技术领域
本发明属于纺织布料技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种吸汗透气型纺织布料。同时,本发明还涉及一种吸汗透气型纺织布料的生产工艺。
背景技术
纺织布,即是纺织面料,按织造方法分,有纬编针织面料和经编针织面料两类。纬编针织面料常以低弹涤纶丝或异型涤纶丝、锦纶丝、棉纱、毛纱等为原料,采用平针组织,变化平针组织,罗纹平针组织,双罗纹平针组织、提花组织,毛圈组织等,在各种纬编机上编织而成。中国是世界上最早生产纺织布的国家之一,纺织布料由细小柔长物通过交叉,绕结或粘结构成的平软片块物;众多纱线构成稳定的关系后就形成了织物,交叉和绕结是纱线能构成的两种稳定结构关系,使织物保持稳定的形态和特定力学性能,分析织物中的纱线组及其运行方向、运行规律和形成的关系,可以清晰地认识各种织物,现有布料品种众多;但随着人民生活水平的不断提高,目前布料性能单一,只能起到简单的装饰作用,对于透气吸汗的效果不够理想,需要继续提供出能满足人群需求的新品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料及其生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,包括透气层,所述透气层包括经线和纬线,所述透气层由经线和纬线采用平织法编制而成,所述经线用料为纯棉或聚酯纤维,所述纬线用料为动物毛纤维,所述透气层上设有抗菌层、抗拉层和防紫外线层。
优选的,所述抗菌层设置于所述的透气层上表面,所述抗菌层为纳米级聚氨酯或8-羟基喹啉铜涂层。
优选的,所述抗拉层设置在抗菌层的外侧,且与抗菌层粘接,所述抗拉层采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制。
优选的,所述防紫外线层设置在抗拉层的外表面处,且与抗拉层粘接,所述防紫外线层为聚氨酯固化涂层。
优选的,所述经线为8-20条纯棉或聚酯纤维捻合,所述经纱为8-15条动物毛纤维捻合,所述的经线之间的密度为50-60根/cm,所述的纬线之间的密度为35-40根/cm。
优选的,所述的纯棉或聚酯纤维的直径为55μm-65μm,纤度为620dtex-640dtex,动物毛纤维的直径为65μm-75μm,纤度为610dtex-630dtex。

本发明还提供一种吸汗透气型纺织布料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:收集,收集所需的动物毛纤维,以及所需的纯棉或聚酯纤维;
S2:清洁,将所需的动物毛纤维进行清洗消毒并进行筛选;
S3:捻合,将动物毛纤维和纯棉或聚酯纤维捻合成纱;
S4:络筒,将S3中捻合成的纱在络筒机上加工成符合一定要求的筒子;
S5:整经;将一定根数的经纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴或织轴上,经过整经的经纱供穿经用;
S6:上浆,浆液成分中淀粉为25%,PVA为60%,高效平滑剂为10%,蜡片为5%;
S7:织造,将经纱和纬纱通过织布机编制成布,纬线设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节,所述经线在所述纬线的扣节之间穿线;
S8:黏贴,将所述抗菌层、抗拉层和防紫外线层依次黏贴在透气层上;
S9:浸涂,将布料放在料桶中浸泡;
S10:烘干,将S9中浸泡处理后的布料进行晾晒烘干处理;
S11:制作,将S10中获得的吸汗透气纺织布料进行切割和修边处理,获得不同规格的吸汗透气纺织布料;
S12:包装入库,将S11中不同规格的吸汗透气纺织布料在包装机包装好并入库。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提供的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料及其生产工艺,与传统的产品相比,本发明通过纺织工艺可以起到很好的吸汗透气的效果;将经纱和纬纱通过织布机编制,纬线设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节,经线在纬线的扣节之间穿线,使得形成的布料疏密恰当,纬线用料为动物毛纤维,提高布料的透气性,经线用料为纯棉或聚酯纤维,使得织成布料吸水性好,以提高纺织布料的吸汗透气效果,实现能吸汗透气,使穿着更加舒适;通过设置抗菌层抵抗细菌滋生,有利于吸汗透气型纺织布料用作窗帘、被套等清洗周期长的纺织品中;抗拉层采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制;增强吸汗透气型纺织布料的抗撕裂和抗劈裂能力,延长吸汗透气型纺织布料的使用寿命,提高布料的质量;防紫外线层的设置做成衣物能有效抵挡隔离紫外线,防晒效果好,适用范围广。

S5:整经;将一定根数的经纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴或织轴上,经过整经的经纱供穿经用;
S6:上浆,浆液成分中淀粉为25%,PVA为60%,高效平滑剂为10%,蜡片为5%;
S7:织造,将经纱和纬纱通过织布机编制成布,纬线设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节,所述经线在所述纬线的扣节之间穿线;
S8:黏贴,将所述抗菌层、抗拉层和防紫外线层依次黏贴在透气层上;
S9:浸涂,将布料放在料桶中浸泡;
S10:烘干,将S9中浸泡处理后的布料进行晾晒烘干处理;
S11:制作,将S10中获得的吸汗透气纺织布料进行切割和修边处理,获得不同规格的吸汗透气纺织布料;
S12:包装入库,将S11中不同规格的吸汗透气纺织布料在包装机包装好并入库。
综上所述:本发明提供的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料及其生产工艺,与传统的产品相比,本发明通过纺织工艺可以起到很好的吸汗透气的效果;收集所需的动物毛纤维,以及所需的纯棉或聚酯纤维;将所需的动物毛纤维进行清洗消毒并进行筛选;然后动物毛纤维和纯棉或聚酯纤维捻合成纱;配置浆液成分中淀粉为25%,PVA为60%,高效平滑剂为10%,蜡片为5%;将所述抗菌层、抗拉层和防紫外线层依次黏贴在透气层上;将经纱和纬纱通过织布机编制,纬线设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节,经线在纬线的扣节之间穿线,使得形成的布料疏密恰当,纬线用料为动物毛纤维,提高布料的透气性,经线用料为纯棉或聚酯纤维,使得织成布料吸水性好,以提高纺织布料的吸汗透气效果,实现能吸汗透气,使穿着更加舒适;通过设置抗菌层抵抗细菌滋生,有利于吸汗透气型纺织布料用作窗帘、被套等清洗周期长的纺织品中;抗拉层采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制;增强吸汗透气型纺织布料的抗撕裂和抗劈裂能力,延长吸汗透气型纺织布料的使用寿命,提高布料的质量;防紫外线层的设置做成衣物能有效抵挡隔离紫外线,防晒效果好。

Claims (10)

1.一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,包括透气层,其特征在于:所述透气层包括经线和纬线,所述透气层由经线和纬线采用平织法编制而成,所述经线用料为纯棉或聚酯纤维,所述纬线用料为动物毛纤维,所述透气层上设有抗菌层、抗拉层和防紫外线层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层设置于所述的透气层上表面,所述抗菌层为纳米级聚氨酯或
8-羟基喹啉铜涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述抗拉层设置在抗菌层的外侧,且与抗菌层粘接,所述抗拉层采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层设置在抗拉层的外表面处,且与抗拉层粘接,所述防紫外线层为聚氨酯固化涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述经线为8-20条纯棉或聚酯纤维捻合,所述经纱为8-15条动物毛纤维捻合,所述的经线之间的密度为50-60根/cm,所述的纬线之间的密度为35-40根/cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述的纯棉或聚酯纤维的直径为55μm-65μm,纤度为620dtex-640dtex,动物毛纤维的直径为65μm-75μm,纤度为610dtex-630dtex。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述的棉丝的直径为55μm,纤度为620dtex,动物毛纤维的直径为65μm,纤度为610dtex。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述的棉丝的直径为58μm,纤度为630dtex,动物毛纤维的直径为68μm,纤度为620dtex。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于:所述的棉丝的直径为65μm,纤度为640dtex,动物毛纤维的直径为75μm,纤度为630dtex。
10.一种权利要求1所述的吸汗透气型纺织布料的生产工艺,用于生产一种吸汗透气型纺织布料,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:收集,收集所需的动物毛纤维,以及所需的纯棉或聚酯纤维;
S2:清洁,将所需的动物毛纤维进行清洗消毒并进行筛选;
S3:捻合,将动物毛纤维和纯棉或聚酯纤维捻合成纱;
S4:络筒,将S3中捻合成的纱在络筒机上加工成符合一定要求的筒子;
S5:整经;将一定根数的经纱按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴或织轴上,经过整经的经纱供穿经用;
S6:上浆,浆液成分中淀粉为25%,PVA为60%,高效平滑剂为10%,蜡片为5%;
