技术领域
本发明涉及一种童装用亲肤面料。
背景技术
随着防治技术的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对纺织服装及面料的需求已不仅在质量和档次上,而是逐步向个性化、差异化的方向发展,面料也由最初的遮风、挡雨、保温而发展到今天的舒适、美观以及时尚等概念。尤其是对于儿童服装所用的面料,更是需要多样化,儿童生性好动,不断的认识和接受外界的新鲜事物,在运动的时候,儿童会出大量的汗。服装作为人们日常起居必备的穿着用品,柔软、细腻、贴身、保暖等要求常常是服装被消费者选择的重要因素,然而随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对服装的防霉、抗菌性能要求也越来越高,儿童作为多动少静的群体,其穿着的服装常常会因为玩耍、打闹等活动而沾染污渍,而童装的抗污渍、抗菌能力也常常被家长所考虑,然而当前的童装面料多是要求棉质且保暖效果好,加上儿童通常不习惯于穿着多件服装(避免臃肿束缚感强),这在一定程度上制约了童装面料进行涂覆改性处理的操作空间,因为经过涂覆涂层改性的服装要么是不亲肤,要么不保暖或者不够柔软。因此,如何生产制备出童装用抗菌亲肤面料是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种童装用亲肤面料,采用亲肤纤维材质制成,经抗菌处理和浸轧处理后透气性好、抗菌能力佳;并且在纱线处理时能够有效去除浸润在纱线上的浸润液,保证了纱线的品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种童装用亲肤面料,包括依次设置的亚麻纤维层、保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层、壳聚糖纤维层及亲肤层,亲肤层采用纱线织造而成,前述纱线采用蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维混纺而成;
保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层与壳聚糖纤维层这四层的纹理不同,上下相邻两层的纹理呈一定角度设置;前述角度在15°~90°之间。最靠近儿童肌肤的那一层采用包含亲肤纤维成分的蚕丝棉纤维及棉纤维混纺而成,亲肤性佳。亲肤层上的各面料层则纹理交叉设置,加强了整个面料的强度和耐久性,也符合童装的使用情况,提高采用本面料制成童装的使用寿命。
进一步的技术方案是,透气层采用竹纤维纱线织造而成;所述保护层为纱布层;所述亲肤层其厚度在80-220μm之间。
进一步的技术方案是,美国皮马长绒棉纤维为A级马克隆值的美国皮马长绒棉纤维;蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为2:8~6:4。
本发明还提供的技术方案为,制备童装用亲肤面料的工艺,包括如下依次进行的工艺步骤:
S1:将蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤分别维混纺而成经纱和纬纱;
S2:采用瑞士SSM设备对S1步骤所得经纱和纬纱进行松纱;
S3:将经S2步骤松纱后的纱线进行处理;
S4:将经S3步骤处理后的经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织织造成亲肤层面料;
其中,S1步骤中,经纱中蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为2:8;纬纱中蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为6:4;S2步骤中,松纱的纱线密度在0.37-0.42克/立方厘米,纱线的重量在0.9-1.1kg/个;
在所述S4步骤后,分别制备亚麻纤维层、保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层及壳聚糖纤维层;其中,亚麻纤维层经亚麻纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;保护层采用纱线经分批整经、穿综穿筘、上机试织、插停经片、织造而成;透气层采用竹纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;涤纶纤维层采用涤纶纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;壳聚糖纤维层采用壳聚糖纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;
各层面料经过经纱纬纱织造而成后各层面料再缝制而成最后的亲肤面料。采用这样的经抗菌处理和浸轧处理后本童装面料的透气性好、抗菌能力佳。对于除了亲肤层外的亚麻纤维层、保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层及壳聚糖纤维层的各组成纱线,可以采用类似的抗菌处理和浸轧处理。
进一步的技术方案为,在S3步骤中,处理工序为对纱线的前处理和/或抗菌处理和/或浸轧处理;
前处理工序为将纱线浸入到鳌合剂、精炼剂、双氧水中处理,温度为105-115℃,前处理时间为40-60分钟;
抗菌处理工序采用抗菌处理设备对纱线进行抗菌处理;
浸轧处理工序采用浸轧设备对纱线进行浸轧处理。
进一步的技术方案为,抗菌处理设备与浸轧设备均包括一个浸润纱线的浸润箱,浸润箱上设有进线轮、放线轮以及纱线表面浸润液也即抗菌处理液或浸轧液的去除机构;浸润箱体底部设有用于纱线转向的转向辊。由于经过抗菌处理或浸轧处理后的纱线其纱线表面会粘附浸润液(也即抗菌处理液或浸轧处理液),如果不能去除得较为彻底,将影响纱线的品质,造成各种问题,最终影响面料的品质,现有的浸润液去除机构无法较为彻底的去除粘附在纱线表面的浸润液。本发明设置的去除机构能较为彻底的去除粘附在纱线表面的浸润液,提高纱线的品质。
进一步的技术方案为,去除机构包括设置在浸润箱箱体内侧壁上的对辊,对辊的两个辊轮与辊轴转动连接,对辊的两个辊轴固定连接在浸润箱箱体内侧壁上;
进线轮、转向辊、对辊、放线轮沿纱线的进线方向依次设置;纱线绕过进线轮后从对辊中穿过后绕设在放线轮上;放线轮的轮面上设有首尾相接的螺旋曲槽;纱线自放线轮上绕设后又绕设至后续工位的收线轮上。将纺纱上的螺旋槽筒(借鉴络筒机上的槽筒结构)应用于浸润箱上,使得纱线经过本浸润箱时可以经由放线轮左右来回缠绕后再进入到后续工位的收线轮上,这样在纱线左右来回缠绕的过程中实现纱线表面不是以往紧紧通过对辊对纱线两侧(只是覆盖部分纱线表面)表面粘附的浸润液去除,加强了浸润箱在纱线浸润后能够较为彻底地去除纱线表面粘附的浸润液(也即抗菌处理液或浸轧液)。
进一步的技术方案为,浸润箱内设有液面低于减速电机的抗菌处理液或浸轧液。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:采用亲肤纤维材质制成,经抗菌处理和浸轧处理后透气性好、抗菌能力佳;并且在纱线处理时能够有效去除浸润在纱线上的浸润液,保证了纱线的品质。
最靠近儿童肌肤的那一层采用包含亲肤纤维成分的蚕丝棉纤维及棉纤维混纺而成,亲肤性佳。亲肤层上的各面料层则纹理交叉设置,加强了整个面料的强度和耐久性,也符合童装的使用情况,提高采用本面料制成童装的使用寿命。
由于经过抗菌处理或浸轧处理后的纱线其纱线表面会粘附浸润液(也即抗菌处理液或浸轧处理液),如果不能去除得较为彻底,将影响纱线的品质,造成各种问题,最终影响面料的品质,现有的浸润液去除机构无法较为彻底的去除粘附在纱线表面的浸润液。本发明设置的去除机构能较为彻底的去除粘附在纱线表面的浸润液,提高纱线的品质。
将纺纱上的螺旋槽筒应用于浸润箱上,使得纱线经过本浸润箱时可以经由放线轮左右来回缠绕后再进入到后续工位的收线轮上,这样在纱线左右来回缠绕的过程中实现纱线表面不是以往紧紧通过对辊对纱线两侧(只是覆盖部分纱线表面)表面粘附的浸润液去除,加强了浸润箱在纱线浸润后能够较为彻底地去除纱线表面粘附的浸润液(也即抗菌处理液或浸轧液)。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一:
如图1至图3所示,本发明是一种童装用亲肤面料,包括依次设置的亚麻纤维层1、保护层2、透气层3、涤纶纤维层4、壳聚糖纤维层5及亲肤层6,亲肤层6采用纱线23织造而成,前述纱线采用蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维混纺而成;保护层2、透气层3、涤纶纤维层4与壳聚糖纤维层5这四层的纹理不同,上下相邻两层的纹理呈一定角度设置;前述角度在15°~90°之间。透气层3采用竹纤维纱线织造而成;所述保护层2为纱布层;所述亲肤层6其厚度在80-220μm之间。美国皮马长绒棉纤维为A级马克隆值的美国皮马长绒棉纤维;蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为2:8~6:4。
制备童装用亲肤面料的工艺,包括如下依次进行的工艺步骤:
S1:将蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤分别维混纺而成经纱和纬纱;
S2:采用瑞士SSM设备对S1步骤所得经纱和纬纱进行松纱;
S3:将经S2步骤松纱后的纱线进行处理;
S4:将经S3步骤处理后的经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织织造成亲肤层6面料;
其中,S1步骤中,经纱中蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为2:8;纬纱中蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为6:4;S2步骤中,松纱的纱线密度在0.37-0.42克/立方厘米,纱线的重量在0.9-1.1kg/个;
在所述S4步骤后,分别制备亚麻纤维层1、保护层2、透气层3、涤纶纤维层4及壳聚糖纤维层5;其中,亚麻纤维层1经亚麻纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;保护层2采用纱线经分批整经、穿综穿筘、上机试织、插停经片、织造而成;透气层3采用竹纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;涤纶纤维层4采用涤纶纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;壳聚糖纤维层5采用壳聚糖纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;
各层面料经过经纱纬纱织造而成后各层面料再缝制而成最后的亲肤面料。
在S3步骤中,处理工序为对纱线的前处理和/或抗菌处理和/或浸轧处理;
前处理工序为将纱线浸入到鳌合剂、精炼剂、双氧水中处理,温度为105-115℃,前处理时间为40-60分钟;
抗菌处理工序采用抗菌处理设备对纱线进行抗菌处理;
浸轧处理工序采用浸轧设备对纱线进行浸轧处理。抗菌处理液由艾草根茎提取液、环状磷酸酯、纳米银-铜复合溶液、海藻酸钠、AEO-7和水构成;浸轧处理液由染料和吸湿速干助剂构成,染料可以是天然植物染料;吸湿速干助剂为水分散型聚氨酯复合物、聚丙烯酰胺和水。
抗菌处理设备与浸轧设备均包括一个浸润纱线23的浸润箱7,浸润箱7上设有进线轮8、放线轮9以及纱线23表面浸润液也即抗菌处理液或浸轧液的去除机构;浸润箱7体底部设有用于纱线23转向的转向辊10。去除机构包括设置在浸润箱7箱体内侧壁上的对辊11(对于对辊11的挤压力的调节机构,为现有技术,不赘述。),对辊11的两个辊轮与辊轴12转动连接,对辊11的两个辊轴12固定连接在浸润箱7箱体内侧壁上;进线轮8、转向辊10、对辊11、放线轮9沿纱线23的进线方向依次设置;纱线23绕过进线轮8后从对辊11中穿过后绕设在放线轮9上;放线轮9的轮面上设有首尾相接的螺旋曲槽13;纱线23自放线轮9上绕设后又绕设至后续工位的收线轮14上。
其中S1步骤中,混纺成纱线23的工序为现有技术,可以通过牵伸装置、加捻装置、绕丝筒,进行纱线23加工,在绕丝筒上缠绕得到所述的纱线23。
浸润箱的工作原理如下:
纱线23绕过进线轮8后从对辊11中穿过后绕设在放线轮9上;由于放线轮上设有螺旋曲槽,所以纱线在放线轮不停旋转的过程中来回往复缠绕于放线轮(一两圈,具体取决于纱线初始绕设时在放线轮上绕设了几圈)后到达收线轮处,这样由于纱线来回往复缠绕于放线轮,在纱线的送料过程中,粘附在纱线表面的浸润液被比较彻底地去除。
实施例二:
与实施例一的不同在于,如图4至图7所示(为便于图示,图6未示出放线轮、进线轮、圆盘上的孔即圆盘上的对辊),去除机构包括设置在浸润箱7箱体内的对辊,对辊设置在一圆盘进线上,圆盘22中心设有用于纱线23穿过的圆孔24,圆盘22的圆周侧面呈齿圈状侧面,与前述圆盘22侧面适配设有齿轮25,齿轮25的轮轴与减速电机26的输出轴固定相连,减速电机26固定连接在连接板27上,连接板27固定连接在浸润箱7箱体的内侧壁上;从转向辊10至放线轮9处的纱线23方向与减速电机26输出轴的旋转轴线相一致,对辊的两个辊轴的旋转轴线与减速电机26输出轴的旋转轴线相一致。浸润箱7内设有液面低于减速电机26的抗菌处理液或浸轧液。
工作原理如下:
纱线23绕过进线轮8后从对辊11中穿过后绕设在放线轮9上;纱线23自放线轮9上绕设后又绕设至后续工位的收线轮14上。在纱线经过浸润箱的过程中,纱线一直向收线轮上缠绕,在这一过程中启动减速电机,由此带动齿轮转动,这样就带动圆盘转动(为更好实现本方案,圆盘的中部有个转轴,转轴空心设置{也即转轴中心设有孔}用于纱线穿过,转轴与浸润箱的箱体侧壁转动相连;并且浸润箱侧壁上设有与转轴中心的孔相连通的圆孔以便于纱线穿过浸润箱箱体侧壁后到达放线轮处),而转盘转动则使得转盘上的对辊以转盘中心作转动,这样配合纱线的进线过程,实现将粘附在纱线表面的浸润液几乎完全彻底地去除。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.童装用亲肤面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下依次进行的工艺步骤:
S1:将蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤分别维混纺而成经纱和纬纱;
S2:采用瑞士SSM设备对S1步骤所得经纱和纬纱进行松纱;
S3:将经S2步骤松纱后的纱线进行处理;
S4:将经S3步骤处理后的经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织织造成亲肤层面料;
其中,S1步骤中,经纱中蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为2:8;纬纱中蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为6:4;S2步骤中,松纱的纱线密度在0.37-0.42克/立方厘米,纱线的重量在0.9-1.1kg/个;
在所述S4步骤后,分别制备亚麻纤维层、保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层及壳聚糖纤维层;其中,亚麻纤维层经亚麻纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;保护层采用纱线经分批整经、穿综穿筘、上机试织、 插停经片、织造而成;透气层采用竹纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;涤纶纤维层采用涤纶纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;壳聚糖纤维层采用壳聚糖纤维纺织成纱线后织造而成;
各层面料经过经纱纬纱织造而成后各层面料再缝制而成最后的亲肤面料;
在所述S3步骤中,处理工序为对纱线的前处理和/或抗菌处理和/或浸轧处理;
前处理工序为将纱线浸入到螯合剂、精炼剂、双氧水中处理,温度为105-115℃,前处理时间为40-60分钟;
抗菌处理工序采用抗菌处理设备对纱线进行抗菌处理;
浸轧处理工序采用浸轧设备对纱线进行浸轧处理;
所述抗菌处理设备与浸轧设备均包括一个浸润纱线的浸润箱,浸润箱上设有进线轮、放线轮以及纱线表面浸润液也即抗菌处理液或浸轧液的去除机构;浸润箱体底部设有用于纱线转向的转向辊;
所述去除机构包括设置在浸润箱箱体内的对辊,对辊设置在一圆盘上,圆盘中心设有用于纱线穿过的圆孔,圆盘的圆周侧面呈齿圈状侧面,与前述圆盘侧面适配设有齿轮,齿轮的轮轴与减速电机的输出轴固定相连,减速电机固定连接在连接板上,连接板固定连接在浸润箱箱体的内侧壁上;
从转向辊至放线轮处的纱线方向与减速电机输出轴的旋转轴线相一致,对辊的两个辊轴的旋转轴线与减速电机输出轴的旋转轴线相一致;圆盘的中部设有转轴,转轴中心设有孔形成空心设置的转轴以用于纱线穿过,转轴与浸润箱的箱体侧壁转动相连;浸润箱侧壁上设有与转轴中心的孔相连通的圆孔以便于纱线穿过浸润箱箱体侧壁后到达放线轮处;
进线轮、转向辊、对辊、放线轮沿纱线的进线方向依次设置;纱线绕过进线轮后从对辊中穿过后绕设在放线轮上;放线轮的轮面上设有首尾相接的螺旋曲槽;纱线自放线轮上绕设后又绕设至后续工位的收线轮上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种童装用亲肤面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述浸润箱内设有液面低于减速电机的抗菌处理液或浸轧液。
3.如权利要求1或2所述制备工艺制备的一种童装用亲肤面料,其特征在于,所述童装用亲肤面料包括依次设置的亚麻纤维层、保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层、壳聚糖纤维层及亲肤层,亲肤层采用纱线织造而成,前述纱线采用蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维混纺而成;
保护层、透气层、涤纶纤维层与壳聚糖纤维层这四层的纹理不同,上下相邻两层的纹理呈一定角度设置;前述角度在15°~90°之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种童装用亲肤面料,其特征在于,所述透气层采用竹纤维纱线织造而成;所述保护层为纱布层;所述亲肤层其厚度在80-220μm之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种童装用亲肤面料,其特征在于,所述美国皮马长绒棉纤维为A级马克隆值的美国皮马长绒棉纤维;蚕丝棉纤维与美国皮马长绒棉纤维的重量比为2:8~6:4。
