and the authority judgment module 103 is used for judging the current activity authority state of the operating personnel according to the personnel characteristic information, the real-time position and the information of the personnel characteristic label.
It should be noted that the apparatus provided in this embodiment may be a result of modularization corresponding to the method described above, and may be implemented by a program module or a circuit module corresponding to the method described above. The technical problems solved by the device and the technical effects achieved by the device correspond to those of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.

The present invention also provides a program product comprising execution instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the device may read the execution instructions from the readable storage medium, and the execution of the execution instructions by the at least one processor causes the device to implement the methods provided by the various embodiments described above.
In the above embodiments of the apparatus, it should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose processors, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. Claims (10)

1. An activity right management method based on an offshore facility, comprising the following steps:
acquiring and storing personnel characteristic information of an operator; the operating personnel wear intelligent wearable equipment, and the intelligent wearable equipment comprises personnel characteristic tags; the personnel characteristic information comprises activity permission configurations of different areas on the offshore facility;
communicating with a regional base station to obtain information of a real-time position and a personnel feature tag of an operator, wherein the personnel feature tag is located within an induction coverage range of the regional base station, and the regional base station induces the personnel feature tag to provide the information of the real-time position and the personnel feature tag;
and judging the current activity authority state of the operator according to the personnel characteristic information, the real-time position and the information of the personnel characteristic label.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the current activity privilege state includes authorized free activity and prohibited free activity.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the current activity authority state of the operator is judged to be forbidden to freely move, communication is established with a facility management terminal; the facility management terminal is configured for a platform administrator to use and stores the personnel characteristic information;
and sending an emergency processing signal to the facility management terminal, wherein the emergency processing signal comprises a stopping instruction for stopping the free movement of the operating personnel, and the facility management terminal responds to the stopping instruction to prompt the platform manager to stop.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and if the current activity authority state of the operating personnel is judged to be forbidden to freely move, communication is established with the intelligent wearable equipment, and the intelligent wearable equipment is controlled to prompt the operating personnel to leave.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring and storing the personnel characteristic information of the operator comprises:
acquiring and pre-storing input personnel characteristic information of an operator from local; or
And acquiring and pre-storing the personnel characteristic information of the operating personnel input from the background.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the determining the current activity authority state of the operator according to the personnel characteristic information, the real-time position and the information of the personnel characteristic label comprises:
obtaining the current region of the operator according to the real-time position and the information of the personnel feature tag;
and comparing the activity permission configuration with the current region to obtain the current activity permission state of the operator in the current region.
7. An activity right management device based on an offshore facility, comprising:
the characteristic storage module is used for acquiring and storing personnel characteristic information of an operator; the operating personnel wear intelligent wearable equipment, and the intelligent wearable equipment comprises a personnel characteristic tag; the personnel characteristic information comprises activity permission configurations of different areas on the offshore facility;
the system comprises an area positioning module, an area base station and a monitoring module, wherein the area positioning module is used for communicating with the area base station to acquire the real-time position of an operator and the information of a personnel feature tag, the personnel feature tag is positioned in the sensing coverage range of the area base station, and the area base station senses the personnel feature tag to provide the information of the real-time position and the personnel feature tag;
and the permission judging module is used for judging the current activity permission state of the operating personnel according to the personnel characteristic information, the real-time position and the information of the personnel characteristic label.
8. A center console, wherein the center console is used in an offshore facility, wherein the offshore facility comprises different areas; the center console comprises the offshore facility based event right management device of claim 7.
9. A computer device, comprising: a processor and a memory, the memory storing program modules, wherein the program modules, when executed on the processor, implement the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A readable storage medium storing a program module, characterized in that the program module is operative in a processor to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
