According to the above scheme, the present application provides a system language switching device, which is applied to a self-service teller machine, and comprises: when a customer uses the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine to transact business, the acquisition unit 301 acquires a face image of the customer; then, the face recognition unit 302 performs face recognition on the face image to obtain a face recognition result; the query unit 303 queries the online banking use record and the mobile banking use record of the customer in a bank background system according to the face recognition result to obtain a query result; finally, the switching unit 304 switches the language of the self-service teller machine according to the query result. Therefore, the use experience of a customer when using the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine can be effectively improved.
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.
Another embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, including:

The one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors 501, cause the one or more processors 501 to implement the method for switching system languages as described in any of the above embodiments.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a computer storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the system language switching method as described in any one of the above embodiments.
In the context of this application, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium mentioned above in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a computer program product for performing the system language switching method of any one of the above when the computer program product is executed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the application, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means, or installed from a storage means, or installed from a ROM. The computer program, when executed by a processing device, performs the above-described functions defined in the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Although the subject matter has been described in language specific to structural features and/or methodological acts, it is to be understood that the subject matter defined in the appended claims is not necessarily limited to the specific features or acts described above. Rather, the specific features and acts described above are disclosed as example forms of implementing the claims.
While several specific implementation details are included in the above discussion, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of the application. Certain features that are described in the context of separate embodiments can also be implemented in combination in a single embodiment. Conversely, various features that are described in the context of a single embodiment can also be implemented in multiple embodiments separately or in any suitable subcombination.

Claims (10)
1. A system language switching method is applied to a self-service deposit and withdrawal machine and comprises the following steps:
when a client uses the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine to transact business, acquiring a face image of the client;
carrying out face recognition on the face image to obtain a face recognition result;
according to the face recognition result, inquiring the online banking use record and the mobile banking use record of the customer in a bank background system to obtain an inquiry result;
and switching the language of the self-service cash recycling machine according to the query result.
2. The switching method according to claim 1, wherein the switching of the language of the self-service teller machine according to the query result comprises:
judging whether the query result contains the use record of the online bank and the use record of the mobile phone bank;
if the query result contains the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record at the same time, judging whether the languages used in the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record are the same;
if the language used in the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record is judged to be different, whether the use time of the last use record in the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record is within a preset time range or not is judged respectively;
if the service time of the last service record in the online bank service record and the mobile phone bank service record is judged not to be within the preset time range, the language of the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine is switched to the language set in the platform with the longest customer service time; the platform is an internet bank or a mobile phone bank.
3. The handover method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and if the query result does not contain the online banking use record and the mobile phone banking use record at the same time, switching the language of the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine to the language in the use record in the query result.
4. The handover method according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the language used in the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record is judged to be the same, the language of the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine is switched to the language used in the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record.
5. The handover method according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the service time of the last service record in the online bank service record and the service time of the last service record in the mobile phone bank service record are both judged to be within a preset time range, determining the service record with the time closer to the last service record in the online bank service record and the last service record in the mobile phone bank service record as a target service record;
and switching the language of the self-service teller machine to the language in the target use record.
6. The handover method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and if only one of the use time of the last use record in the online bank use record and the use time of the last use record in the mobile phone bank use record is judged to be within a preset time range, the language of the self-service teller machine is switched to the language in the last use record within the time range.
7. The handover method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and if the online bank use record and the mobile phone bank use record of the customer cannot be obtained through query, switching the language of the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine to the language with the largest nationality use language of the customer in the face recognition result.
8. A system language switching device is applied to a self-service deposit and withdrawal machine and comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a face image of a client when the client uses the self-service deposit and withdrawal machine to transact business;
the face recognition unit is used for carrying out face recognition on the face image to obtain a face recognition result;
the query unit is used for querying the online banking use record and the mobile phone banking use record of the customer in a bank background system according to the face recognition result to obtain a query result;
and the switching unit is used for switching the language of the self-service cash recycling machine according to the query result.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a system language switching method as recited in any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a system language switching method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
