一种阵列基板(100)，包括：衬底(1)；至少一个栅极驱动电路(2)，位于衬底(1)的一侧；栅极驱动电路(2)包括级联的多个移位寄存器(21)，多个移位寄存器(21)分别位于不同行，且多个移位寄存器(21)分为至少两组移位寄存器(21)，每组移位寄存器(21)中包括至少一个移位寄存器(21)，每组移位寄存器(21)中的所有移位寄存器(21)位于同一列；至少一条时钟信号线(3)，时钟信号线(3)与栅极驱动电路(2)位于衬底(1)的同一侧，一个栅极驱动电路(2)对应至少一条时钟信号线(3)，时钟信号线(3)包括：主体传输段(31)，被配置为传输时钟信号(3)；与主体传输段(31)连接的至少两个分支传输段(32)，每个分支传输段(32)连接一组移位寄存器(21)中每个移位寄存器(21)的一个时钟信号输入端。
