In the embodiment of the invention, after the air conditioner is started and operates stably, the axis rotates to drive the movable air deflector 12 to rotate by the sensing range of the internally set infrared ray (position detection device) and judging the distance between a human body and an air inlet panel of the air conditioner within the range, so that the sizes of openings of an air inlet end and an air outlet end between the movable air deflector 12 and the fixed air deflector 11 are adjusted, the air supply distance of the air conditioner is adjusted, the air is blown to be dispersed when the human body is close, and the air is blown to be concentrated when the human body is far.
Specifically, the integral adjustable angle alpha of the air deflector 10 is-25 degrees to 25 degrees; the angle data is a reference value, which is convenient for understanding, and can be customized by a designer according to a development machine type.
In the embodiment of the invention, the initial wind guide angle is set to be 0 degree; when a user is in the first area, the distance between the user and an air outlet panel of the air conditioner ranges from 0.5m to 2.5m, the difference value between the air guide angle of the air guide structure and the initial air guide angle ranges from 3 degrees to 25 degrees, and the rotation direction at the moment is set to be the forward direction; when the user is in the second area, the distance between the user and the air outlet panel of the air conditioner ranges from 2.5m to 3.5 m; when the user is in the third area, the distance between the user and the air outlet panel of the air conditioner ranges from 3.5m to 6m, the difference value between the air guide angle of the air guide structure and the initial air guide angle ranges from minus 25 degrees to minus 3 degrees, and the rotation direction at the moment is set to be the negative direction.
In the specific implementation process of the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner is started to run stably, the opening of the movable air deflector 12 is the default opening; when the air conditioner runs stably, an infrared human sensing device (position detection device) of an indoor unit of the air conditioner starts to measure and judge the distance between human bodies, and when the distance between the human bodies is judged to be a near area (first area), namely the distance between a user and an air outlet panel of the air conditioner is 0.5-2.5m, the opening degree between the movable air deflector 12 and the fixed air deflector 11 is increased, and is specifically changed from near to far within a range of 25-3 degrees; when the human body distance is judged to be the middle area (second area), and the distance between the user and the air outlet panel of the air conditioner is 2.5-3.5m, the opening degree between the movable air deflector 12 and the fixed air deflector 11 is unchanged, namely 0 degree; when the human body distance is judged to be a far area (a third area) and the distance between the user and the air outlet panel of the air conditioner is 3.5-6m, the opening degree of the air deflector is reduced, and the specific variation range is-3 degrees to (-25 degrees) from near to far; when the distance of the human body is judged to exceed the induction range and is more than 6m (namely, the distance is positioned in a detection blind area), the opening degree between the movable air deflector 12 and the fixed air deflector 11 is changed back to the default angle; the angle and distance data are reference values, so that the angle and distance data are convenient to understand and can be customized by a designer according to a development machine type.
In summary, the invention provides a novel air deflector device, which can adjust the distance between an air deflector opening and an air deflector and further realize the adjustment of the air supply distance under the condition of constant/variable air volume through a matched control logic.
The invention provides a novel air guide structure, which can adjust the air supply distance under the constant/variable air volume condition by adjusting the distance between the opening of an air guide plate and the air guide plate, improve the comfort experience of users and increase the market competitiveness of air conditioner products.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, when the air volume of the air conditioner is not a constant value, the judgment logic adds air volume adjustment; the difference between the fixed air volume and the non-fixed air volume is that the air-conditioning indoor unit comprises a temperature detection component, the judgment logic is that whether the indoor temperature reaches the set target temperature of the air conditioner or not is detected through the temperature detection component, when the indoor temperature reaches the set target temperature of the air conditioner, the control method of the air guide structure of the air conditioner is the control method of the fixed air volume, and when the indoor temperature does not reach the set target temperature of the air conditioner, the control method of the air guide structure is the control method of the non-fixed air volume.
The method for controlling the non-constant air volume comprises the following steps: when an infrared human sensing device (position detection part) of the air conditioner starts to measure and judge the distance of a human body and judges that the logic is a near area, a middle area and a far area (the first area, the second area and the third area), the angle of the air deflector 10 is adjusted and air volume adjustment is added, wherein the distance between a user and an air inlet panel is gradually increased from near to far. Assuming that the air quantity is a fixed value and B when the air deflector 10 is at the default opening angle, the air quantity value at the maximum opening angle is A, the air quantity value at the minimum opening angle is C, and the air quantity is A less than B less than C; c to A are maximum air volume adjusting ranges, and the ranges and A, B, C values can be customized by technicians according to the development models.
The air guide structure is matched with the air conditioner control method, so that the air supply distance and the air quantity can be adjusted, and the user comfort is improved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the air guide structure comprises a connecting assembly 20 and a plurality of air guide plates 10, wherein the air guide plates 10 are independently arranged and are sequentially arranged in layers; the connecting assembly 20 is connected with a plurality of air deflectors 10; at least one air deflector 10 of the plurality of air deflectors 10 is movably disposed to adjust an air outlet angle of the air guiding structure. Therefore, the air outlet angle of the air guide structure can be adjusted by changing one of the air guide plates, so that the air supply distance is changed under the condition that the air supply amount is not changed, and the comfort of a user is improved.
