In one embodiment, after the step of receiving a request for creating a tourist group and obtaining information about members of the tourist group, the method further comprises:

As described in the foregoing steps S231-S234, the tour guide manages the tour groups, and has a function of renting materials in addition to roll call, collective departure, and collection, for example, when a certain tourist spot needs to be explained in a whole course, an earphone needs to be provided to each member of the tour group to listen to the real-time explanation of the tour guide, which is beneficial to quiet tour in the scenic spot, and avoids the situation that the tourists cannot hear the explanation by loud voices of a plurality of tour groups. the acquisition module 2 is used for acquiring the roll call instruction of the tour guide user and acquiring the set range input by the tour guide user; the set range is a range formed by taking the terminal of the tour guide user as the center of a circle and taking the input value of the tour guide user as the radius;
the judging module 3 is used for receiving the roll calling user selected by the tour guide user and judging whether the current position of the roll calling user is within the set range;
the check-in module 4 is used for sending a check-in voice prompt to the terminal of the roll call user when the current position of the roll call user is within the set range, and popping up a check-in window at the terminal of the roll call user to enable the roll call user to check in;
the display module 5 is used for receiving the check-in result of the roll call user and displaying the check-in result on the terminal of the tour guide user;
and the sending module 6 is configured to display a first distance between the roll call user and the tour guide user at the terminal of the roll call user and the terminal of the tour guide user when the current location of the roll call user is not within the setting range, and send a roll call voice prompt to the terminal of the roll call user continuously until the roll call user enters the setting range.
In one embodiment, the determining module 3 includes:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining the current position of the roll calling user and the current position of the tour guide user;
the first distance calculation unit is used for calculating a first distance between the roll calling user and the tour guide user according to the current position of the roll calling user and the current position of the tour guide user; wherein the first distance is the shortest distance which can be traveled between the roll calling user and the tour guide user;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the first distance is larger than an input value of the tour guide user;
a first result unit, configured to, when the first distance is greater than the input value of the tour guide user, determine that the current location of the roll call user is not within the setting range;
and the second result unit is used for setting the current position of the roll call user in the set range when the first distance is less than or equal to the input value of the tour guide user.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
the real-time position judging module is used for judging whether the real-time position of the roll call user is in the set range or not;
a return module, configured to, if the real-time location of the roll call user is not within the setting range, return to the step of displaying, at the terminal of the roll call user and the terminal of the guide user, the first distance between the roll call user and the guide user, and send a roll call voice prompt to the terminal of the roll call user without interruption until the roll call user enters the setting range;
the automatic sign-in module is used for sending a voice prompt to the terminal of the tour guide user when the real-time position of the roll call user is within the set range, and automatically signing in at the terminal of the roll call user;
and the check-in result receiving module is used for receiving the check-in result of the roll call user and displaying the check-in result on the terminal of the tour guide user.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
the distribution module is used for distributing RFID electronic tags to all tourist users in the tourist group; each tourist user corresponds to one RFID electronic tag;
the system comprises a set starting instruction acquisition module, a guide user setting module and a set starting instruction acquisition module, wherein the set starting instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a set starting instruction of the guide user and acquiring an RFID reader-writer connected with the guide user;
the reading module is used for obtaining a tourist user corresponding to the RFID electronic tag read by the RFID reader-writer as a target tourist user according to the read RFID electronic tag when the RFID electronic tag read by the RFID reader-writer is received;
and the recording module is used for recording the arrival of the target tourist user at the terminal of the tour guide user.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
the tourist user judgment module is used for judging whether all tourist users in the tourist group arrive;
the collection completion module is used for displaying the completion of collection on the terminal of the tour guide user when all the tourist users in the tour group arrive, and sending a collection completion voice prompt to the terminal of the tour guide user;
the tourist user module is used for acquiring the positions of the tourist users who do not arrive and the positions of the tour guide users when all the tourist users in the tour group do not arrive;
the second distance calculation module is used for calculating a second distance between the unreached tourist user and the tour guide user and displaying the second distance on the terminal of the tour guide user;
and the uninterrupted sending module is used for uninterruptedly sending the set voice prompt to the terminal of the user who does not arrive until the RFID electronic tag of the user who does not arrive read by the RFID reader-writer is received.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
the collection instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a collection instruction of the tour guide user and acquiring a single collection amount input by the tour guide user;
the collection initiating module is used for initiating collection to all tourist users in the tourist group according to the single collection amount;
the payment information receiving module is used for receiving payment information of the tourist user and displaying the payment information on the terminal of the tourist guide user; wherein the payment information includes payment success and payment denial.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
the renting instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a material renting instruction of the guide user and acquiring material information scanned by the terminal of the guide user;
the renting user module is used for receiving the tourist user selected by the tour guide user as a renting user and sending the material information to a terminal of the renting user so as to ensure that the renting user confirms;
the association module is used for associating the material information with the rented user and displaying the material information on the terminal of the guide user and the terminal of the rented user;
and the return module is used for receiving the return request of the rented user and sending the information of the rented user and the material information corresponding to the rented user to the terminal of the guide user so as to ensure that the guide user confirms and finishes returning.
The modules and units are used for correspondingly executing the steps in the member management method of the travel group, and the specific implementation manner of the module and the unit is described with reference to the method embodiment and is not described again here.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention also provides a computer device, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 3. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the computer designed processor is used to provide computational and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and the computer program in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used to store all the data required by the process of the member management method of the travel group. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for membership management of a travel group.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 3 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the computer device to which the present application is applied.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements any one of the above methods for managing members of a travel party.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware associated with instructions of a computer program, which may be stored on a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include processes of the above embodiments of the methods. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium provided herein and used in the examples may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double-rate SDRAM (SSRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous link (Synchlink) DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, apparatus, article, or method that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, apparatus, article, or method. Claims (10)

1. A member management method for a tourist group is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a creating request of a tourist group and obtaining member information of the tourist group; the creator of the tourist group is a tour guide user, and the member information comprises a tour guide user and a plurality of tourist users;
acquiring a roll call instruction of the tour guide user and acquiring a set range input by the tour guide user; the set range is a range formed by taking the terminal of the tour guide user as the center of a circle and taking the input value of the tour guide user as the radius;
receiving the roll calling user selected by the guide user, and judging whether the current position of the roll calling user is within the set range;
if the current position of the roll call user is within the set range, sending a sign-in voice prompt to the terminal of the roll call user, and popping up a sign-in window at the terminal of the roll call user to enable the roll call user to sign in;
receiving the check-in result of the roll call user and displaying the check-in result on the terminal of the tour guide user;
and if the current position of the roll call user is not in the set range, displaying a first distance between the roll call user and the tour guide user on the terminal of the roll call user and the terminal of the tour guide user, and continuously sending a roll call voice prompt to the terminal of the roll call user until the roll call user enters the set range.
2. The method for managing a member of a tourist party according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the current location of the roll call user is within the set range comprises:
acquiring the current position of the roll call user and the current position of the tour guide user;
calculating a first distance between the roll-call user and the tour guide user according to the current position of the roll-call user and the current position of the tour guide user; wherein the first distance is the shortest distance which can be traveled between the roll calling user and the tour guide user;
judging whether the first distance is larger than an input value of the tour guide user;
if the first distance is larger than the input value of the tour guide user, the current position of the roll call user is not in the set range;
and if the first distance is smaller than or equal to the input value of the tour guide user, the current position of the roll call user is in the set range.
3. The method for managing a member of a tourist party according to claim 1, wherein if the current location of the roll call user is not within the setting range, the method further comprises, after the steps of displaying a first distance between the roll call user and the tour guide user on the roll call user terminal and continuously sending a roll call voice prompt to the roll call user terminal until the roll call user enters the setting range:
judging whether the real-time position of the roll call user is within the set range;
if not, returning to the first distance between the roll call user and the guide user displayed on the roll call user terminal and the guide user terminal, and sending a roll call voice prompt to the roll call user terminal continuously until the roll call user enters the set range;
if yes, sending a voice prompt to the terminal of the tour guide user, and automatically signing in at the terminal of the roll call user;
and receiving the check-in result of the roll call user and displaying the check-in result on the terminal of the tour guide user.
4. The member management method for a travel party according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a request for creation of a travel party and obtaining information on members of the travel party further comprises:
distributing RFID electronic tags to all tourist users in the tourist group; each tourist user corresponds to one RFID electronic tag;
acquiring a set starting instruction of the tour guide user and acquiring an RFID reader-writer connected with the tour guide user;
when the RFID electronic tags read by the RFID reader-writer are received, the corresponding tourist users are obtained according to the read RFID electronic tags and serve as target tourist users;
and recording the arrival of the target tourist user at the terminal of the tour guide user.
5. The membership management method for a tourist group according to claim 4, wherein after the step of recording the arrival of the target tourist user at the terminal of the tourist guide user, further comprising:
judging whether all the tourist users in the tourist group arrive;
if all the tourist users in the tourist group arrive, displaying the completion of the collection on the terminal of the tour guide user, and sending a collection completion voice prompt to the terminal of the tour guide user;
if all the tourist users in the tourist group do not arrive, acquiring the positions of the tourist users who do not arrive and acquiring the positions of the tour guide users;
calculating a second distance between the user who does not arrive and the tour guide user, and displaying the second distance on a terminal of the tour guide user;
and continuously sending an aggregate voice prompt to the terminal of the user who does not arrive until the RFID electronic tag of the user who does not arrive, which is read by the RFID reader-writer, is received.
6. The method for managing members of a tourist group according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a request for creation of a tourist group and obtaining information on the members of the tourist group is followed by the steps of:
acquiring a money receiving instruction of the tour guide user and acquiring a single money receiving amount input by the tour guide user;
initiating collection to all tourist users in the tourist group according to the single collection amount;
receiving payment information of a tourist user and displaying the payment information on a terminal of the tourist guide user; wherein the payment information includes payment success and payment denial.
7. The method for managing members of a tourist group according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a request for creation of a tourist group and obtaining information on the members of the tourist group is followed by the steps of:
acquiring a material renting instruction of the guide user and material information scanned by the terminal of the guide user;
receiving the tourist user selected by the tour guide user as a renting user, and sending the material information to a terminal of the renting user so as to confirm the renting user;
associating the material information with the renting user, and displaying the material information on the terminal of the guide user and the terminal of the renting user;
and receiving a return request of the rented user, and sending the information of the rented user and the material information corresponding to the rented user to the terminal of the guide user so as to ensure that the guide user confirms and completes the return.
8. A member management apparatus of a travel party, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a creating request of the tourist group and obtaining member information of the tourist group; the creator of the tourist group is a tour guide user, and the member information comprises a tour guide user and a plurality of tourist users;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the roll call instruction of the tour guide user and acquiring the set range input by the tour guide user; the set range is a range formed by taking the terminal of the tour guide user as the center of a circle and taking the input value of the tour guide user as the radius;
the judging module is used for receiving the roll calling user selected by the tour guide user and judging whether the current position of the roll calling user is in the set range;
the check-in module is used for sending a check-in voice prompt to the terminal of the roll call user when the current position of the roll call user is within the set range, and popping up a check-in window at the terminal of the roll call user so as to enable the roll call user to check in;
the display module is used for receiving the check-in result of the roll call user and displaying the check-in result on the terminal of the tour guide user;
and the sending module is used for displaying a first distance between the roll calling user and the tour guide user at the terminal of the roll calling user and the terminal of the tour guide user when the current position of the roll calling user is not in the set range, and continuously sending a roll calling voice prompt to the terminal of the roll calling user until the roll calling user enters the set range.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
