When delivering garbage, the method comprises the following steps: s1, a garbage bag is arranged between two bag breaking assemblies (45), a fourth driving assembly is started to enable the two bag breaking assemblies (45) to rotate and be far away from each other, and the garbage bag is torn open under the action of bag breaking teeth (7) to enable garbage in the garbage bag to be discharged; s2: the power assembly (9) is started, the movable teeth (71) and the turning plates (41) rotate in the directions of centers of the two bag breaking assemblies (45), garbage on two sides of a tearing position of a garbage bag is lifted and gathered to a middle position in the rotating process of the turning plates (41), so that the garbage is discharged from the middle position of the two bag breaking assemblies (45), the movable teeth (71) are staggered with the fixed teeth (70) to form a channel after rotating, the fixed teeth (70) are used for hooking the garbage bag, and the garbage left on the turning plates (41) and the bag breaking assemblies (45) can be discharged through the channel; s3: the telescopic component (209) drives the compression roller (211) to rotate around the rotating shaft (207) and separate from each other, the distance between the two compression rollers (211) reaches a set value, the first driving component (202) is started, the main arm (206) drives the pickup component to move to the position above the bag breaking component (45), the compression roller (211) is enabled to be in contact with the inclined surface of the turning plate (41), the telescopic component (209) drives the two compression rollers (211) to be close to each other, the second driving component (210) drives the compression roller (211) to rotate, the compression roller (211) is enabled to move along the turning plate (41) and roll up the garbage bag through rotation, meanwhile, the teeth on the compression roller (211) push the residual garbage into the garbage can through the channel, after the compression roller (211) is in contact with each other, the first driving component (202) stops moving, the main arm (206) is driven to return to the position above the garbage can for storing the garbage bag, and the second driving component (210) drives the compression roller (211) to rotate, so that the garbage bag falls into the garbage can.
