The invention relates to the technical field of quenching devices, in particular to a steel ball continuous quenching system and a steel ball continuous quenching method.
Background
The purpose of quenching is to transform the super-cooled austenite into martensite or bainite to obtain martensite or bainite structure, and then to improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength, toughness, etc. of the steel by tempering at different temperatures, thereby satisfying different use requirements of various mechanical parts and tools.
In the production industry of building materials such as cement and the like, the ball milling of ores is needed, and the ball milling needs a large amount of steel balls with ideal wear resistance and high hardness in experiments. The production process of the steel ball also needs quenching, the quenching process consists of two stages of air precooling and water quenching, the purpose of the air precooling is to reduce thermal stress on the premise of ensuring large quenching hardness and complete quenching, the surface cracking of the forged ball in the quenching process is avoided, the purpose of the water quenching is to improve the overall hardness of the steel ball, and the main parameters of the quenching process comprise the surface water inlet temperature of the steel ball in the precooling part, the cooling time and the water temperature in the water cooling part, so that the parameters need to be reasonably controlled.
The existing steel ball quenching is generally that after a basket is filled with a ball body, the ball body is placed into a device to be secondarily heated and then water quenched, so that the operation mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, a large amount of electric quantity is consumed to quench the steel ball, and the production efficiency is influenced. Subsequently, the steel balls are quenched in a spiral roller mode, but the quenching can be carried out on a small number of steel balls at the same time, so that the on-site production efficiency is greatly reduced.
