Abstract
本发明公开了一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,由面层、芯材和胶合层组成;面层为水泥涂层毡或无碱玻璃纤维毡中的任意一种;芯材为无胶或浸胶无碱玻璃纤维网格中的任意一种;胶合层由无机凝胶材料、水性乳液、水、中空微珠、丙烯酸酯石蜡相变微胶囊及配套助剂的混合而成。采用本发明制备的超薄型装饰基板厚度可任意控制,3mm板导热系数低于0.07W/m·K。在此基板的表面喷涂各类涂料、真石漆等制成的各种装饰板材具有优异的保温隔热性能,相比于传统的“保温砂浆‑涂料饰面体系”省去了保温砂浆层,并且施工简单,性价比突出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,特别是涉及一种用于高层外墙、异型面等部位装饰用的装饰保温一体板,属于建筑保温材料领域。
背景技术
随着节能减排理念的不断深入社会的各个领域,建筑保温自然也成为了时下热点,而目前建筑保温常用的方式是采用“保温层-找平层-装饰层”的三层保温结构,这个保温结构需要至少三道施工工序,施工周期长、成本高,并且目前墙体保温常用有机保温板,如EPS、XPS、聚氨酯板等,这些材料与墙体无机材料,尤其是保温层表面找平的砂浆层的热膨胀系数差异较大,因此在冬夏长期循环使用中存墙面开裂、甚至脱落的情况,使用寿命有限;而目前正在推广的保温一体板虽然在一定程度上克服了有机层-无机层热膨胀系数差异大的问题,但较高的造价、保温层裸露在外等缺点仍然制约着其使用寿命及产品推广。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,由面层、芯材和胶合层组成,其特征在于:
所述的面层为:水泥涂层毡或无碱玻璃纤维毡中的任意一种;
所述的芯材为:无胶或浸胶无碱玻璃纤维网格中的任意一种,更具体的,克重为60~160g/m2;
所述的胶合层为:由无机凝胶材料、水性乳液、水、中空微珠、丙烯酸酯石蜡相变微胶囊及配套助剂的混合而成,更具体的,各组份重量百分比为:1:(0.1-0.3):(0.2-0.5):(0.005-0.01):(0.01-0.05):(0.017-0.095);
所述的无机凝胶材料为:由硅酸盐水泥、石膏、粉煤灰、阻燃剂混合而成,更具体的,各组份重量百分比为:1:(0.1~0.3):(0.5-1.5):(0.05-0.2);
所述的配套助剂为:由减水剂、丙二醇、早强剂复配而成,更具体的,各组份重量百分比为:1:(3.5-5):(1.5-2)。
所述的水性乳液为耐碱纯丙乳液、耐碱苯丙乳液、耐碱醋酸乙烯乳液中的任意一种或几种。
所述的中空微珠为粒径在30-150um之间的有机硅陶瓷微珠、有机硅玻璃微珠、粉煤灰中空微珠中的一种或几种。
所述丙烯酸酯石蜡相变微胶囊粒径为30-150um,石蜡含量>70%。
所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、水溶性聚磷酸铵、红磷中的一种或几种。
本发明公开的一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,配方中添加中空微珠与石蜡微胶囊材料,中空微珠具有阻隔外界热量传导、降低材料导热系数的作用,而石蜡微胶囊能将少量渗入板材的热量吸收,避免板材内部过量蓄热导热温度上升从而降低中空微珠的隔热效果,二者相互配合,起到良好的隔热作用,经实际测试,3mm的薄板其导热系数<0.07 W/m·K,与1cm保温砂浆效果相当,具有优异的保温效果。

具体实施例
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1。
选用水泥涂层毡为面层。
选用浸胶无碱玻璃纤维网格为芯材,克重为60g/m2。
凝胶材料:选用P.O32.5水泥、石膏、一级粉煤灰和氢氧化铝粉来配制,四者重量比例为:1:0.2:0.8:0.1。
配套助剂:选用减水剂、丙二醇和早强剂来配制,三者重量比例为:1:3.5:1.5。
胶合层:选用凝胶材料、耐碱纯丙乳液、水、陶瓷微珠、丙烯酸酯石蜡微胶囊及配套助剂,重量百分比为:1:0.2:0.3:0.005:0.01:0.017。
将上述材料经2mm成型机成型,即可得到厚度为2mm的保温隔热超薄型装饰基板。
实施例2。
选用水泥涂层毡为面层。
选用无胶无碱玻璃纤维网格为芯材,克重为80g/m2。
凝胶材料:选用P.O42.5水泥、石膏、一级粉煤灰和水溶性聚磷酸铵来配制,四者重量比例为:1:0.15:0.9:0.05。
配套助剂:选用减水剂、丙二醇和早强剂来配制,三者重量比例为:1:3:2。
胶合层:选用凝胶材料、耐碱苯丙乳液、水、玻璃微珠、丙烯酸酯石蜡微胶囊及配套助剂,重量百分比为:1:0.2:0.4:0.01:0.03:0.04。
将上述材料经3mm成型机成型,即可得到厚度为3mm的保温隔热超薄型装饰基板。
实施例3。
选择无机纤维玻璃毡为面层。
选用浸胶无碱玻璃纤维网格为芯材,克重为100g/m2。
凝胶材料:选用P.O42.5水泥、石膏、一级粉煤灰和氢氧化镁粉来配制,四者重量比例为:1:0.3:1.4:0.15。
配套助剂:选用减水剂、丙二醇和早强剂来配制,三者重量比例为:1:4:2。
胶合层:选用凝胶材料、耐碱醋酸乙烯乳液、水、玻璃微珠、丙烯酸酯石蜡微胶囊及配套助剂,重量百分比为:1:0.3:0.5:0.01:0.05:0.095。
将上述材料经4mm成型机成型,即可得到厚度为4mm的保温隔热超薄型装饰基板。

1.一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,由面层、芯材和胶合层组成,其特征在于:
所述的面层为:水泥涂层毡或无碱玻璃纤维毡中的任意一种;
所述的芯材为:无胶或浸胶无碱玻璃纤维网格中的任意一种,更具体的,克重为60~160g/m2;
所述的胶合层为:由无机凝胶材料、水性乳液、水、中空微珠、丙烯酸酯石蜡相变微胶囊及配套助剂的混合而成,更具体的,各组份重量百分比为:1:(0.1-0.3):(0.2-0.5):(0.005-0.01):(0.01-0.05):(0.017-0.095);
所述的无机凝胶材料为:由硅酸盐水泥、石膏、粉煤灰、阻燃剂混合而成,更具体的,各组份重量百分比为:1:(0.1~0.3):(0.5-1.5):(0.05-0.2);
所述的配套助剂为:由减水剂、丙二醇、早强剂复配而成,更具体的,各组份重量百分比为:1:(3.5-5):(1.5-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,其特征在于:所述的水性乳液为耐碱纯丙乳液、耐碱苯丙乳液、耐碱醋酸乙烯乳液中的任意一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,其特征在于:所述的中空微珠为粒径在30-150μ m之间的有机硅陶瓷微珠、有机硅玻璃微珠、粉煤灰中空微珠中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯石蜡相变微胶囊粒径为30-150μ m,石蜡含量>70%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热超薄型装饰基板,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、水溶性聚磷酸铵、红磷中的一种或几种。
