As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a buffer layer is covered on one side of the side plate 4 close to the interior of the container 2, and the buffer layer may be a rubber layer or a hard plastic layer, so that in the process of shaking the goods, once the side plate 4 is contacted, the impact force of the goods on the side plate 4 can be buffered through the buffer layer, and the side plate 4 is effectively protected from being damaged.

A heavy-load loading and unloading platform of a conveyor is characterized by comprising a lifting frame and a side plate used for carrying goods, wherein the conveyor comprises a plurality of containers moving along a conveying support rail, the containers are provided with side openings for goods to enter, the lifting frame comprises a support frame used for supporting the bottoms of the side plates and moving frames symmetrically connected to two sides of the support frame, the moving frames are respectively movably arranged at two sides of the side openings along the vertical direction, the support frame moves along the vertical direction along with the moving frames and is provided with the side plates to move to the ground or to be spliced with the bottom walls of the containers, the side plates and the bottom walls of the containers are provided with support rails which can be spliced with each other and extend along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the containers, and the two support rails are butted when the side plates are flush with the bottom walls of the containers, the side plates are matched with movable bottom plates which pass through the side openings in a reciprocating mode along the butted supporting rails, the movable bottom plates move to the side plates or the bottom wall of the container along the supporting rails, the side plates are hinged to the supporting rack, and the side plates are turned upwards along hinge points and are blocked at the side openings.

The heavy-duty loading platform of a conveyor according to claim 1, wherein a driving gear and a rack are engaged with each other between said movable frame and said cargo box, said rack extends in a vertical direction and is mounted on said cargo box, said movable frame is provided with a driving motor, and said driving gear is connected to an output end of said driving motor in a transmission manner.
3. The heavy-duty loading platform of claim 2, wherein said side plates are provided with ultrasonic sensors for measuring the height from said side plates to the ground, and said ultrasonic sensors are electrically connected to a controller for controlling the rotation of said driving motor.

The heavy-duty loading dock of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the support rails on the side panels include a fixed section extending in a direction perpendicular to the movement of the cargo box, a sliding section between the fixed section and the bottom wall of the cargo box, the sliding section being slidably disposed on the fixed section and connecting the fixed section and the support rails on the bottom wall of the cargo box.
5. The heavy-duty loading platform of claim 4, wherein said movable base is provided with a pulley assembly movably disposed on said support rail, said pulley assembly being provided with a braking mechanism for limiting the movement of said movable base.

The heavy-duty loading platform of claim 5, wherein said pulley assembly includes a pulley that slides along said support rail, said brake mechanism is a brake caliper capable of clamping said pulley, and an annular friction structure is provided on a sidewall of said pulley for abutting against said caliper.

The heavy-duty loading platform of claim 6, wherein said movable base plate is provided with a displacement sensor for detecting the movement of said movable base plate, and said displacement sensor is electrically connected to a controller for controlling the movement of said pulley assembly and the braking of said braking mechanism.

The heavy-duty loading platform of claim 7, wherein a plurality of hydraulic telescopic cylinders are provided on a side of the supporting frame away from the cargo box, the hydraulic telescopic cylinders include a cylinder body fixed to the supporting frame, and a telescopic rod arranged on the cylinder body in a telescopic manner in a vertical direction, and the supporting rod is supported on the ground and gradually extends along with the movement of the supporting frame.
9. The heavy-duty loading platform of claim 8, wherein said telescopic rod has a pressure sensor at its end near the ground, said pressure sensor being electrically connected to a controller for controlling the extension of said telescopic rod and the movement of said movable frame.
10. The heavy-duty loading dock of a conveyor of claim 9, wherein said side openings are symmetrically disposed on both sides of said container in a direction perpendicular to a path of travel of said container.
