Abstract

and judging whether the certificate is a customer of the current bank, whether the certificate hits a blacklist and a grey list of the current bank, whether the certificate is a case-related account or not, whether the certificate is a punishment customer or not, and whether the certificate is in a customer state including a person of a seriously distrusted enterprise or not according to the certificate information.
In step S404, a live photo of the customer is collected and compared with the photo in the certificate information, and a specific process of obtaining a comparison result is as follows:
and calling a binocular camera to judge the infrared living body and shoot a scene photo when a client transacts business, and performing face recognition with the photo in the certificate information to obtain a face recognition result.
Fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of a self-service transaction method based on an intelligent counter according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the method further includes:

It should be noted that although the operations of the method of the present invention have been described in the above embodiments and the accompanying drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the operations shown must be performed, to achieve the desired results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
Based on the aforementioned inventive concept, as shown in fig. 10, the present invention further provides a computer device 1000, which includes a memory 1010, a processor 1020, and a computer program 1030 stored on the memory 1010 and operable on the processor 1020, wherein the processor 1020 implements the aforementioned intelligent counter-based self-service transaction method when executing the computer program 1030.
Based on the above inventive concept, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the intelligent counter-based self-service transaction method.
The self-service business handling system and the method based on the intelligent counter can provide great convenience for foreign people to handle business in banks, solve communication obstacles, reduce business handling time, improve efficiency, increase client stickiness, reduce burden on bank outlets, reduce configuration of foreign language proficient personnel, and reduce communication cost.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are only specific embodiments of the present invention, which are used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that: any person skilled in the art can modify or easily conceive the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or equivalent substitutes for some technical features within the technical scope of the present disclosure; such modifications, changes or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included therein. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (19)
1. A self-service business handling system based on an intelligent counter is characterized by comprising:
the language switching module is used for switching the operating interface language of the intelligent counter according to a multi-language switching instruction input by a client;
the certificate identification module is used for reading and identifying the certificate inserted by the client to obtain certificate information;
the client state checking module is used for identifying the client state according to the certificate information to obtain a client state result;
the client identity recognition module is used for acquiring a scene photo of a client and comparing the scene photo with the photo in the certificate information to obtain a comparison result;
and the service processing module is used for acquiring service handling data input by the client through an operation interface of the intelligent counter when the client state result is normal and the comparison result is self handling, sending the service handling data to a background for service processing, and displaying the processing result on the intelligent counter.
2. An intelligent counter-based self-service transaction system as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and the manual auditing module is used for scanning and supplementing certificate information, verifying the client state or verifying whether the certificate information is handled by the user or not by manual intervention when the certificate information is missing, the client state result is abnormal or the comparison result is not handled by the user.
3. An intelligent counter-based self-service transaction system as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and the report module is used for recording certificate information, client state results, on-site photos, comparison results, service handling data and processing results related to the client in a database.
4. The self-service business handling system based on the intelligent counter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the language switching module is further configured to automatically change the language of the operation interface according to the nationality in the certificate information.

The intelligent counter-based self-service transaction system according to claim 1, wherein the certificate recognition module comprises: the certificate recognition system comprises a chip reading unit, a certificate scanning unit, an OCR recognition unit and a recognition and verification unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the chip reading unit is used for reading chip information to obtain certificate information when a chip is arranged in the certificate;
the certificate scanning unit is used for scanning the certificate and calling the OCR recognition unit to recognize and obtain certificate information;
and the identification and verification unit is used for verifying the information of the client certificate according to the certificate information, and automatically identifying whether information is missing or not, whether the certificate is overdue or not, and whether the certificate is an intelligent counter capable of accepting nationality or not.
6. The self-service business handling system based on the intelligent counter according to claim 5, wherein the client status verification module is specifically configured to:
and judging whether the certificate is a customer of the current bank, whether the certificate hits a blacklist and a grey list of the current bank, whether the certificate is a case-related account or not, whether the certificate is a punishment customer or not, and whether the certificate is in a customer state including a person of a seriously distrusted enterprise or not according to the certificate information.
7. The self-service business handling system based on the intelligent counter according to claim 6, wherein the customer identification module is specifically configured to:
and calling a binocular camera to judge the infrared living body and shoot a scene photo when a client transacts business, and performing face recognition with the photo in the certificate information to obtain a face recognition result.
8. The self-service business handling system based on the intelligent counter as claimed in claim 7, wherein the binocular camera adopts a common camera and an infrared camera.
9. An intelligent counter-based self-service transaction system as recited in claim 7, further comprising:
and the client information management module is used for judging whether the certificate information is consistent with the background system or not when the client state result is normal and the comparison result is self-transacted, and automatically updating the new certificate information to the background system if the certificate information is inconsistent with the background system.
10. A self-service business handling method based on an intelligent counter is characterized by comprising the following steps:
switching the operating interface language of the intelligent counter according to a multi-language switching instruction input by a client;
reading and identifying the certificate inserted by the client to obtain certificate information;
identifying the client state according to the certificate information to obtain a client state result;
collecting a scene photo of a client, and comparing the scene photo with the photo in the certificate information to obtain a comparison result;
and when the client state result is normal and the comparison result is self-transacted, acquiring service transaction data input by the client through an operation interface of the intelligent counter, sending the service transaction data to a background for service processing, and displaying the processing result on the intelligent counter.
11. The intelligent counter-based self-service transaction method of claim 10, further comprising:
when the certificate information is missing, the client state result is abnormal, or the comparison result is that the user does not transact the certificate, the certificate information is scanned and complemented by manual intervention, the client state is verified, or whether the user transacts the certificate or not is verified.
12. The intelligent counter-based self-service transaction method of claim 10, further comprising:
and recording certificate information, client state results, on-site photos, comparison results, service transaction data and processing results related to the client in a database.
13. The intelligent counter-based self-service transaction method of claim 10, further comprising:
and automatically changing the language of the operation interface according to the nationality in the certificate information.
14. The self-service transaction method based on the intelligent counter as claimed in claim 10, wherein reading and recognizing the certificate inserted by the client to obtain the certificate information comprises:
when a chip is arranged in the certificate, reading chip information to obtain certificate information;
scanning the certificate, and identifying by using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology to obtain certificate information;
and checking the information of the client certificate according to the certificate information, and automatically identifying whether the information is missing or not, whether the certificate is overdue or not, and whether the certificate is an acceptable nationality of the intelligent counter or not.
15. The self-service transaction method based on intelligent counter as claimed in claim 14, wherein identifying the status of the customer based on the certificate information to obtain the result of the status of the customer comprises:
and judging whether the certificate is a customer of the current bank, whether the certificate hits a blacklist and a grey list of the current bank, whether the certificate is a case-related account or not, whether the certificate is a punishment customer or not, and whether the certificate is in a customer state including a person of a seriously distrusted enterprise or not according to the certificate information.
16. The self-service business handling method based on the intelligent counter according to claim 15, wherein the step of collecting a live photo of a customer and comparing the live photo with the photo in the certificate information to obtain a comparison result comprises the following steps:

17. The intelligent counter-based self-service transaction method of claim 16, further comprising:

18. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 10 to 17 when executing the computer program.
19. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 10 to 17.
