本发明涉及虾类养殖方法领域,具体公开了一种对虾黄头病毒的防治方法和应用,投喂饵料添加剂,所述饵料添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪3‑6份,木瓜1‑3份,甘草1‑2份,杜仲2‑4份,青蒿0.5‑1.5份,虎杖0.5‑2.5份,金银花1‑3份,鱼腥草2‑3份。本发明通过投喂饵料添加剂结合虾参藻生态养殖环境建立提高斑节对虾抗病毒能力,同时增强斑节对虾的免疫力,从而对黄头病毒起到较好的防治效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及虾类养殖方法领域,具体涉及一种对虾黄头病毒的防治方法和应用。
背景技术
对虾养殖业是我国海水养殖的支柱性产业,其中凡纳滨对虾、中国明对虾、斑节对虾并称世界养殖产量高的三大优良虾种。斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)不但是亚洲传统的养殖虾种,也是全世界的重要优秀养殖虾种;所以,20世纪末斑节对虾养殖产量一度占全球对虾养殖产量75%以上。虽然该虾种的养殖生物学参数十分优秀,然而近十年来,全球的斑节对虾养殖产量却停滞不前。以泰国为例,一向以养殖斑节对虾在全球占有重要位置,而如今该种虾的产量却大幅下降,例如泰国班节对虾和凡纳滨对虾两种对虾近年产量的变化,很有代表性。其主要原因是受到对虾白斑综合征以及亲虾依赖于野生捕捞两个因素的制约。但是由于斑节对虾生长速度快,体形大,肉质好,市场价格优于凡纳滨对虾,只要是在技术上解决了上述的两大问题,增加斑节对虾产量,可能对提升我国养殖对虾的质量和产值有重要作用。不但可以占据市场获取大量外汇,而且可以极大的地提高我国对虾产品质量,以满足不同消费者的要求。但是斑节对虾的产量却严重受到黄头病毒的影响。
黄头病又称黄鳃病,是对虾的主要病害之一,由黄头病毒(Yellow dead disease,YHV)引起,属单链RNA,电镜超薄切片观察,病毒粒子杆状,大小为150-200nmx40-50nm。
黄头病毒(YHV)最早是在泰国所发现的,在感染黄头病毒的对虾的身上常会发现头胸部黄化的病征及全身肌肉白化的现象,在感病初期2-4天之内虾只会出现不正常的大量进食的现象,而后几乎完全停止进食,接下来便会发现有大量垂死的虾只会聚集在养殖池的池水表面或池塘周围。黄头病毒对斑节对虾(草虾)的致死率是最高的,黄头病毒严重发病时可使全池的草虾在三天之内达到100%致死率。
黄头病在对虾养殖过程中产生重大威胁,且目前严重缺乏对于黄头病的防治手段。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种对虾黄头病毒的防治方法和应用,通过投喂饵料添加剂结合虾参藻生态养殖环境建立提高斑节对虾抗病毒能力,同时增强斑节对虾的免疫力,从而对黄头病毒起到较好的防治效果。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,通过投喂饵料添加剂对黄头病毒进行防治;
所述饵料添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:
黄芪3-6份,木瓜1-3份,甘草1-2份,杜仲2-4份,青蒿0.5-1.5份,虎杖0.5-2.5份,金银花1-3份,鱼腥草2-3份。

进一步地,上述方法具体包括如下步骤:
S1,建设虾池:建设池塘后清整、消毒;
S2,建立虾参藻生态养殖环境:进水,投放基础饵料,移植钩虾、蜾蠃蜚作为生物饵料,移植大叶藻,投放刺参;
S3,选择并投放虾苗:选择个体大小均匀、逆水游泳力强、附壁率高、外观漂亮、没有异样颜色的健壮对虾苗,每亩放苗2万-3万尾;
S4,饵料投喂:在基础饵料中按照质量分数2-5%添加饵料添加剂,制得用于投喂的得综合饵料;
所述饵料添加剂制备过程为:按重量份数称取黄芪、木瓜、甘草、杜仲、青蒿、虎杖、金银花和鱼腥草,分别烘干后粉碎,过40-60目筛,然后混合获得饵料添加剂;
综合饵料投喂给对虾;
S5,水质管理:施用有益菌调节水质;
所述有益菌包括光合细菌、EM菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌,所述光合细菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量比为1-2:1-4:0.5-1.5;

黄芪,主要含黄芪甲苷、黄芪苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮、异黄芪苷Ⅰ、异黄芪苷Ⅱ、三萜皂苷、黄酮及多糖等成分,对核酸代谢有促进的功效与作用,增强造血功能,具有抗氧化、抗病毒、改善肾功能和肾组织病理改变等;
木瓜,含苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、反丁烯二酸、皂苷、、苹果酸钾盐、齐墩果酸、绿原受乙酯、咖啡酸、绿原酸、乌头酸、黄酮和鞣质等;具有保肝、抗菌的作用;
甘草,主要含甘草苷、甘草酸、甘草甜素、子丁香烯氧化物、甘草萜醇、18α-羟基甘草次酸、异甘草次酸、甘草香豆精、刺芒柄花素、新甘草查耳酮D、光果甘草苷元、异甘草黄酮醇、三萜皂苷、香豆素等成分;具有抗炎、抗溃疡、抗过敏反应,抗癌,抗菌,抗病毒的作用,还具有调节免疫功能,提高免疫力的作用;

金银花,含木樨草素、肌醇1%及挥发油、萜类、酚酸等化学成分。其中有绿原酸、异绿原酸、白果醇、β-谷固醇、豆固醇、豆固醇-D-葡萄糖苷等成分,具有抗病原微生物、抗病毒、抗炎的作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎杆菌、脑膜炎双球菌、伤寒杆菌、结核杆菌、霍乱弧菌等多种微生物均有较强的抑菌作用;
鱼腥草,主含挥发油、黄酮类、有机酸、脂肪酸、生物碱、木脂素等,另含金丝桃苷、阿福豆苷、异斛皮苷、芸香苷、乙酸龙脑酯、α-蒎烯、β-谷固醇等成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、增强免疫力的作用。
2、本发明通过投喂饵料添加剂,增强斑节对虾的免疫力,增强斑节对虾抗病毒能力;采用虾参藻生态养殖模式优化斑节对虾新品种养殖池塘生态环境,以微生物调控、对虾营养与免疫调控提高养殖对虾免疫力,综合降低斑节对虾黄头病的发病率,起到较好的防治效果。
3、本发明引进斑节对虾新品种“南海1号”,通过移植大叶藻,投放刺参建立生态养殖环境,养殖过程中基于大叶藻与刺参、对虾的生态养殖效应,有益微生物制剂、基础生物饵料和饵料添加剂的作用,少施药物,有利于增强斑节对虾的免疫力,降低发病率,最终提高产量。
4、本发明虾池内移植大叶藻,能净化水质,改善底质条件,丰富活体饵料,不仅能促进对虾的生长,还为海参等经济动物提供了优良的生存条件,因而提高虾池的综合养殖能力。对虾与刺参混养,刺参夏眠期间正是对虾生长的大好季节,利用此二者在饵料和空间的互补性,可充分利用池塘的空间和饵料,提高虾池的利用率和生态效益,增加经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。本发明各实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,包括以下步骤:
1、建设虾池:选用面积为2亩的池塘,水深1米,泥沙底质,淤泥10cm,用生石灰70kg/亩化浆均匀泼洒,以杀灭池中有害生物和病原生物;经3天晒池后冲洗池塘,将石灰水冲掉。
2、建立虾参藻生态养殖环境:向虾池中引进海水,投放基础饵料,移植钩虾70kg、蜾蠃蜚20kg作为生物饵料,移植大叶藻25丛,投放刺参10kg。基础饵料中含有以下质量百分比的物质:大豆25%,鱼粉20%,小杂鱼13%,牡蛎5%,豆饼12%,糠麸20%,海参5%。
3、选择并投放虾苗:选择个体大小均匀、逆水游泳力强、附壁率高、外观漂亮、没有异样颜色的健壮苗,投放“南海1号”斑节对虾,每亩放苗2万万尾。
4、饵料投喂:在基础饵料中按照质量分数2%添加饵料添加剂,获得综合饵料;
所述饵料添加剂制备过程为:按重量份数称取黄芪5份,木瓜3份,甘草2份,杜仲2份,青蒿1份,虎杖1.5份,金银花2份,鱼腥草3份,分别烘干后粉碎,过40目筛,然后混合获得饵料添加剂;
综合饵料投喂时间和投喂量为:
1~25天:每2h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂4次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的1%;
25天后每3h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂3次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的2%;
50天后每6h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂1次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的4%。
5、水质管理:养殖期间每周投放有益菌两次,每亩共投放0.3kg有益菌,有益菌中光合细菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量比为1:1:0.5,透明度控制在30cm,控制溶解氧5mg/L以上,pH值为7.8。
6、收获。
实施例2
对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,包括以下步骤:
1、建设虾池:选用面积为3亩的池塘,水深1.5米,泥沙底质,淤泥10cm,用生石灰75kg/亩化浆均匀泼洒,以杀灭池中有害生物和病原生物;经3-4天晒池后冲洗池塘,将石灰水冲掉。
2、建立虾参藻生态养殖环境:向虾池中引进海水,投放基础饵料,移植钩虾105kg、蜾蠃蜚30kg作为生物饵料,移植大叶藻40丛,投放刺参15kg,基础饵料中含有以下质量百分比的物质:大豆25%,鱼粉20%,小杂鱼13%,牡蛎5%,豆饼12%,糠麸20%,海参5%。
3、选择并投放虾苗:选择个体大小均匀、逆水游泳力强、附壁率高、外观漂亮、没有异样颜色的健壮苗,投放“南海1号”斑节对虾,每亩放苗2.5万尾。
4、饵料投喂:在基础饵料中按照质量分数3%添加饵料添加剂,获得综合饵料;
所述饵料添加剂制备过程为:按重量份数称取黄芪6份,木瓜2份,甘草1份,杜仲3份,青蒿0.5份,虎杖2.5份,金银花1份,鱼腥草2份,分别烘干后粉碎,过50目筛,然后混合获得饵料添加剂;
综合饵料投喂时间和投喂量为:
1~25天:每3h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂5次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的2%;
25天后每4h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂4次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的3%;
50天后每6h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂2次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的5%。
5、水质管理:每周投放有益菌两次,每亩共投放0.4kg有益菌,有益菌中光合细菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量比为1:3:1,透明度控制在40cm,控制溶解氧5mg/L以上,pH值为8。
6、收获。
实施例3
对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,包括以下步骤:
1、建设虾池:选用面积为5亩的池塘,水深2米,泥沙底质,淤泥15cm,用生石灰80kg/亩化浆均匀泼洒,以杀灭池中有害生物和病原生物;经3-4天晒池后冲洗池塘,将石灰水冲掉。
2、建立虾参藻生态养殖环境:向虾池中引进海水,投放基础饵料,移植钩虾175kg、蜾蠃蜚50kg作为生物饵料,移植大叶藻65丛,投放刺参25kg,基础饵料中含有以下质量百分比的物质:大豆25%,鱼粉20%,小杂鱼13%,牡蛎5%,豆饼12%,糠麸20%,海参5%。
3、选择并投放虾苗:选择个体大小均匀、逆水游泳力强、附壁率高、外观漂亮、没有异样颜色的健壮苗,投放“南海1号”斑节对虾,每亩放苗3万尾。
4、饵料投喂:在基础饵料中按照质量分数5%添加饵料添加剂,获得综合饵料;
所述饵料添加剂制备过程为:按重量份数称取黄芪3份,木瓜1份,甘草1份,杜仲4份,青蒿1.5份,虎杖0.5份,金银花3份,鱼腥草2份,分别烘干后粉碎,过60目筛,然后混合获得饵料添加剂;
综合饵料投喂时间和投喂量为:
1~25天:每4h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂7次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的3%;
25天后每5h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂5次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的4%;
50天后每6h投喂饲料一次,每天投喂3次,日投喂量为对虾苗总体重的6%。
5、水质管理:每周投放有益菌两次,每亩共投放0.5kg有益菌,有益菌中光合细菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量比为2:4:1.5,透明度控制在30-40cm,控制溶解氧5mg/L以上,pH值为8.5。
6、收获。

由表1可知,本发明通过头围饵料添加剂结合虾参藻生态环境提高了斑节对虾的抗病毒能力,虾池内移植大叶藻,能净化水质,改善底质条件,丰富活体饵料,促进对虾的生长,与刺参混养形成生态养殖环境。

Claims (9)
1.一种对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,其特征在于,通过投喂饵料添加剂对黄头病毒进行防治;
所述饵料添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:
黄芪3-6份,木瓜1-3份,甘草1-2份,杜仲2-4份,青蒿0.5-1.5份,虎杖0.5-2.5份,金银花1-3份,鱼腥草2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,其特征在于,所述饵料添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:
黄芪5份,木瓜3份,甘草2份,杜仲2份,青蒿1份,虎杖1.5份,金银花2份,鱼腥草3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述得对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,其特征在于,所述饵料添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:
黄芪6份,木瓜2份,甘草1份,杜仲3份,青蒿0.5份,虎杖2.5份,金银花1份,鱼腥草2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
S1,建设虾池:建设池塘后清整、消毒;
S2,建立虾参藻生态养殖环境:进水,投放基础饵料,移植钩虾、蜾蠃蜚作为生物饵料,移植大叶藻,投放刺参;
S3,选择并投放虾苗:选择个体大小均匀、逆水游泳力强、附壁率高、外观漂亮、没有异样颜色的健壮对虾苗,每亩放苗2万-3万尾;
S4,饵料投喂:在基础饵料中按照质量分数2-5%添加饵料添加剂,制得用于投喂的综合饵料;
所述饵料添加剂制备过程为:按重量份数称取黄芪、木瓜、甘草、杜仲、青蒿、虎杖、金银花和鱼腥草,分别烘干后粉碎,过40-60目筛,然后混合获得饵料添加剂;
综合饵料投喂给对虾;
S5,水质管理:施用有益菌调节水质;
所述有益菌包括光合细菌、EM菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌,所述光合细菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量比为1-2:1-4:0.5-1.5;
S6,收获。
5.根据权利要求4所述的对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,其特征在于,S1中,池塘深度为2-2.5m,面积为2-5亩。
6.根据权利要求4所述的对虾黄头病毒的防治方法,其特征在于,S4中,所述基础饵料中含有以下质量百分比的物质:大豆25%,鱼粉20%,小杂鱼13%,牡蛎5%,豆饼12%,糠麸20%,海参5%。
