,润湿剂0.1份,触变剂0.01份,增稠剂0.2份,分散剂0.2份,木纤维1份,纤维素3份,消泡剂1份,紫外线吸收剂0.01份,钛白粉10份,预混料70份以及适量的水。
实施例二:
本建筑墙体涂料由以下组分混合而成,纯丙乳液22份,醇酯12 0.2份,丙二醇0.01份,超细硅粉0.01份,增稠剂0.2份,六偏磷酸钠0.2份,碳粉1份,纤维素3份,消泡剂1份,紫外线吸收剂0.01份,钛白粉6份,四飞粉2份,预混料65份以及适量的水。
实施例三:
本建筑墙体涂料由以下组分混合而成,苯丙乳液18份,成膜剂0.2,丙三醇0.3份,触变剂0.01份,增稠剂0.2份,渗透剂2份,木纤维1份,纤维素3份,消泡剂1份,分散剂0.01份,钛白粉10份,预混料70份以及适量的水。
实施例四:
本建筑墙体涂料由以下组分混合而成,苯丙乳液12份,醇酯120.2份,丙二醇0.01份,超细硅粉0.01份,增稠剂0.2份,六偏磷酸钠0.002份,碳粉1份,纤维素5.5份,磷酸三丁酯份0.002,硅溶胶3.25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.05份,四飞粉200份,硅灰石粉50份,预混料80份,通入适量的水,将上述组分混合成膏体。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于,该涂料由下述质量份的物质制成:乳液基底10-30份,紫外线吸收剂0.01-0.05份,纤维素3-6份,碳源1-2份、预混料60-80份,乳胶漆助剂0-0.5份,成膜剂0-0.3份,润湿剂0-0.2份,触变剂0-0.05份,增稠剂0-0.4份,分散剂0-0.3份,消泡剂0-2份,钛白粉0-20份,丙二醇0-0.02份,超细硅粉0-0.03份,改良剂0-0.3份,四飞粉0-250份,丙三醇0-0.6份,渗透剂0-0.3份,磷酸三丁酯0-0.005份,硅溶胶0-4份,增塑剂0-0.2份,硅灰石粉0-60份以及定量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于:所述乳液基底为苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于:所述乳胶漆助剂设置为醇酯12。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于:所述预混料由蓄能预混料、三聚氰胺胶囊、磷酸酯颗粒组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于:所述碳源为糊精、木纤维以及碳粉中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于:所述改良剂为六偏磷酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温防火特性的建筑墙体涂料的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
