Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments, features and aspects of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, well known means within the skill of those in the art have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the invention.
The invention provides a vehicle toll payment method, which is realized by executing the steps of the method based on an execution main body of a vehicle-mounted assistant, wherein the vehicle-mounted assistant can be understood as an intelligent terminal, particularly a vehicle-mounted voice assistant, can have a voice interaction function, performs voice interaction with a driver, and automatically pays according to a voice instruction of the driver; the system can also carry out communication data transmission interaction with other control units or sensing units of the vehicle and a toll management platform of any toll road section, and can access any online high-definition map data and search through the Internet. The vehicle owner assistant binds a payment account number of the vehicle owner, such as an account number of a credit card and a payment password, so as to realize automatic payment.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment at least includes the following steps S1 to S4:
step S1, when a vehicle enters an entrance of a certain toll road section, a vehicle-mounted assistant and a toll management platform of the entrance of the certain toll road section interact to obtain toll standard information, and the toll is calculated according to the certain toll standard information to obtain a real-time first toll bill.
Specifically, each toll road section is configured with a toll management platform, such as an ETC popular in china, which is an all-weather unattended intelligent toll management system, and has a series of functions of detecting and confirming the coming and going of a complete set of vehicles, charging in the process, generating bills, issuing toll applications, charging, releasing and the like, which are controlled by an internet server. Generally, the vehicle state entering the toll road section monitoring range is as follows: waiting for entering, leaving and leaving four states; the waiting approach means that the vehicle waits to enter the toll road section at a certain entrance, the approach means that the vehicle enters the toll road section from a certain entrance, the waiting departure means that the vehicle waits to exit the toll road section at a certain exit, and the departure means that the vehicle exits the toll road section from a certain exit.
In general, the charging criteria for different charging sections may be different, such as: small-sized vehicle 2 tons (including 2 tons) of truck, 20 seats of passenger car, 0.45 yuan/km; a medium-sized vehicle is a freight car with more than 2 tons to 7 tons (including 7 tons) and a passenger car with more than 21 seats to 50 seats, and the freight car is 0.90 yuan/kilometer; large-sized vehicles with more than 7 tons to 20 tons (including 20 tons) trucks, passenger cars with more than 51 seats and sleeper buses, 1.462 yuan/kilometer; truck and container car with over 20 tons of extra large vehicle 2.138 yuan/km; therefore, in the embodiment, the vehicle-mounted assistant calculates the communication fee according to the actual charging standard of the charging road section and the number of kilometers of the vehicle in running to obtain the real-time first toll bill; for example, before the vehicle enters the entrance E1 of the toll road section # L1, the vehicle-mounted assistant may establish a communication connection with the toll management platform S1 of the toll road section # L1 in advance, and the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with the toll management platform S1 of the toll road section # L1 to obtain the toll standard information of the toll road section # L1; the number of kilometers traveled by the vehicle may be determined based on the distance between the location of the entrance E1 and the real-time location of the vehicle.
And S2, when the vehicle enters any exit branch line of the certain toll road section and the navigation distance between the vehicle and the exit branch line is less than or equal to a first preset distance threshold, the vehicle-mounted assistant outputs first prompt information for prompting the driver whether to automatically pay.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the determination is performed according to the navigation distance, where the navigation distance is a distance actually traveled by the vehicle from the current position to the destination, and is different from the straight-line distance; the first preset distance threshold is, for example, 200 meters, and may be specifically adjusted in practical applications.
Wherein, any toll road section has a plurality of exit branch lines, and each exit branch line leads to an exit; it can be understood that when the vehicle enters any exit branch line of the certain toll collection road section, it indicates that the vehicle is ready to drive out of the toll collection road section, at this time, if the navigation distance between the vehicle and the exit branch line is less than or equal to the first preset distance threshold, it indicates that the vehicle approaches the exit, the vehicle-mounted assistant outputs the first prompt information, the output mode of the first prompt information is preferably a voice broadcast mode, the content of the first prompt information may include the specific situation of the real-time first toll bill and whether the vehicle-mounted assistant is allowed to automatically pay, for example, "you have traveled X kilometers on the toll collection road section # L1, the toll is Y yuan, and please confirm whether to automatically pay", the generation of the first prompt information may be generated according to preset language materials, and specifically, may also be autonomously set according to the personal habits of the vehicle owner.
S3, when the vehicle-mounted assistant receives a first voice instruction sent by a driver, determining to enter an automatic payment mode or a manual payment mode according to the first voice instruction; if the toll collection mode is entered, the vehicle-mounted assistant and the toll management platform interact to obtain a second toll bill obtained by charging of the toll management platform, and the first toll bill and the second toll bill are compared;
specifically, after the first prompt message is output, if the vehicle-mounted assistant receives a first voice command sent by a driver, the vehicle-mounted assistant recognizes the first voice command, and determines whether the driver needs to pay automatically or manually according to a recognition result; the manual payment is that the driver carries out off-line payment by himself, and the vehicle-mounted assistant does not participate in the payment process; the automatic payment is carried out by the vehicle-mounted assistant on line;
further, if automatic payment is carried out, the vehicle-mounted assistant and the toll management platform are communicated and interacted to obtain a second toll bill obtained by charging of the toll management platform, and then the two bills are compared; as described above, the toll management platform calculates the toll of the vehicle entering the toll road section.
And S4, when the first toll bill is consistent with the second toll bill, when the vehicle reaches an exit of a toll road section, the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with a toll management platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment.
Specifically, the first toll bill is consistent with the second toll bill, that is, tolls respectively calculated by the vehicle-mounted assistant and the toll management platform are the same, which means that toll is reasonably collected, when the vehicle arrives at an exit of a toll section, the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with the toll management platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment, and after the payment is completed, the vehicle exits the toll section through an exit E1, for example.
In the implementation process of the method, the vehicle toll payment can be automatically realized by the vehicle-mounted assistant, so that the manual operation of a driver on the vehicle toll payment is greatly simplified, the convenience and the driving safety of the vehicle toll payment are improved, the vehicle-mounted assistant can also charge the toll bill, the toll bill is checked according to the charging result and the toll bill given by the toll management platform, whether automatic payment is carried out or not is determined according to the checking result, the safety of automatic payment of the vehicle toll can be improved, and the driving intelligent experience of a vehicle owner is improved under the condition of ensuring information and payment safety.
In a specific example, the vehicle assistant in step S4 interacts with the toll management platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment, and specifically includes:
when the vehicle reaches the exit of the toll road section, the vehicle-mounted assistant and the toll management platform interact to acquire vehicle state information; and if the vehicle state information is in a waiting departure state, the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with the toll management platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment, and outputs second prompt information of successful toll payment.
Specifically, as described above, the vehicle states include an entry state and a waiting exit state, when the vehicle arrives at an exit of a toll road section, the toll management platform recognizes that the vehicle has arrived at the exit, and updates the stored vehicle state corresponding to the vehicle from the entry state to the waiting exit state; at this time, the vehicle-mounted assistant and the toll management platform interactively acquire vehicle state information which is a waiting departure state, when the vehicle state is determined to be the waiting departure state, the vehicle-mounted assistant can pay and drive out a corresponding exit, the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with the toll management platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment, and outputs second prompt information of toll payment success, the output mode of the second prompt information is preferably a voice broadcast mode, the content of the second prompt information is, for example, "toll paid success", the second prompt information can be generated according to preset linguistic habits, and specifically, the second prompt information can be set independently according to the individual person of the vehicle owner.
In a specific example, the step S3 further includes:
performing voice recognition on the first voice instruction to obtain a voice feature and a voice text, and determining whether the voice feature is consistent with a pre-stored voice feature of the vehicle owner; if the voice text is consistent with the voice text and the voice text indicates that the automatic payment mode is entered, entering the automatic payment mode; and if the voice text is inconsistent or the voice text indicates that the manual payment mode is entered, entering the manual payment mode.
Specifically, whether the voice characteristic is consistent with a pre-stored voice characteristic of the vehicle owner is determined to verify the identity of the vehicle owner, whether the voice characteristic is a voice instruction sent by the vehicle owner is judged, the voice characteristic of the vehicle owner is pre-stored in the vehicle local, and if the voice characteristic is not the voice instruction sent by the vehicle owner, no authority is provided for controlling the vehicle-mounted assistant to carry out automatic payment operation; when the recognized current voice characteristic is consistent with the pre-stored voice characteristic of the vehicle owner, the voice instruction sent by the vehicle owner is indicated, at this moment, the voice instruction sent by the vehicle owner may agree to execute the automatic payment or prohibit the execution of the automatic payment, and specifically, whether the automatic payment mode or the manual payment mode is entered is determined according to the voice text.
Preferably, it can be specifically set as follows:
if the voice characteristics are inconsistent with the pre-stored voice characteristics of the car owner and the verification is not passed through, the voice prompt information is output again to prompt the re-verification, if the verification fails for 3 times, the automatic payment operation is quitted, and the voice prompt information is output to prompt the entering of a manual payment mode.
In a specific example, the step S4 further includes:
when the first toll bill and the second toll bill are inconsistent, judging whether the toll errors of the first toll bill and the second toll bill are within a preset error range;
specifically, the preset error range is that the vehicle owner sets the expense tolerance deviation in the vehicle-mounted assistant system in advance, for example, the expense error is within +/-3 yuan.
If the vehicle-mounted toll bill is within the preset error range, when the vehicle reaches an entrance and an exit of a toll road section, the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with a payment platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment;
specifically, for example, the cost error is within +/-3 yuan, the vehicle-mounted assistant only broadcasts the deviation condition, does not inquire whether the vehicle owner accepts or not, and accepts by default, so that the tedious operation is reduced, and the straight-through efficiency of the system is improved.
If the vehicle-mounted assistant is not within the preset error range, outputting third prompt information for requesting the driver to confirm the payment, and when the vehicle-mounted assistant receives a second voice instruction sent by the driver, determining whether to continue to execute the automatic payment mode or jump to the manual payment mode according to the second voice instruction; and if the automatic payment mode is continuously executed, when the vehicle reaches the exit of the toll road section, the vehicle-mounted assistant interacts with the payment platform according to the second toll bill to complete payment.
Specifically, if the +/-3-element cost deviation range is exceeded, the vehicle assistant continues to ask whether to accept or not by voice, and the vehicle owner can issue a voice instruction to select "confirm" or "not accept" according to the actual situation. And if the owner selects 'not accept', the voice prompt enters a manual operation payment mode. If the owner selects 'confirmation', the owner continues to stay in the automatic payment mode to avoid the condition that the owner is charged by some systems in a mess or stolen by illegal systems to swipe the card.
In a specific example, the method further comprises the steps of Step 11-14:
step11, in the driving process of the vehicle, periodically searching all toll road section entries with the distance from the vehicle to the straight line being less than or equal to a second preset distance threshold on a map through the Internet by a vehicle-mounted assistant;
for example, a scene schematic diagram of the toll road section is shown in fig. 2, the second preset distance threshold is 5km, the vehicle-mounted assistant automatically starts a background after the engine of the vehicle is started, and based on the driving direction of the vehicle, the vehicle GPS positioning information and the image information of the vehicle front camera, for example, what road and what lane the vehicle is on at present, and in combination with real-time map road conditions, for example, smoothness, congestion, traffic control, and the like, all toll road section entries within a range of which the distance to the vehicle is less than or equal to 5km from a straight line are periodically searched on the map through the internet; step11, performing intelligent search for one time;
step12, obtaining vehicle positioning information, and carrying out simulated navigation according to the vehicle positioning information, all toll road section entrances and map data to obtain navigation distances between a vehicle and all toll road section entrances;
specifically, step12 is a secondary intelligent search based on the search result of Step11, and assuming that the search result of Step11 obtains 5 toll road section entries, a shortest route planning mode is selected through a route planning mode in current simulated navigation, and with the current location position of the vehicle as a starting point, real route search and planning are respectively performed on the 5 toll road section entry targets from the starting point, and the length of an actual route, that is, the real shortest distance from the starting point to a target location, that is, the shortest distance from the vehicle to the toll station entry, is calculated, so as to obtain 5 real distance values, that is, the navigation distance; it should be noted that, when simulating navigation, for the same target location, there are a plurality of different navigation routes, and distances of different navigation routes are different, and in this embodiment, the shortest navigation route is selected to calculate the navigation distance.
It should be noted that, the simulated navigation is to obtain many feasible routes, i.e. feasible routes obtained by simulating the process of the vehicle traveling from the starting point to the ending point, when the vehicle is legally traveling according to the current real-time conditions of the vehicle, including the current position, the traveling direction of the vehicle, the lane (e.g. going straight, turning left, turning around, etc.) in which the vehicle is located, and the position of the target point, according to the traffic laws and regulations, in the case of legal traveling of the vehicle, for example, considering that the straight lane may limit turning, the turning lane may limit going straight, the turning left lane may limit turning around, etc. These routes have various attributes such as actual distance, running time, driving safety (e.g., major roads, minor roads), etc., and additional costs are incurred to travel through the route section to be charged. The distance results searched in the existing map searching function are all straight-line distances, which is not convenient enough. For example, a gas station opposite to a road where the vehicle is located is searched in the map, and as a result of the search, the distance from the vehicle to the gas station is 20m, but the vehicle may need to go straight for 6km in actual road conditions before turning around to the opposite side of the current road, that is, the actual driving distance is more than 12 km. However, the actual distance of the gas station obtained by the above-mentioned secondary intelligent search mode is 12km, not 20m, which is a more scientific and convenient place for the search mode.
Step13, screening all target toll road section entrances of which the navigation distance with the vehicle is less than or equal to a third preset distance threshold value, acquiring platform information of toll management platforms corresponding to all the target toll road section entrances, and sequencing all the target toll road section entrances according to a sequencing mode of the navigation distance from near to far to obtain a current management platform list; wherein the third predetermined distance threshold < the second predetermined distance threshold;
for example, the second preset distance threshold is 500m, the vehicle-mounted assistant searches a road section entrance of a toll road section within a range of 500m from the vehicle in real time according to the secondary intelligent search mode, once the toll road section entrance is found, the vehicle-mounted assistant searches a toll management platform corresponding to the toll road section entrance in real time, and sorts the toll management platform according to a principle from near to far to obtain a current management platform list.
Step14, outputting platform information of the first n toll management platforms of the current management platform list in a voice broadcasting mode to prompt a driver; wherein n is a positive integer greater than 0.
Specifically, the first 1-3 of the current management platform list, that is, n is 3, can be selected and briefly broadcasted to the vehicle owner in a voice mode, for example, the toll management platform a #, the toll management platform B #, and the toll management platform C #, wherein theoretically, the toll management platform a # is nearest at this moment; after the platform information of the first n toll management platforms of the current management platform list is output in a voice broadcasting mode, the previous steps are returned to continue searching and refreshing the ranking of the current management platform list, and when the refreshing frequency is 10 seconds each time and the contents such as the result, the ranking and the like are changed, the Step14 is executed again to carry out voice brief broadcasting.
In a specific example, the method further comprises the steps of Step 21-22:
step21, when the navigation distance between at least one toll road section entrance and the vehicle is smaller than or equal to a fourth preset distance threshold value, the vehicle-mounted assistant establishes communication connection with the toll management platforms of the previous n toll road sections according to a preset vehicle owner account number, and interacts with the toll management platforms of the one or more toll road sections to acquire vehicle entrance information.
Specifically, the fourth preset distance threshold may be 200m. That is, when the vehicle assistant searches a range of 200 meters from the entrance of any toll road section by the vehicle according to the secondary intelligent search mode, the vehicle assistant starts to automatically connect the toll management platforms of the n toll management sections, such as the toll management platform a #, the toll management platform B #, and the toll management platform C #, with the preset vehicle access account containing the owner information, theoretically, the toll management platform a # is nearest, and starts to automatically and circularly inquire the vehicle entrance information of the vehicle on the 3 toll management platforms.
