In this process, the yarn is squeezed between the densely packed rubber columns 511, so that both ends of the yarn are fixed to the two fork arms 51, respectively, for easy finding by the operator. The controller (not belonging to the device) can adopt a mode of powering the push-pull electromagnet 6 for a short time (or instantaneously), and after the power is off, the rubber fork 5 returns to the original position along with the core rod of the push-pull electromagnet 6 under the action of the spring on the push-pull electromagnet 6. Since the cutting portion 42 has an isosceles triangle shape, as shown in fig. 2, the yarn is gradually cut from the left side and from the up and down directions, so that the cutting is easier.
