本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,且公开了一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料由下述重量百分比的原料制成:电熔镁砂50~55%、巴基斯坦铬矿22~25%、α‑Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%,所述电熔镁砂的粒度组成为:5~3mm电熔镁砂10~15%、3~1mm电熔镁砂16~18%、1~0mm电熔镁砂8~10%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%。该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,通过该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料在紫金铜业120T冰铜PS转炉试验过程中,熔损均匀,且无内部氧化现象,氧化失重率小,表现出良好的抗熔渣侵蚀性能、抗氧化性能及抗冲刷性能,平均使用炉龄在150炉。

背景技术
镁铬浇注料因具有良好的高温性能、抗侵蚀性及挂窑皮性能等在洁净钢冶炼、炉外精炼、水泥等行业广泛应用,在镁铬浇注料中引入镁铝尖晶石,镁铝尖晶石和镁铬尖晶石形成的连续固溶体和复合尖晶石可明显提高镁铬质耐火材料高温性能和抗渣性能,可广泛应在艾萨炉、卡尔多炉、底吹炉、精炼炉等炉型中,在施工不便、结构特殊部位使用,这种新型的镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料可解决镁铬浇注料耐磨性差,易剥落的问题,同时还良好的抗侵蚀性能,因此本发明提供了一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法。

c、按重量百分比取电熔镁砂50~55%、巴基斯坦铬矿22~25%、α-Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%;
所述的电熔镁砂由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的电熔镁砂组成:5~3mm电熔镁砂10~15%、3~1mm电熔镁砂16~18%、1~0mm电熔镁砂8~10%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%备用;

所述的添加剂为CK71水泥5%、三聚磷酸钠0.2%、六偏磷酸钠0.2%、防爆纤维0.1%;
d、将步骤c中5~3mm的电熔镁砂、3~1mm的电熔镁砂、1~0mm的电熔镁砂、3-1mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的镁铝尖晶石加入混碾机中,干混2~3min,然后加入硅微粉、电熔氧化铬绿粉、α-Al2O3粉、CK71水泥、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、防爆纤维,继续混碾3~5min,最后加入6.5%~7.5%的水,混碾5~7min,得到泥料;
e、将泥料放入模具经震动台震动成型,得到镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料样块。
优选的,所述该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料在紫金铜业120T冰铜PS转炉试验过程中,熔损均匀,且无内部氧化现象,氧化失重率小,表现出良好的抗熔渣侵蚀性能、抗氧化性能及抗冲刷性能,平均使用炉龄在150炉。从该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料的试验使用效果看,电弧炉内衬用MgO-C砖在电弧炉工作衬的使用可以有效的提高电弧炉的使用寿命,降低耐材吨钢消耗。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,通过该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料在紫金铜业120T冰铜PS转炉试验过程中,熔损均匀,且无内部氧化现象,氧化失重率小,表现出良好的抗熔渣侵蚀性能、抗氧化性能及抗冲刷性能,平均使用炉龄在150炉。从该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料的试验使用效果看,电弧炉内衬用MgO-C砖在电弧炉工作衬的使用可以有效的提高电弧炉的使用寿命,降低耐材吨钢消耗。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种电弧炉内衬用镁碳砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取电熔镁砂、巴基斯坦铬矿、α-Al2O3粉、镁铝尖晶石、电熔氧化铬绿、硅微粉和热固性酚醛树脂,备用;
b、将电熔镁砂磨细,分级成5~3mm、3~1mm、1~0mm和200目五种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将巴基斯坦矿磨细,分级成3~1mm、1~0mm两种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将镁铝尖晶石磨成1~0mm粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将α-Al2O3和电熔氧化铬绿均磨成粒度≤200目的细粉,得到α-Al2O3粉和电熔氧化铬绿粉,备用;
c、按重量百分比取电熔镁砂50~55%、巴基斯坦铬矿22~25%、α-Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%;
所述的电熔镁砂由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的电熔镁砂组成:5~3mm电熔镁砂8~12%、3~1mm电熔镁砂20~22%、1~0mm电熔镁砂10~12%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%备用;
所述的巴基斯坦矿由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的巴基斯坦矿组成:3-1mm巴基斯坦矿8~10%、1-0mm巴基斯坦矿15~17%;
所述的镁铝尖晶石为1-0mm的粒度
所述的添加剂为CK71水泥5%、三聚磷酸钠0.2%、六偏磷酸钠0.2%、防爆纤维0.1%;
d、将步骤c中5~3mm的电熔镁砂、3~1mm的电熔镁砂、1~0mm的电熔镁砂、3-1mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的镁铝尖晶石加入混碾机中,干混2~3min,然后加入硅微粉、电熔氧化铬绿粉、α-Al2O3粉、CK71水泥、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、防爆纤维,继续混碾3~5min,最后加入6.5%~7.5%的水,混碾5~7min,得到泥料;
e、将泥料放入模具经震动台震动成型,得到镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料样块
实施例2
一种电弧炉内衬用镁碳砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取电熔镁砂、巴基斯坦铬矿、α-Al2O3粉、镁铝尖晶石、电熔氧化铬绿、硅微粉和热固性酚醛树脂,备用;
b、将电熔镁砂磨细,分级成5~3mm、3~1mm、1~0mm和200目五种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将巴基斯坦矿磨细,分级成3~1mm、1~0mm两种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将镁铝尖晶石磨成1~0mm粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将α-Al2O3和电熔氧化铬绿均磨成粒度≤200目的细粉,得到α-Al2O3粉和电熔氧化铬绿粉,备用;
c、按重量百分比取电熔镁砂55~60%、巴基斯坦铬矿20~23%、α-Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%;
所述的电熔镁砂由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的电熔镁砂组成:5~3mm电熔镁砂10~13%、3~1mm电熔镁砂21~24%、1~0mm电熔镁砂8~10%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%备用;
所述的巴基斯坦矿由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的巴基斯坦矿组成:3-1mm巴基斯坦矿8~10%、1-0mm巴基斯坦矿15~17%;
所述的镁铝尖晶石为1-0mm的粒度;
所述的添加剂为CK71水泥5%、三聚磷酸钠0.2%、六偏磷酸钠0.2%、防爆纤维0.1%;
d、将步骤c中5~3mm的电熔镁砂、3~1mm的电熔镁砂、1~0mm的电熔镁砂、3-1mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的镁铝尖晶石加入混碾机中,干混2~3min,然后加入硅微粉、电熔氧化铬绿粉、α-Al2O3粉、CK71水泥、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、防爆纤维,继续混碾3~5min,最后加入6.5%~7.5%的水,混碾5~7min,得到泥料;
e、将泥料放入模具经震动台震动成型,得到镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料样块。
工作步骤;a、取电熔镁砂、巴基斯坦铬矿、α-Al2O3粉、镁铝尖晶石、电熔氧化铬绿、硅微粉和热固性酚醛树脂,备用;
b、将电熔镁砂磨细,分级成5~3mm、3~1mm、1~0mm和200目五种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将巴基斯坦矿磨细,分级成3~1mm、1~0mm两种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将镁铝尖晶石磨成1~0mm粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将α-Al2O3和电熔氧化铬绿均磨成粒度≤200目的细粉,得到α-Al2O3粉和电熔氧化铬绿粉,备用;
c、按重量百分比取电熔镁砂50~55%、巴基斯坦铬矿22~25%、α-Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%;
所述的电熔镁砂由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的电熔镁砂组成:5~3mm电熔镁砂10~15%、3~1mm电熔镁砂16~18%、1~0mm电熔镁砂8~10%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%备用;
所述的巴基斯坦矿由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的巴基斯坦矿组成:3-1mm巴基斯坦矿10~13%、1-0mm巴基斯坦矿12~15%;
所述的镁铝尖晶石为1-0mm的粒度

综上所述,该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,通过该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料在紫金铜业120T冰铜PS转炉试验过程中,熔损均匀,且无内部氧化现象,氧化失重率小,表现出良好的抗熔渣侵蚀性能、抗氧化性能及抗冲刷性能,平均使用炉龄在150炉。从该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料的试验使用效果看,电弧炉内衬用MgO-C砖在电弧炉工作衬的使用可以有效的提高电弧炉的使用寿命,降低耐材吨钢消耗。

Claims (4)
1.一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,其特征在于:该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料由下述重量百分比的原料制成:电熔镁砂50~55%、巴基斯坦铬矿22~25%、α-Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%,所述电熔镁砂的粒度组成为:5~3mm电熔镁砂10~15%、3~1mm电熔镁砂16~18%、1~0mm电熔镁砂8~10%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述巴基斯坦矿粒度组成为:3-1mm巴基斯坦矿10~13%、1-0mm巴基斯坦矿12~15%,所述添加剂为CK71水泥、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、防爆纤维,所述电熔镁砂的镁含量≥97.5%,α-Al2O3粉和电熔氧化铬绿为超细粉,硅微粉的粒度为200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,其特征在于:一种镁铝尖晶石质浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取电熔镁砂、巴基斯坦铬矿、α-Al2O3粉、镁铝尖晶石、电熔氧化铬绿、硅微粉和热固性酚醛树脂,备用;
b、将电熔镁砂磨细,分级成5~3mm、3~1mm、1~0mm和200目五种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将巴基斯坦矿磨细,分级成3~1mm、1~0mm两种不同粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将镁铝尖晶石磨成1~0mm粒度的颗粒原料,备用;
将α-Al2O3和电熔氧化铬绿均磨成粒度≤200目的细粉,得到α-Al2O3粉和电熔氧化铬绿粉,备用;
c、按重量百分比取电熔镁砂50~55%、巴基斯坦铬矿22~25%、α-Al2O3粉5~8%、镁铝尖晶石10%、电熔氧化铬绿3%、硅微粉3~4%、添加剂5%;
所述的电熔镁砂由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的电熔镁砂组成:5~3mm电熔镁砂10~15%、3~1mm电熔镁砂16~18%、1~0mm电熔镁砂8~10%、200目电熔镁砂15~20%备用;
所述的巴基斯坦矿由以下重量百分比的不同粒度的巴基斯坦矿组成:3-1mm巴基斯坦矿10~13%、1-0mm巴基斯坦矿12~15%;
所述的镁铝尖晶石为1-0mm的粒度
所述的添加剂为CK71水泥5%、三聚磷酸钠0.2%、六偏磷酸钠0.2%、防爆纤维0.1%;
d、将步骤c中5~3mm的电熔镁砂、3~1mm的电熔镁砂、1~0mm的电熔镁砂、3-1mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的巴基斯坦矿、1-0mm的镁铝尖晶石加入混碾机中,干混2~3min,然后加入硅微粉、电熔氧化铬绿粉、α-Al2O3粉、CK71水泥、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、防爆纤维,继续混碾3~5min,最后加入6.5%~7.5%的水,混碾5~7min,得到泥料;
e、将泥料放入模具经震动台震动成型,得到镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料样块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料在紫金铜业120T冰铜PS转炉试验过程中,熔损均匀,且无内部氧化现象,氧化失重率小,表现出良好的抗熔渣侵蚀性能、抗氧化性能及抗冲刷性能,平均使用炉龄在150炉。从该镁铝铬尖晶石质浇注料的试验使用效果看,电弧炉内衬用MgO-C砖在电弧炉工作衬的使用可以有效的提高电弧炉的使用寿命,降低耐材吨钢消耗。
