Abstract
本公开涉及显示技术领域,公开了一种阵列基板及其制备方法、显示面板、显示装置;该阵列基板包括第一衬底基板、绝缘层组、第二电极、透明导电层和第一电极;透明导电层和第一电极相互层叠地设于第一衬底基板的同一侧,第一电极具有第一开口,第一电极在第一衬底基板上的正投影位于黑矩阵在第一衬底基板上的正投影内;绝缘层组设于第一电极或透明导电层的远离第一衬底基板的一侧;第二电极设于绝缘层组的远离第一衬底基板的一侧,第二电极与第一开口相对设置,第二电极在第一衬底基板上的正投影与透明导电层在第一衬底基板上的正投影部分重合。在对盒时,即使稍有偏差,也不会损失开口率,不会影响产品透过率,也不会影响终端产品能耗。
