The passenger clicks the business seat service, displays the calling page of the business seat, fills in the ticket information, selects the calling service item, and the background system verifies whether the ticket of the business seat exists according to the ticket information and clicks the calling button.
e. After the small program calls the business seat system to generate the call list, the business seat system calls the station and vehicle interaction system through the data sharing platform, and the call list information is transmitted to the station and vehicle interaction system.
f. And after receiving the call list information, the station-to-vehicle interaction system asynchronously pushes the call list information to the station-to-vehicle interaction APP.
g. After receiving the call order message through the station-car interaction APP, the crew clicks the sign-in button and calls a sign-in interface of the business seat through the data sharing platform.
h. After receiving the signing request, the business seat system checks whether the current call list is signed by the attendant, and if the current call list is signed, the signing is failed to return; if not, the call list state is modified and the sign-in is successful.
i. The attendant services the passenger in accordance with the passenger call request.
2) The outbound reservation guide flow of the business seat is shown in FIG. 10
The business seat can make an appointment for the passenger to go out of the station, the passenger can make an appointment for the passenger and other people, a currently supported station list can be checked in the attentive prompt of the page of the appointment for going out of the station, and after the appointment is completed, the business seat and station hall staff provide services for the passenger through the business seat standby system, as shown in fig. 11.
The specific process is as follows:
a. and (3) scanning the two-dimensional code by the passenger to open a small program, decoding and judging whether the smooth code scanned by the passenger is a business seat, and if not, setting the service button of the business seat to be gray and unavailable.
b. If the passenger directly opens the applet and logs in, the passenger can judge whether the passenger is a business seat passenger according to the ticket information of the passenger, and if the passenger is not a business seat passenger, the business seat service button is not available for ash setting.
c. And the passenger clicks the business seat service, and jumps to the login page if the passenger does not log in the business seat service.
d. The passenger clicks the business seat service- > business connecting page, fills in information such as train number and certificate, and submits the information. And after the business seat system verifies the passenger information, generating a station-receiving reservation list.
e. Before the passenger arrives, the business seat system reminds the reservation hall reception staff to process the reservation list of the passenger, and the reception staff dispatches the station reception reservation list to the service staff.
f. The service personnel service the passenger and the station-meeting reservation order is completed.
6. Business seat outbound guidance service description
1) The system prompts service personnel 1 hour before the arrival of the reserved passenger train, and simultaneously, the system can detect whether the current ticket state of the passenger is effective or not.
2) As shown in fig. 12, the service person completes the outbound guidance order and assigns the service person to receive the outbound guidance.
3) As shown in fig. 13, the system prints the outbound guidance service list, the service personnel contact the passenger in advance by telephone, after confirming the service requirement, the service list arrives at the door of the platform carriage in advance to wait for the passenger to arrive, and the passenger is guided to the special outbound passage to be outbound after receiving the passenger.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a railway business seat service system, which uses the above-mentioned railway business seat service method, as shown in fig. 14, and includes:
business pre-seat service module 10: the system comprises a special channel position information acquisition module, a special channel position information acquisition module and a special channel position information acquisition module, wherein the special channel position information acquisition module is used for pushing the special channel position information of the business seat passenger purchasing a business seat ticket, and the business seat passenger transmits the appointed outbound guide service information after filling the appointed outbound guide service information on line;
business seat arrival waiting service module 20: the system is used for recording the business seat passenger use channel information and the service hall information with successful identity verification and sending business seat passenger riding guide, boarding reminding, train right-and-late reminding and priority ticket checking related instructions to business seat service personnel;
business seat in-transit service module 30: the business seat passengers with successful identity verification identify the railway clear codes arranged on the business seats through the terminal equipment, enter a railway clear code service system, send business seat service requirement calls or reserve outbound guide service information on line, and submit business seat service requirement lists to the station-vehicle interaction system;
business seat outbound service module 40: the system is used for sending out the dispatch information of the outbound guide service and guiding the business seat passengers to finish the outbound.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a station-to-vehicle interaction system, where by using the above-described railway business seat service method, a station-to-vehicle terminal system includes a station-to-vehicle interaction device, and the station-to-vehicle interaction device includes:
a verification module: the business seat ticket information checking system is used for checking business seat ticket information;
the business seat service acceptance module: the call list is used for accepting the service requirement of the business seat for acceptance.
In a fifth aspect, the present application provides a computer device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the railway business seat service method according to the first aspect.
In a sixth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the railroad business seat service method according to the first aspect.
The computer device may comprise a processor 81 and a memory 82 in which computer program instructions are stored.
The memory 82 may be used to store or cache various data files that need to be processed and/or used for communication, as well as possible computer program instructions executed by the processor 81.
The processor 81 reads and executes computer program instructions stored in the memory 82 to implement any one of the above-described embodiments of the railway replenishment seat-lifting method.
In some of these embodiments, the computer device may also include a communication interface 83 and a bus 80. As shown in fig. 15, the processor 81, the memory 82, and the communication interface 83 are connected via the bus 80 to complete mutual communication.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A railroad level service system for railroad business support services, comprising:
the railway clear code management module: the method is used for uniformly managing the railway clear code, wherein the railway clear code is a unique character string ID, and the character string ID comprises the following fields: the background is associated with the displayed content of the clear codes, the batch numbers of the clear codes, the type of the clear codes, the road bureau, the vehicle bottom numbers, the carriage numbers, the seat numbers, the types of the seats and the validity period;
opening and closing the service module: the system is used for receiving a request for opening or closing the on-road service function and opening or closing the business seat service function by identifying the railway clear code;
business seat service module: the system is used for the business seat passenger to send business seat service demand call or outbound guide reservation service information on line and submit the business seat service demand list to a station-car interaction system;
a business seat inquiry module: and the system is used for inquiring the service requirement submission record and the state of the business seat passenger.
2. A railway business seat service method using the railway clear code service system for railway business seat service according to claim 1, comprising:
business pre-seat service step: pushing station-entering special channel position information to the business seat passenger who purchases the business seat ticket, and sending the reserved outbound guide service information after the business seat passenger fills the reserved outbound guide service information on line;
the business seat entering station waiting service step: recording the information of the commercial seat passenger using channel and the information of the service hall with the successful identity verification, and sending the riding guide, the boarding reminding, the train right-and-night reminding and the priority ticket checking related instructions of the commercial seat passenger to the commercial seat service personnel;
business seat in-transit service steps: the passenger of the commercial seat with successful identity verification identifies the railway clear code arranged on the commercial seat through terminal equipment, enters the railway clear code service system, sends out a commercial seat service requirement call or appoints outbound guide service information on line, and submits the commercial seat service requirement list to the station-vehicle interaction system;
business seat outbound service step: and sending out outbound guide service order information to guide the business seat passengers to finish outbound.
3. The railroad business seat service method of claim 2, wherein the business seat inbound waiting service step further comprises:
convenient ticket checking service steps: and sending out a passenger riding guide service order dispatching instruction of the commercial seats, and appointing service personnel to provide riding guide and priority ticket checking service.
4. The railroad business seat servicing method of claim 2, wherein said business seat in-transit servicing step further comprises:
calling a business seat: sending a business seat service demand call on line, and submitting the business seat service demand list to the station-vehicle interaction system;
an outbound reservation guiding step: and sending the outbound guide reservation service information on line.
5. The railroad business seat service method of claim 4, wherein the business seat call service step further comprises:
and (3) checking: decoding and judging whether the railway clear code identified by the passenger is arranged on a business seat or not, and judging whether the passenger is a business seat passenger logging in a 12306 account or not, otherwise, the business seat service is unavailable;
a calling step: the business seat passenger fills in ticket information and selects a calling service item, and the business seat passenger is used for verifying that a business seat ticket exists in a railway ticket system according to the ticket information, allowing a calling service button to be clicked, generating and sending a calling list to the station-car interaction system, and signing for receiving the calling list through a data sharing platform;
signing: after receiving the sign-in response, checking whether the current call list is signed in by other attendants, and if the current call list is signed in, returning that the sign-in is failed; if the passenger does not sign in, the state of the call list is modified, the sign-in is successful, and the crew member serves the passenger according to the passenger call request.
6. The railroad business seat service method of claim 4, wherein the outbound reservation guidance service step further comprises:
an appointment prompting step: prompting service personnel in a period of time before arrival of the train scheduled for departure, and simultaneously verifying whether the current ticket state of the passenger is valid by the system;
an outbound guiding step: the system is used for printing an outbound guide service list, and service personnel hold the outbound guide service list to complete the outbound guide service of the business seat passenger.
7. A railroad business seat service system using the railroad business seat service method according to any one of claims 2 to 6, comprising:
business pre-seat service module: the system comprises a station-entering special channel position information pushing device, a station-entering special channel position information pushing device and a station-entering special channel position information pushing device, wherein the station-entering special channel position information is used for pushing station-entering special channel position information to a business seat passenger who purchases a business seat ticket, and the business seat passenger sends the station-leaving special channel position information after filling in reservation station-leaving guide service information on line;
business seat arrival waiting service module: the business seat passenger usage channel information and the service hall information used for recording the identity verification success, and sending the business seat passenger riding guidance, boarding reminding, train right-and-late reminding and priority ticket checking related instructions to business seat service personnel;
business seat service module in transit: the business seat passengers with successful identity verification identify the railway clear codes arranged on the business seats through terminal equipment, enter the railway clear code service system, send business seat service requirement calls or reserve outbound guide service information on line, and submit the business seat service requirement lists to the station-vehicle interaction system;
business seat outbound service module: the system is used for sending out the dispatch information of the outbound guide service and guiding the business seat passengers to finish the outbound.
8. A station-to-vehicle interactive system using the railway business seat service method as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the station-to-vehicle terminal system comprises a station-to-vehicle interactive device, the station-to-vehicle interactive device comprising:
a verification module: the business seat ticket information checking system is used for checking business seat ticket information;
business seat service acceptance module: the system is used for receiving the business seat service requirement call list for acceptance.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the railroad business seat service method as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a railroad business seat service method according to any one of claims 2 to 6.
