本发明涉及一种车辆构造及车辆中的托架。车辆构造具备车身、设置于所述车身的托架、安装于所述托架的保险杠罩及安装于所述托架的立体物检知装置。

车辆构造及车辆中的托架
技术领域
本说明书公开的技术涉及车辆构造。
背景技术
开发出了检知存在于车辆的周围的立体物(例如行人、其他车辆及建造物等)的立体物检知装置。日本特开2017-215186公开在设置于车辆的车身的专用托架安装作为立体物检知装置的一例的雷达装置的技术。
发明内容
在日本特开2017-215186的技术中,由于立体物检知装置经由专用托架而固定于车辆的车身,所以存在部件件数增加这一问题。
本发明的第一方案的车辆构造具备:车身;托架,设置于所述车身;保险杠罩,安装于所述托架;及立体物检知装置,安装于所述托架。
在上述方案的车辆构造中,所述立体物检知装置可以是雷达装置,以与能够使电波透过的车身的一部分相对的方式配置,构成为透过所述车身的一部分而收发电波。
在上述方案的车辆构造中,所述保险杠罩可以是后保险杠罩。
上述方案的车辆构造可以还具备:后组合灯,安装于所述车身;及灯装饰件,配置于所述后组合灯的下方。所述立体物检知装置可以是雷达装置,以与所述灯装饰件相对的方式配置,构成为透过所述灯装饰件而收发电波。
在上述方案的车辆构造中,所述灯装饰件可以固定于所述保险杠罩。
在上述方案的车辆构造中,所述立体物检知装置可以配置于比保险杠罩靠车室侧处,在所述立体物检知装置与保险杠罩之间设置有空间。
本发明的第二方案的车辆中的托架具备:保险杠罩安装部,将保险杠罩安装于车辆的车身;及立体物检知装置安装部,供立体物检知装置安装。
在上述的车辆构造中,在共用的所述托架安装所述保险杠罩和所述立体物检知装置双方。即,所述托架兼任用于安装所述保险杠罩的托架和用于安装所述立体物检知装置的托架。这样,上述的车辆构造能够抑制部件件数的增加并在车辆安装所述立体物检知装置。

具体实施方式
本说明书公开的车辆构造的一实施方式能够具备车身、设置于所述车身的托架、安装于所述托架的保险杠罩及安装于所述托架的立体物检知装置。所述保险杠罩可以是设置于车辆的前端的前保险杠罩,也可以是设置于车辆的后端的后保险杠罩。所述立体物检知装置只要能够检知存在于车辆的周围的立体物(例如行人、其他车辆及建造物等)即可,其种类不特别限定。虽然是一例,但所述立体物检知装置可以是利用电波来检知存在于车辆的周围的立体物的位置的雷达装置。
在所述保险杠罩是所述后保险杠罩的情况下,上述实施方式的车辆构造可以还具备安装于所述车身的后组合灯和配置于所述后组合灯的下方的灯装饰件。在该情况下,所述立体物检知装置是雷达装置,以与所述灯装饰件相对的方式配置,构成为透过所述灯装饰件而收发电波。根据该车辆构造,即使在例如所述后保险杠罩被金属涂装的情况下,所述雷达装置也能够透过所述灯装饰件而收发电波,因此电波不被所述后保险杠罩吸收或散射。因而,电波的强度不会大幅衰减,因此所述雷达装置能够良好地检测立体物。在该实施例中,所述立体物检知装置以与所述灯装饰件相对的方式配置,但该结构不是限定性的。根据需求,例如,根据车身的高度,所述立体物检知装置不管安装于所述托架的哪个位置都行。
在上述实施方式的车辆构造中,所述灯装饰件可以固定于所述保险杠罩。
如图1所示,车辆构造10具备后车门12、后保险杠罩13、灯装饰件14、托架16、雷达装置17及后组合灯18。需要说明的是,雷达装置17是立体物检知装置的一例。
后车门12配置于车辆的后部,经由铰链(图示省略)而以能够在上下方向上摆动的方式安装于构成车辆的骨架的车身。通过后车门12摆动,车辆的后部被开放及封闭。
后保险杠罩13配置于车辆的后端,如后所述,经由托架16而安装于构成车辆的骨架的车身。安装有后保险杠罩13的托架16的部位是保险杠罩安装部。后保险杠罩13在后车门12的下方沿着车宽方向延伸。虽然不特别限定,但后保险杠罩13例如可以由树脂构成。后保险杠罩13被涂装成与车辆整体同色,虽然不特别限定,但可以由包含光亮材料(例如铝片)的金属涂料涂装。
灯装饰件14固定于后保险杠罩13的上缘。因而,灯装饰件14在后保险杠罩13安装于托架16时,配置于后组合灯18的下方,与后组合灯18连续而构成灯的外观设计的一部分。虽然不特别限定,但灯装饰件14例如可以由树脂构成。灯装饰件14构成为能够使雷达装置17收发的电波透过,被涂装成不透明(例如黑色)。灯装饰件14也可以未被金属涂装,以使得能够使雷达装置17收发的电波透过。
如图2所示,托架16通过紧固件(例如螺栓等)而固定于构成车辆的骨架的车身20。虽然不特别限定,但托架16例如可以具有固定爪16a。在该例子中,通过托架16的固定爪16a向设置于后保险杠罩13的背面的嵌合孔13a嵌入,后保险杠罩13经由托架16而固定于车身20。托架16的固定爪16a是保险杠罩安装部的一例。
雷达装置17是用于检知存在于车辆后方的立体物(例如行人、其他车辆及建造物等)的装置。虽然不特别限定,但雷达装置17可以构成为:放射例如毫米波段的电波,接收由存在于放射范围内的立体物反射出的电波,基于从发送电波到接收电波为止的时间等来算出立体物的位置。
雷达装置17安装于托架16的部位是立体物检知装置安装部。虽然不特别限定,但雷达装置17例如可以经由卡合构件(图示省略)而安装于托架16。雷达装置17以在车辆前后方向上与灯装饰件14相对的方式配置。由此,雷达装置17收发的电波能够透过灯装饰件14。
后组合灯18经由紧固件(图示省略)而固定于构成车辆的骨架的车身20。在图2中,仅图示了构成后组合灯18的灯罩,以省略光源等的方式图示。虽然不特别限定,但构成后组合灯18的灯罩例如可以由树脂构成。如上所述,后组合灯18配置于灯装饰件14的上方,与灯装饰件14连续配置。需要说明的是,后组合灯18构成为来自其光源的光不到达灯装饰件14。因此,灯装饰件14不具有发光功能。
如上所述,雷达装置17安装于供后保险杠罩13安装的托架16。即,托架16兼任用于安装后保险杠罩13的托架和用于安装雷达装置17的托架。这样,在车辆构造10中,能够在抑制部件件数的增加的同时在车辆安装雷达装置17。
另外,雷达装置17以与灯装饰件14相对的方式配置,构成为透过灯装饰件14而收发电波。因而,即使在例如后保险杠罩13被金属涂装的情况下,雷达装置17收发的电波也不被后保险杠罩13吸收或散射,因此电波的强度不会大幅衰减。另外,在别的实施例中,雷达装置17也可以以与能够使电波透过的车身的一部分相对的方式配置,构成为透过所述车身的一部分而收发电波。
另外,通过雷达装置17安装于托架16,雷达装置17配置于比后保险杠罩13靠车辆前后方向上的前方处,在雷达装置17与后保险杠罩13之间形成空间。因而,即使在因碰撞等而后保险杠罩13发生了损伤的情况下,雷达装置17的损伤也被抑制。另外,在别的实施例中,在所述保险杠罩是前保险杠罩的情况下,通过雷达装置17安装于托架16,雷达装置17配置于比前保险杠罩靠车辆前后方向上的后方处,在雷达装置17与前保险杠罩之间形成空间。因而,即使在因碰撞等而前保险杠罩发生了损伤的情况下,雷达装置17的损伤也被抑制。换言之,所述立体物检知装置配置于比保险杠罩靠车室侧处,在所述立体物检知装置与保险杠罩之间设置有空间。

1.一种车辆构造,其特征在于,具备:
车身;
托架,设置于所述车身;
保险杠罩,安装于所述托架;及
立体物检知装置,安装于所述托架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆构造,其特征在于,
所述立体物检知装置是雷达装置,以与能够使电波透过的车身的一部分相对的方式配置,构成为透过所述车身的一部分而收发电波。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆构造,其特征在于,
所述保险杠罩是后保险杠罩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆构造,其特征在于,
所述车辆构造还具备:
后组合灯,安装于所述车身;及
灯装饰件,配置于所述后组合灯的下方,
其中,所述立体物检知装置是雷达装置,以与所述灯装饰件相对的方式配置,构成为透过所述灯装饰件而收发电波。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆构造,其特征在于,
所述灯装饰件固定于所述保险杠罩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆构造,其特征在于,
所述立体物检知装置配置于比保险杠罩靠车室侧处,在所述立体物检知装置与保险杠罩之间设置有空间。
7.一种车辆中的托架,其特征在于,具备:
保险杠罩安装部,将保险杠罩安装于车辆的车身;及
立体物检知装置安装部,供立体物检知装置安装。
