In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship, unless otherwise specified.
A power supply module and a control device are arranged in the commercial dishwasher, wherein the power supply module is used for supplying power, and the control device is used for controlling all devices in the dishwasher to work. The control equipment is connected with the electronic equipment of the leasing enterprise end, and is used for sending data by the leasing enterprise end and receiving an instruction output by the leasing enterprise end.
The embodiment of the application provides a commercial dishwasher diagnosis and monitoring method, which is executed by a control device of a commercial dishwasher and comprises the following steps:
and S101, obtaining the oil stain grade and the average single cleaning amount of tableware in catering enterprises.
The tableware oil stain grade is a grade representing the oil stain degree of daily used tableware of catering enterprises, and the average single cleaning amount is the average value of the quantity of the tableware cleaned by the commercial dish washer each time;
specifically, the oil stain degrees of the tableware used by different catering enterprises in daily life are different, for example, the oil stain degree of the tableware in a hot pot restaurant is higher, and the oil stain grade of the tableware in a western-style restaurant is lower than that of the hot pot restaurant; therefore, in order to grade the oil stain degree of tableware of catering enterprises, the oil stain grade of the tableware is divided into preset grade gradients comprising a first oil stain grade, a second oil stain grade and a third oil stain grade. Each catering enterprise corresponds to one tableware oil stain grade.
The tableware greasy dirt degree of tableware, influenced the residual volume in commercial dish washer after the tableware is washd at every turn, to the great food and beverage enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree, for example hot pot shop, compare in the little food and beverage enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree, it remains the greasy dirt in the gap of commercial dish washer to change, get off for a long time and will influence the cleaning performance of dish washer, consequently when regularly washing, the cleaning cycle of the big food and beverage enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree is short in the little food and beverage enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree, otherwise, the food and beverage enterprise that tableware greasy dirt degree is big will have the poor probability of cleaning performance, or, the little food and beverage enterprise of tableware greasy dirt degree need not wash and wash temporarily, and there is the probability of extravagant manpower and materials.
For different catering enterprises, the number of the tableware cleaned at each time is different, and the catering enterprises with the larger number of the tableware cleaned at a time generally have more residual oil stains in gaps in commercial dish washers after cleaning. Thus, the single wash volume and the dish soil rating together define the wash cycle for the periodic wash.
Wherein the average single wash volume represents a balance of the number of washes per time, representing the number of dish washes per time. In one achievable approach, the average single wash volume is obtained by: and acquiring the total cleaning amount in the preset period and the cleaning times in the preset period, calculating the ratio of the total cleaning amount to the cleaning times, and generating the average single cleaning amount, wherein the ratio represents the number of the tableware cleaned each time. The preset period can be one week or two weeks, the cleaning total amount can be obtained by manual statistics, the cleaning times can also be obtained by manual statistics, and the cleaning times can also be obtained by operation data in a commercial dish washer. For example, if the total number of washes is 180 and the number of washes is 6, the average single wash volume is 30.
In another possible implementation manner, the average single-time washing amount may be obtained by obtaining the number of single-time dishes in each washing, and calculating an average value of the number of single-time dishes according to all the number of single-time dishes in the preset period to generate the average single-time washing amount.
And S102, determining the period cleaning time according to the oil stain grade of the tableware and the average single cleaning amount.
And the periodic cleaning time length is the total cleaning time length between two adjacent regular maintenance.
In particular, the washing time period is the running time period of the commercial dishwasher when the appliance is in operation for washing dishes, not including the standby time period when the commercial dishwasher is in the unwashed operating state. All the operation periods of the commercial dishwasher between the last washing and the current washing are periodic washing periods.
In order to individually set the periodic cleaning duration of the catering enterprise and improve the service quality of periodic maintenance, the periodic cleaning duration corresponding to the catering enterprise is determined jointly according to the oil stain level and the average single cleaning amount of tableware of the catering enterprise.
In one possible implementation manner, in step S102, the cycle cleaning time length is determined according to the level of the greasy dirt on the tableware and the average single cleaning amount, and includes:
step S1021 (not shown in the figure), firstly, determining a basic period duration according to the oil stain level of the tableware;
specifically, each level of soil on tableware corresponds to a standard cleaning volume and a base cycle duration, which characterizes the cycle cleaning duration at that level of soil on tableware and the corresponding standard cleaning volume, for example: the tableware oil stain grade is a first oil stain grade, the corresponding standard cleaning amount is 30, and the corresponding basic cycle time length is 100h, namely, catering enterprises with the tableware oil stain grade being the first oil stain grade, if the average single cleaning amount is 30, when the time length of the dishwasher in the cleaning working state is accumulated to reach 100h when the dishwasher is started, the cleaning is carried out for one time, after the cleaning is finished, the accumulated time is cleared and continues to be accumulated, and when the time length reaches 100h again, the next cleaning is carried out.
The standard cleaning amount corresponding to different tableware oil stain grades can be the same or different, and the standard cleaning amount is taken as an example for explanation. If the standard cleaning amount under each grade is the same standard number, and the first oil stain grade is greater than the second oil stain grade and greater than the third oil stain grade, the basic cycle time corresponding to the first oil stain grade is shorter than the basic cycle time corresponding to the second oil stain grade and is shorter than the basic cycle time corresponding to the third oil stain grade; for example, the basic cycle duration corresponding to the first oil stain level is 100h, the basic cycle duration corresponding to the second oil stain level is 150h, and the basic cycle duration corresponding to the third oil stain level is 200h.
Step S1022 (not shown), determining the cycle cleaning time length according to the average single cleaning amount and the basic cycle time length.
Specifically, the ratio of the standard cleaning amount to the average single cleaning amount is calculated first, and then the product of the ratio and the basic cycle time length is calculated as the cycle cleaning time length.
When the standard cleaning amount is larger than the average single cleaning amount, the ratio of the standard cleaning amount to the average single cleaning amount is larger than 1, the number of the tableware cleaned in each time is smaller than the standard number of the tableware cleaned corresponding to the basic period duration, and the number of the tableware cleaned in each time is small, so that the residual oil stain amount is small in the same cleaning time, the period of each periodic maintenance is larger than the period corresponding to the standard cleaning amount, namely the corresponding period cleaning duration is correspondingly increased on the basis of the basic period duration. Multiplying the ratio of the two times the basic cycle time to obtain a cycle cleaning time longer than the basic cycle time, for example, under the first oil stain level, the corresponding basic cycle time is 100h, and the standard cleaning amount is 30; catering enterprise a, also the first oil pollution grade, if the average single cleaning amount is 15, the periodic cleaning time is equal to (30/15) = 100=200h;
similarly, if the standard cleaning amount is less than the average single cleaning amount (the difference is negative), the number of the dishes cleaned at each time is greater than the standard number of the dishes cleaned corresponding to the duration of the basic cycle, and if the number of the dishes cleaned at each time is greater than the standard number of the dishes cleaned corresponding to the duration of the basic cycle, the residual oil contamination amount within the same cleaning time is greater, and the period of each periodic maintenance is smaller than the period corresponding to the standard cleaning amount, that is, the cleaning duration of the corresponding period is correspondingly reduced on the basis of the duration of the basic cycle. Multiplying the ratio of the two times the basic cycle duration to obtain a cycle cleaning duration which is less than the basic cycle duration, for example, catering business B also has the first oil contamination level, and if the average single cleaning amount is 60, the cycle cleaning duration is equal to (30/60) × 100=50h.
The mode of determining the periodic cleaning time length together according to the average single cleaning amount and the oil stain grade of the tableware determines that the determined cleaning interval period is more accurate.
And S103, acquiring the single-day washing time of the commercial dishwasher for washing tableware in the catering enterprise.
Wherein the single-day washing duration represents the total duration of the working state of the commercial dishwasher of the catering enterprise per day.
Specifically, for example, a commercial dishwasher of the catering enterprise a needs to work 4 times a day, and the washing time of each time is 0.5h, so that the single-day washing time of the catering enterprise a is 2h; if the service time of the commercial dish washer is different, the washing time of each time is added to determine the washing time of a single day.
If the daily working times of the catering enterprises are different, acquiring the total cleaning time in the preset sampling period according to the preset sampling period, and calculating the ratio of the total cleaning time to the number of days contained in the preset sampling period, so that the single-day cleaning time can be estimated. For example, the preset sampling period is one week, including 7 days, the total cleaning time within 7 days is 14h, and the single-day cleaning time is 2h.
And step S104, determining a maintenance period according to the single-day cleaning time and the periodic cleaning time.
Wherein the maintenance period is the number of days between two adjacent regular repairs.
And S105, feeding back the maintenance cycle to the electronic equipment of the rental enterprise terminal.
The rental enterprise terminal is used for maintaining the catering enterprises regularly according to the maintenance period.
Specifically, the periodic cleaning time length and the single-day cleaning time length of the catering enterprise are determined in the steps S101 to S103, namely the total periodic cleaning time length corresponding to the period of the regular maintenance service is determined, and the daily working time length of the dishwasher of the catering enterprise is estimated; the total number of days of the interval between two adjacent times of maintenance can be determined by calculating the ratio of the cleaning time of the period to the cleaning time of a single day, namely the maintenance period is determined. For example: the single-day cleaning time of the catering enterprise A is 2 hours, the periodic cleaning time of the catering enterprise A is 50 hours, the corresponding maintenance period of the catering enterprise A is 25 days, and the renting enterprise end of the commercial dishwasher needs to carry out home maintenance service every 25 days.
The maintenance period is fed back to the leasing enterprise terminal, the leasing enterprise terminal can periodically go to the catering enterprise to carry out cleaning and inspection on the commercial dish washing machine according to the maintenance period, and then goes to the catering enterprise to carry out maintenance services such as door cleaning and inspection at an interval of 25 days after the cleaning and inspection are finished every time. The quality of maintenance service of the rental enterprise terminal is improved, and the rental enterprise terminal is convenient to uniformly manage rented commercial dish washing machines.
The embodiment of the application provides a diagnosis and monitoring method for a commercial dish washing machine, which is characterized in that the periodic cleaning time length of a catering enterprise is determined according to the oil stain grades of tableware of different catering enterprises and the average single cleaning amount, namely all the cleaning time lengths of maintenance intervals for regularly maintaining the catering enterprise are determined; determining the number of days for maintaining the maintenance interval of the catering enterprise regularly according to the single-day cleaning time length and the periodic cleaning time length of the catering enterprise, namely determining the maintenance period; and the corresponding leasing enterprise terminal periodically goes to the catering enterprise to carry out maintenance work according to the maintenance period. The leasing enterprise terminal carries out individualized regular maintenance on the commercial dish washing machines of all the catering enterprises according to different requirements of different catering enterprises, can reduce resource waste and improve the effect of regular maintenance, and improves the experience of leasing the commercial dish washing machines of the catering enterprises.
In step S101, a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the application obtains the oil stain level of tableware in catering enterprises, including:
step S1011 (not shown in the drawing), first image information of the inside of the commercial dishwasher before washing is acquired.
Step S1012 (not shown), according to the first image information, each tableware and oil stains in the first image information are identified.
Step S1013 (not shown) is performed based on the area ratio of the oil stain in the first image information to the image.
Step S1014 (not shown), determining a preset interval where the area ratio is located, and determining the oil stain level of the tableware according to the preset interval.
Specifically, in order to improve the accuracy of estimating the level of greasy dirt on tableware, after the commercial dishwasher is put into use, first image information before the interior of the commercial dishwasher is not cleaned is obtained, when the commercial dishwasher is used for the first time, each tableware is placed according to a standard, the surface of the tableware is within a range shot by a camera of the commercial dishwasher, and the shot first image information comprises an image of the surface of the tableware with greasy dirt.
One or more dishes and oil stains on each dish in the first image information are identified according to the first image information before no cleaning.
If one tableware is identified, determining the area proportion of the tableware corresponding to the tableware, wherein the area proportion of the tableware is the proportion of the whole image occupied by the tableware; identifying oil stains on the tableware and the oil stain area ratio corresponding to the oil stains, wherein the oil stain area ratio is the ratio of the oil stains to the whole image; and calculating the ratio of the oil stain area ratio to the tableware area ratio to determine the ratio of the oil stain to the whole tableware area, wherein the larger the ratio is, the higher the oil stain grade of the tableware is represented.
If a plurality of identified tableware are available, determining the area proportion of each tableware in the whole image, wherein the area proportion of each tableware is the sum of the area proportions of the tableware; the oil stain on each tableware is identified, the area proportion of the oil stain on each tableware is added to obtain the oil stain area proportion of all the oil stains, and then the ratio of the oil stain area proportion to the tableware area proportion is calculated, so that the proportion of the oil stain to the whole tableware area can be determined, and the oil stain grade of the tableware can be further determined.
The mode of determining the tableware area ratio and the oil stain area ratio may be a mode of inputting first image information including tableware into a trained deep learning model and then outputting the tableware area ratio and the oil stain area ratio. Wherein, the trained deep learning model can be a neural network. The trained sample set is first image information marked with the tableware area proportion and the oil stain area proportion, and the deep learning model is obtained by training a large number of sample sets.
The inside at least one ratio interval that has preset according to grade gradient arrangement of controlgear in the commercial dish washer, every tableware greasy dirt grade corresponds respectively has a ratio interval, and when the proportion of the shared whole tableware area of greasy dirt, was in the ratio interval that corresponds, the tableware greasy dirt grade of this enterprise of characterization was the tableware greasy dirt grade that this ratio interval corresponds. For example, the ratio interval includes a first ratio interval (corresponding to a first oil stain level), a second ratio interval (corresponding to a second oil stain level), and a third ratio interval (corresponding to a third oil stain level), where the first ratio interval is (70%, 100%), the second ratio interval is (40% ~ 70%), the third ratio interval is (0% ~ 40%), and if the proportion of the oil stains to the entire tableware area is 80%, the tableware oil stain level corresponding to the enterprise is the first oil stain level.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method for feeding back the maintenance period to the electronic device of the rental enterprise further includes:
step Sa1 (not shown in the drawing) of acquiring second image information of the inside of the commercial dishwasher every time the commercial dishwasher completes a washing job;
step Sa2 (not shown in the figure), identifying the tableware in the second image information, and judging whether the tableware still has oil stains;
step Sa3 (not shown in the figure), if the operation data exists, acquiring operation data of all devices in the commercial dishwasher, comparing the operation data of each device with corresponding normal operation data, and judging whether each device is abnormal;
in step Sa4 (not shown), if any device is abnormal, all the operation data is sent to the electronic device at the rental enterprise side.
Specifically, after the commercial dishwasher completes the washing operation, in order to determine whether oil stains still exist on each tableware in the commercial dishwasher, the washing effect of the current commercial dishwasher is determined.
Therefore, after each time the commercial dishwasher completes the washing operation, the second image information of the inside of the commercial dishwasher after one time of washing is acquired. After each time of washing, a second image is generated, and the example of washing operation completed by any commercial dishwasher is explained.
Oil contamination is first identified from the second image information according to a target identification algorithm, which may be a yolo algorithm. If oil stains are identified in the current tableware, the washing effect of the commercial dishwasher is poor, in order to find out factors influencing the washing effect, the operation data of each execution device in the commercial dishwasher is acquired, and the operation data is related operation parameters generated in the operation process of the dishwasher, such as: the amount of water used by the dishwasher, the water level of the dishwasher, parameters of the respective devices of the dishwasher, etc. The normal operation data is data when the dishwasher operates normally, and may be data measured when the dishwasher leaves a factory, or data when a commercial dishwasher operates for the first time in the catering enterprise.
And each device corresponds to one operation data, whether the operation data of each device is abnormal or not is judged respectively, and when the deviation between the operation data and the normal operation data reaches a preset condition, the device is judged to be abnormal. And when the deviation between the operation data and the normal operation data is small and does not reach the preset condition, representing that the equipment is normal. When all the operation parameter data are in the normal range, the reason for representing that the current commercial dishwasher has poor cleaning effect is other factors, such as insufficient detergent or too much cleaning amount, and the like, and the device inside the current commercial dishwasher is represented to be not in failure.
When any one equipment is abnormal, the current commercial dish washer of representation has an anomaly, and all operation data of commercial dish washer are sent to the electronic equipment of lease enterprise end this moment to the staff knows the particular case of current commercial dish washer inside breaking down, and then carries the equipment part that needs to be changed when going to the food and beverage enterprise, raises the efficiency.
In a possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, in step Sa3, compare the operation data of each device with the corresponding normal operation data, and determine whether each device is abnormal, including:
in step Sb1 (not shown), if all the apparatuses are not abnormal, the combination of the cleaning operations before the current cleaning operation is determined,
the cleaning operation combination comprises a preset number of cleaning operations which are sequentially and adjacently arranged according to a time sequence, and the last cleaning operation in the cleaning operation combination is the last cleaning operation before the current cleaning operation.
Step Sb2 (not shown in the figure), obtaining all cleaning results of the cleaning operation combination, the cleaning results including normal results and abnormal results;
wherein the abnormal result indicates that the surface of the tableware still has a dirty result after the tableware is washed.
And step Sb3 (not shown in the figure), calculating an abnormal probability according to all the cleaning results, generating an abnormal early warning if the abnormal probability is greater than a preset probability threshold, and sending the abnormal early warning and all the operation data to the electronic device at the rental enterprise side.
Specifically, if all the devices are judged to be normal according to the operation data, in order to reduce the false alarm rate, the cleaning results of several cleaning operations before the completion of the cleaning operation are further judged to determine whether an abnormality exists.
Here, the preset number of times of washing operation before the current washing operation is set as one washing operation combination, for example, the current commercial dishwasher is used 200 times in total, the current washing operation is 200 times, and if the preset number is 10, the washing operation combination includes 199 th washing operation, 198 th washing operation, 197 th washing operation, 196 th washing operation, 195 th washing operation, 194 th washing operation, 193 th washing operation, 192 th washing operation, 191 th washing operation, and 189 th washing operation.
And calculating the proportion of the times of the cleaning operation with poor cleaning effect to the times of the total cleaning operation combination according to all the cleaning results in the cleaning operation combination, and generating the abnormal probability. For example, if 5 cleaning operations with abnormal cleaning results are included in the 199 th to 189 th cleaning operations, and 5 cleaning operations with normal cleaning results have an abnormal probability of 50%. The preset probability threshold is a probability value which is manually set, when the abnormal probability exceeds the probability value, the equipment in the dishwasher is represented to be abnormal, and if the abnormal probability is lower than the probability value, the equipment in the dishwasher is represented to be normal.
And when the equipment is abnormal, generating an abnormal early warning signal, sending the abnormal early warning signal to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise end, performing abnormal early warning, and sending the operation data to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise end.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in step Sb3, the anomaly probability is calculated according to all cleaning results, and then the method further includes:
and step Sc1 (not shown in the figure), if the abnormal probability is lower than a preset probability threshold, adjusting the single cleaning time length of the next cleaning operation to be a new single cleaning time length, wherein the new single cleaning time length is larger than the single cleaning time length of the current cleaning operation.
Specifically, when the current dishwasher is judged to have no fault according to the operation data, and the abnormal probability in the adjacent cleaning operations is lower than the preset probability threshold value, the phenomenon that the current cleaning effect is poor is represented as an accidental scene, and the phenomenon is probably caused by deepening of the oil stain degree of the tableware, so that the cleaning force on the tableware can be enhanced when the next cleaning operation is carried out under the condition.
In addition, the time length of a single cleaning operation of the next cleaning operation can be lengthened, for example, the time length of the current cleaning operation is 0.5h, and the time length of a single cleaning operation of the next cleaning operation is lengthened to 0.6h. To improve the cleaning effect.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after the step Sc1, the method further includes:
step Sc2 (not shown), obtaining the cleaning time of the residual period
And the residual cycle cleaning time length is the time length from the completion of the current cleaning operation to the next maintenance without cleaning.
Specifically, after the single cleaning duration is lengthened, the remaining period cleaning duration in the current maintenance period is determined. The residual period cleaning time length is equal to the period cleaning time length minus all the cleaning time lengths before the current cleaning operation is completed, and after the current cleaning operation is completed, the cleaning operation with the residual period cleaning time length is performed, namely the maintenance period is ended, and the leasing enterprise should send personnel to go to the maintenance. For example: the periodic cleaning time is 100h, in the current maintenance period, all cleaning time before the current cleaning operation is completed is 60h, 40h still remains, when the accumulated time reaches 40h again, the leasing enterprise should send a person to the maintenance, and the remaining periodic cleaning time is 40h.
Since the time length of a single washing time used for each washing is increased, the washing effect of the commercial dish washing machine of the catering enterprise is greatly influenced if the days of the original maintenance cycle are maintained unchanged. For this purpose, the number of days of the maintenance cycle needs to be determined anew.
And step Sc3 (not shown in the figure), determining a new single-day cleaning time length according to the new single-day cleaning time length.
Specifically, the new single-time washing time length is the set time length of each dish washing, and because the single-time clear time length is long, if the number of times of washing each day is not changed, the total time length of each day will be increased. For example, if the original single-time cleaning time is 0.5h and the cleaning is performed 4 times a day, the original single-day cleaning time is 2h, the adjusted new single-time cleaning time is 0.7h, and the new single-day cleaning time is 2.8h if the cleaning is performed 4 times a day.
And step Sc4 (not shown in the figure), determining the remaining maintenance date according to the new single-day cleaning time and the remaining period cleaning time.
Step Sc5 (not shown), feeding back the remaining maintenance date to the electronic device at the rental enterprise side.
Specifically, the remaining maintenance period is determined by dividing the remaining period cleaning time by the new single-day cleaning time, the remaining maintenance period is determined by the remaining maintenance days, and the remaining maintenance date is determined by adding the remaining maintenance days to the current cleaning operation date. On the day of the remaining maintenance date, the leasing company is required to send a worker to the catering enterprise for equipment maintenance. For example: the cleaning time of the new single day is 2.8h, the cleaning time of the residual period is 40h, and the residual maintenance days are about 14.3 days. If the current date of the cleaning operation is 1 month and 1 day, the date of 1 month and 15 days is taken as the date for the next leasing company to dispatch the staff to the catering enterprise for maintenance. And feeding back the remaining maintenance date to the electronic equipment at the leasing enterprise terminal so that the leasing enterprise can maintain the commercial dish washing machine again according to the equipment condition.
