The invention also proposes an online driver identity monitoring device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, the computer program implementing the steps of the method as described above when executed by the processor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the online driver identity monitoring device of the present embodiment may include: a processor 1001, e.g. a CPU, a network interface 1004, a user interface 1003, a memory 1005, a communication bus 1002. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a Display (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface 1003 may also include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the device shown in fig. 4 is not intended to be limiting of the device, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 4, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating device, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a driver identity online monitoring program.
In the apparatus shown in fig. 4, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting to a network server and performing data communication with the network server; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for interacting with a user terminal and receiving an instruction input by a user; and the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke the online driver status monitoring program stored in the memory 1005 and perform the following operations:
acquiring face image information of a driver in real time through the face acquisition device;
determining the identity of the driver according to the acquired facial image information of the driver, and performing online monitoring;
when the driver identity is detected to be changed, the change data of the driver identity and the current time and position information are recorded, and the change data of the driver identity and the current time and position information are sent to a management terminal.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to call the driver status online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
carrying out face recognition on the driver according to the collected face image information of the driver to obtain a face recognition result;
and comparing the face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determining the identity of a driver, carrying out online monitoring, and sending the monitoring result to a preset management terminal of a management cloud platform in real time.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the driver identity online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005 and perform the following operations:
and when the driver identity is detected to be changed into an illegal identity, sending a monitoring result to the management terminal in an alarm form.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the driver identity online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005 and perform the following operations:
and pre-storing the face identification information of the person with the driving qualification and the corresponding identity information in a management cloud platform database.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to call the driver status online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
sending the face image information of the driver acquired by the face acquisition device to a management cloud platform, and carrying out face identification on the driver by the management cloud platform to obtain a face identification result;
the management cloud platform searches a management cloud platform database, compares the face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determines the identity of a driver, carries out online monitoring, and sends the monitoring result to a preset management terminal of the management cloud platform in real time.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to call the driver status online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
the face acquisition device or the vehicle-mounted face recognition server carries out face recognition on the driver according to the acquired face image information to obtain a face recognition result;
and comparing and verifying a face recognition result with the prestored driver identity information by the face acquisition device or the vehicle-mounted face recognition server, determining the identity of the current driver, sending the determined driver identity information to the management cloud platform in a wireless communication manner, monitoring the identity of the driver on line by the management cloud platform, and sending the monitoring result to a preset management terminal of the management cloud platform in real time.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the driver identity online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005 and perform the following operations:
and in the process of changing shifts or driving of the driver, the face information of the driver is collected in real time through the face collecting device.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to call the driver status online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
and analyzing the driving time of the current driver according to the identity online monitoring data so as to carry out fatigue driving early warning according to the driving time of the current driver.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to call the driver status online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
and storing the real-time online monitoring data and/or the data of the identity verification to a management cloud platform, and correspondingly storing the driver identity information prestored in the management cloud platform so as to inquire historical data corresponding to the driver identity information.
Further, the processor 1001 may be further configured to invoke the driver identity online monitoring program stored in the memory 1005 and perform the following operations:
the management cloud platform is associated with the management terminal and the traffic law enforcement system, and whether the identity of the driver is legal or not is judged according to the online monitoring data and/or the identity verification data; and/or
When the face acquisition device is disconnected or an illegal driver is identified, the function of early warning or alarming is started to inform corresponding field personnel or management personnel or departments.
Furthermore, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the following operations:
acquiring face image information of a driver in real time through the face acquisition device;
determining the identity of the driver according to the collected facial image information of the driver, and carrying out online monitoring;
when the driver identity is detected to be changed, the change data of the driver identity and the current time and position information are recorded, and the change data of the driver identity and the current time and position information are sent to a management terminal.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
carrying out face recognition on the driver according to the collected face image information of the driver to obtain a face recognition result;
and comparing the face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determining the identity of a driver, carrying out online monitoring, and sending the monitoring result to a preset management terminal of a management cloud platform in real time.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
and when the driver identity is detected to be changed into an illegal identity, sending a monitoring result to the management terminal in an alarm form.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
and pre-storing the face identification information of the person with the driving qualification and the corresponding identity information in a management cloud platform database.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
sending the face image information of the driver acquired by the face acquisition device to a management cloud platform, and carrying out face identification on the driver by the management cloud platform to obtain a face identification result;
the management cloud platform searches a management cloud platform database, compares the face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determines the identity of a driver, carries out online monitoring, and sends the monitoring result to a preset management terminal of the management cloud platform in real time.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
the face acquisition device or the vehicle-mounted face recognition server carries out face recognition on the driver according to the acquired face image information to obtain a face recognition result;
the face acquisition device or the vehicle-mounted face recognition server compares a face recognition result with the prestored driver identity information for verification, determines the identity of the current driver, sends the determined driver identity information to the management cloud platform in a wireless communication mode, and the management cloud platform monitors the identity of the driver on line and sends the monitoring result to the preset management terminal of the management cloud platform in real time.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
and in the process of changing shifts or driving of the driver, the face information of the driver is collected in real time through the face collecting device.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
and analyzing the driving time of the current driver according to the identity online monitoring data so as to carry out fatigue driving early warning according to the driving time of the current driver.

and storing the real-time online monitoring data and/or the data of the identity verification to a management cloud platform, and correspondingly storing the driver identity information prestored in the management cloud platform so as to inquire historical data corresponding to the driver identity information.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
the management cloud platform is associated with the management terminal and the traffic law enforcement system, and whether the identity of the driver is legal or not is judged according to the online monitoring data and/or the identity verification data; and/or
When the face acquisition device is disconnected or an illegal driver is identified, the function of early warning or alarming is started to inform corresponding field personnel or management personnel or departments.
According to the scheme, the face image information of the driver is collected in real time through the face collecting device, and the driver at least comprises the driver; carrying out face recognition on the driver according to the collected face image information of the driver; the face recognition result and the driver identity information which is prestored are compared and verified, the identity of a driver is determined, online monitoring is carried out, the monitoring result is sent to the management terminal which is preset by the management cloud platform in real time, and therefore the flexible and convenient real-time online monitoring of the identity of the driver and the passenger in the vehicle is achieved, the intelligentization and the efficiency of personnel detection are improved, the safety requirement of special occasions is met, the mode can prevent the occurrence of midway person changing, the driving time of a certain driver can be analyzed through online data, and the fatigue driving early warning is carried out. In addition, the information of illegal personnel which may seriously harm public safety can be compared and early-warned in a special period, so that the travel safety of public transportation is guaranteed.

Claims (7)
1. A driver identity online monitoring method is characterized in that a face acquisition device is arranged in a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring face image information of a driver in real time through the face acquisition device;
determining the identity of the driver according to the collected facial image information of the driver, and carrying out online monitoring;
the step of determining the identity of the driver according to the collected facial image information of the driver and the step of performing online monitoring comprises the following steps:
carrying out face recognition on the driver according to the collected face image information of the driver to obtain a face recognition result;
comparing the face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determining the identity of a driver, performing online driver identity and fatigue driving monitoring, and sending the monitoring result to a management cloud platform in real time;
analyzing the result of the online monitoring to give an illegal driving alarm or a fatigue driving early warning to the current driver;
and storing the real-time online monitoring data to a management cloud platform, and correspondingly storing the real-time online monitoring data and driver identity card information prestored in the management cloud platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the driver identity is detected to be changed into an illegal identity, sending a monitoring result to the management cloud platform in an alarm form.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of recognizing the face of the driver according to the acquired facial image information of the driver comprises:
sending the face image information of the driver acquired by the face acquisition device to a management cloud platform, and carrying out face identification on the driver by the management cloud platform to obtain a face identification result;
the method comprises the following steps of comparing a face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determining the identity of a driver, and carrying out online monitoring, wherein the steps of:
and searching a management cloud platform database by the management cloud platform, comparing and verifying the face recognition result with prestored driver identity information, determining the identity of the driver, and carrying out online monitoring.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein driver identity information and a face recognition program are pre-stored in the face acquisition device or in a vehicle-mounted face recognition server; the step of carrying out face recognition on the driver according to the collected face image information of the driver comprises the following steps:
the face acquisition device or the vehicle-mounted face recognition server carries out face recognition on the driver according to the acquired face image information to obtain a face recognition result;
the method comprises the following steps of comparing a face recognition result with prestored driver identity information for verification, determining the identity of a driver, and carrying out online monitoring, wherein the steps of:
and comparing and verifying a face recognition result with the prestored driver identity information by the face acquisition device or the vehicle-mounted face recognition server, determining the identity of the current driver, sending the determined driver identity information to the management cloud platform in a wireless communication mode, and monitoring the identity of the driver on line by the management cloud platform.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and associating the management cloud platform with the traffic law enforcement system, and judging whether the identity of the driver is legal or not according to the online monitoring data and/or the identity verification data.
6. An online driver identity monitoring device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
