In the process, the yarn is squeezed between the densely covered rubber columns 511, so that the two ends of the yarn are respectively fixed on the two fork arms 51, and the yarn is convenient for an operator to find. The controller (not belonging to the device) can adopt a mode of powering on the push-pull electromagnet 6 for a short time (or instantaneously), and after the power is off, the rubber fork 5 returns to the original position along with the core rod of the push-pull electromagnet 6 under the action of the spring on the push-pull electromagnet 6. Since the cutting portion 42 has an isosceles triangle shape, as shown in fig. 2, the yarn is gradually cut from the left side and from both the upper and lower directions, and thus cutting is easier.
