一种手机边框及制造方法,手机边框包括复合板(25),复合板(25)围成用于容纳手机的容纳空间,复合板(25)包括第一板体(5)和第二板体(16),第一板体(5)与第二板体(16)的至少其中一个的第一侧面形成有条纹,第二板体(16)的第一侧面与第一板体(5)的第一侧面轧制连接,相邻两个条纹(14)之间的距离为0.005‑0.03mm的条纹(14)在条纹总数中占比大于90%。通过对第一板体的第一侧面进行毛化处理,使得第一板体的第一侧面形成条纹,增大第一板体与第二板体轧制时的面积,使得第一板体与第二板体复合之后形成的复合板结合强度更高,进而确保手机边框结合更牢固。
